well you have a point,maybe it's above complete susanoo,however,it's limit is a 4tk tbb,so i think perfect susanoo should be above,i dont think complete susanoo could block that. However,

gaara's sand blocked c3 which is an entire village buster making him outclass both of them in defence hehehexd
