Susanno has been Underestimated.

Susanno has been really undermined in alot of threads. Only because the Raikage was able to damage two incomplete Susanno's and one with the help of Onnoki.

Sasuke Susanno was not even complete when he fought against the Raikage and honestly the Raikage would have lost if it was a 1 on 1.

When the Raikage broke through Madaras incomplete Susanno he had help from Onoki to make him lighter. We have yet to seen anyone even touch Madaras complete susanoo.

When every Uchiha hater was hyped to see Gaara exposing the weakness to Susanno that was supossidly under. It grows legs XD. It's a defence that can run and jump.

Itachi's is pretty much invincible due to the spirit sword and mirror.
Susanno really is the ultimate defence. Susanno > Gaaras Sand, >Raiton Armour

People simply try to downplay the power of characters they hate. I agree that susanoo is a very powerful jutsu.

V2 A wasn't even able too scratch Madara's susanoo ribcage by himself and as you said he needed Onoki's help to break through his second stage susanoo.

Its not the ultimate defense, its only good as the user's chakra stamina. Each Susano is different to the user, for example Itachi's complete Susano didnt have legs but Madara's incomplete has, so not every Susano is going to be the same.

Susano has some weak spots as Gaara exposed. Also Susano is useless against Rinnegan users.

Its a powerful defense but not the ultimate as everything has a weakness.

Susanoo is a great defence if used correctly but it can be exploited. I think it has the best offencive & defensive strength but the chakra drain and stationary style makes it flawed.

Only Madara's has been shown to move and no one had reason to think it could move prior to the last few chapters.

In the last few chapters,Gaara's special sand has not been broken 4th. I think that's possibly what he meant.

The difference between Madaras and Itachi's is that Madara has EMS and Itachi doesn't however he has the two most invincible weapons to make it up. Sasukes susanno might be able to move because his has changed but I won't speculate. It is still the ultimate defence even if it takes alot of stamina.

Rinnegan users don't show up everyday and they make anything seem useless.

Gaara exposing a weakness was shutdown by Madaras growing legs. Will it work on Itachis spirit mirror? who knows.

I wouldn't say he got through it but rather he was suited to breaking it apart. That was a special circumstance. He means blunt force trauma.

Additionally,the result of that fight was Gaara used the deserts sand to seal him. I don't know if it was the special sand either. No reason to think it wasn't but it looked like Gaara was using the sand from the floor.

I would still rate Gaara's defence as No1,because Susanoo needs to be activated and consumes chakra....lots of it.

Many people have broken through Gaaras Sand. Sasuke,Kimmaro, and Diedara. Anyone with a water tech or lightning tech can pretty much bust right through there. Gaaras Sand is not on the feat of Susanno not even close imo.

Sussuno is like a roller coster.. Everyone hypes it up and then underestimate it... I do think it's one of the best tech, however i would prefer gaara's sand. It protect's him no matter what, it sense's danger, it's always activated and doesn't take too much chakra oh and it is very powerful, it has been broken a few times but like ever other charactet his tech grow stronger which means it's somewhat very powerful now.

Sussuno takes to much chakra, put's strain on body, you have to activate it every time.
