The hammer is composed of 6 thick layers of wind which are held together by chakra. The hammers layers can be released from the hammer each time the user swings the hammer with a moderate amount of strength. When the hammer is swung the layer is released as a B-rank large wave of wind and the hammer diminishes in size slightly. The hammer itself can break apart objects and jutsus C-rank and below, following elemental strengths and weaknesses, and within reason (so because of the hammers size it wouldn't be able to completely stop a large wave of water for example.) A maximum of two layers can be released in one swing, and the strength of the wave created is increased depending on how many layers are released. If its two layers then an A-rank wave of wind will be given off. The other way that the hammer can be used is when the user drops, slams, throws; anything that means the hammer will be touching the ground. When that happens the remaining layers are all released at once and an A-rank wave of wind is released omnidirectionally and it is capable of pushing the opponent back a range(so if they're in short range they'll be pushed into mid range) and giving them deep cuts. Using wind chakra in the surface of the ground (earth, dirt, deserts etc) the user controls the air particles to lift rapidly, ripping the ground on a small level in order to bring up dirt, dust and small broken up rock with the air. The chakra enhanced air carries the debris with it as the user uses shape manipulation to create a dragon that resembles the water dragon technique, rivaling it in size, though due to the wind properties the dragon can achieve flight but only at the user's base speed. It is also to be noted that the outside of the Dragon is harmless smooth wind, while the inside of it is made of the earthen debris and sharpened wind. This allows the user to ride on the dragon to fly or evade the opponent without the risk of being cut by his own technique. Once materialized into existence the dragon uses the chakra that it was created from to sustain itself independently of the users control in order to aid the user while the user holds his own. On the other hand the real power comes from its ability to combine the wind it's made of with the earthen material it brought up with it. From any part of its body, the dragon can release large streams (similar to the water bullet jutsu) of wind that carries sharply coated earthen debris; including large rock chunks, dust, dirt etc. These streams equal to an A-rank (60 dmg) attack and the range of the streams reach up to 15m away from the dragon. Alternatively the dragon can reverse the flow of wind in its body, creating a vortex on any point on the surface of its body that would suck up things that the part of the body is aimed at. The suction's reach extends out to mid range, allowing the dragon to suck in anything within 15m of his immediate area. Then, through the use of chakra control the wind will shape into a large dog-like beast composed solely of wind. Giving off a beastly form, when standing with four feet, his height was twice can be high as a normal-sized adult human. While his total body length ranges up to five meters. The beast commonly called Soyokaze has a body running through confimed wind to form its legs body and head, while being seemingly covered in round quilt partterns, which have a more aggressive wind properties to them. As its name and body structure imply, this beast excels in wind manipulation. It has the ability to with a single swipe of its claws, which can slash human flesh with ease, release a three blade pattern of its claw, roughly 1 meter in length each blade towards the target. This can be done successively if wanted, and each 3 bladed swipe has a strength of B rank. Soyokaze's other primary ability is to 'surf' through the air, using its wind abilities to do so, this is done by a certain method. The method of 'surfing' is turning its entire body into a gale of wind, which moves 25% (1/4th) faster than the user's base speed (the beast's base speed on ground is the same as the user's base). While in gale form, the beast can still manifest and solidify only selective parts of its body if wanted, with the gole of causing damage, such as rushing towards the target as a gale and then manifesting only a claw to slash at them. Lastly, the beast of wind can by will turn into a wave of slicing winds when wanted, carrying an A rank strength behind it, once used however, the beast ceases to exist completely. Because of this, this technique is commonly known as Final howl, needless to say, this can only be used 1 time each time Tempestuous Whisk is used. Though very powerful in both speed and strength, the real motive of this technique comes into play when the user claps his palms against each other. After which the wind entitity morphs into a normal sized gallant horse of wind which enter a state of self-sustainment, seemingly galloping a couple of inches through the air itself the horse(s) ram into their target with incredible bone shattering force upon impact. Although made of wind, the horses have semi-transparent bodies with a green hue around their edges, being more visible the closer someone is to them; off a larger distance they would seem like green flickers without any actual shape however since they must be near the target to strike, once they enter mid range they are more than easy to spot. However they still move at incredible speed (the peak of the user's base speed). The strength and size varies to the number of horses, firing two blasts to shape two horses will mean each one has A rank, and so on. These can be released in a side by side manner to cover more range, or in a direct line behind each other - should they miss the target they can turn and seek them out aslong as within existance. While solid enough to be wielded by the user, they still retain an hint of shapeless wind around the edges. These are useful for hidden attacks and assassinations as they can be manifested as fast as other wind techniques which require no seals, and their translucent color and green hue makes them hard to fully distinguish without them being motion-less; the user can wield them in close combat to land a series of quick and subtle small but deep slashes through the target's body, however they can be thrown of a distance at which point they use the wind composing them as a current to make them turn back at the end of their reach, and come back around much like a boomerang. Once thrown however, upon returning they'll disperse into natural wind, that is if they haven't landed on the target in which case the user has the option of performing 1 handseal, causing it to turn into form-less cutting wind that enters the wound it just inflicted and causing internal damage to the victim.</p><p>- Can only be used x4 times per battle.[/SPOILER]</p><p></p><p><strong>(Fuuton: Ventus no Komando)- Wind Release: Command of Ventus</strong></p><p>[SPOILER]Type: Offense/Supplementary/Defense</p><p>Rank: S</p><p>Range: Short-Mid</p><p>Chakra Cost: 40</p><p>Damage Points: 80</p><p>Description: The user will focus their wind chakra throughout their body before releasing it in the form an outwards pulse which reaches the edge of mid-range in a radial direction and due to its intangibility, cannot be blocked until imbued. The pulse is innately non-damaging and causes no harm to anything or anyone nearby. Its use lies in the fact that it imbues any substances (or anything imbued with the user's own chakra) caught in its reach with the user's wind chakra, this does not include the opponent's techniques. The object themselves will have a light-green hue aura covering the exterior of the objects body, these objects can also be included as metal, cloth (can not be used on actual clothing on the opponent's body), earth, water, etc, and will not have any lethality on all its own. Anything that stands by logic for imbuing with wind can essentially be covered. When covered, these objects obtain a certain ability, where the user by performing basic hand gesture can release a pulse of wind from the object, creating a repel effect to push objects away (which can be aimed depending on the direction of the pulse), or create a vacuum effect to draw objects in closer to the user. The objects can be repelled up to long range (mainly due to momentum), however, material can only be drawn in from mid-range (where the pulse is set), this also means if the user was to exit the mid-range area of the pulse they can no longer perform this jutsu. This technique has potential to repel, and vacuum material as small as rocks, and Kunais, to larger size material like boulders. Evidence of a technique like this has been seen in the Narutoverse, for we have seen material be covered and imbued by wind (Danzo's wind technique), and wind has a basic tendency to releases pulses as well as vacuums from different mediums within specific jutsus. The drawback of this technique is another basic concept of wind, for not only is it easy to notice a greenish-aura around these constructs/techniques, the pulse to repel, is rather easy to hear, and the vacuum effect has a certain "suction" noise to it, once again easy to notice for the average ninja hearing. The user would begin to channel chakra up to mid range in all directions around himself, with that chakra only being visible to chakra sensors or user's having dojutsu as not to give any indication this jutsu has been used. The Reversing Penguin is simply a wind jutsu that can sense when extra chakra is expended or that has been expended into a fuuton technique. As the wind senses this extra chakra being released into fuuton techniques, it would begin to cause a small but fairly powerful air current to start spinning in the opposite direction of the fuuton jutsu in play, knocking any loose debris it may have picked up and weakening it in general due to slowing down the wind's speed and making it lose cutting power (as the wind wouldn't be as fast, it would lose part of it's sharpness coming from speed). This happens instantaneously due to the fact that this technique is dormant until activated via the opponent empowering their wind techniques with extra chakra.</p><p></p><p>Note: Can only be taught by Penguin</p><p>Note: Wind lasts four turns</p><p>Note: Can only be used three times per conflict[/SPOILER]</p><p></p><p><strong>Futon: Aki no Chinmoku-sa Ekō | Wind Release: Silenced Echo of the Fall</strong></p><p>[SPOILER]Type: Offensive/Supplementary/Defensive</p><p>Rank: S-Rank</p><p>Range: Short - Mid</p><p>Chakra: 40 (-10 per turn)</p><p>Damage: N/A (varies on the Description, Max 80.)</p><p>Description: The user will make a set of 3 hand seals and clap their hands together. The user will send chakra at specific points of the body, which will be the wrist, waist line, feet and between the shoulders in the back. These locations are the potential regions as the wind can only be around 4 locations at a time. The user will materialize wind chakra around the said location. The wind chakra will be invisible to the naked eye, and only visible through the usage of doujutsu. Each one of those locations can be a minimum of B rank. Once the technique is set up, it will remain active a certain number of turns. The user can at will use the chakra which was condensed into the very thin, belt like line, in order to grow in a desired location, which can either be accompanied with the release of a high amount of push force, or simply shaped into solid wind constructs, similar to Wind Release: Wind Stream Technique and Wind Style: Wind Blade. These shapes are varied, but also include swords, ranged weapons or even gauntlets and armor. Due to the very effect that the chakra will be split in 4 regions in the human body, the rank of the technique will be split equally among all. But the user can, at will, control the amount of chakra he desires to send to each location, increasing the force to a single spot, effectively to the max full power of the technique itself. But, this is not only the limit of the true usage of the technique. The chakra reacts very strongly to objects which do not carry the user’s chakra, like other forms of chakra or at times simply object which have trace chakra, but not of the user itself. Once this object comes into contact with the wind constructs, or body parts which the user comes into contact with where the wind is located, he will be able to leave trace amount of chakra on that specific object. On free will, the user can choose to leave larger than normal trace amount of chakra, equal to specific ranks. Once the wind which comes into the contact decided to take action, it will activate the very base property of wind, which are minuscule wind blades. Due to the wind imbuing the entire object, the wind blades will rip the said body apart, enough to create very strong rough cut into the said object. If used on inanimate objects, the wind can be used to control the movements of said object. Due to wind having the capability of slicing even the strongest minerals, the sliced bits on the object, will have high trace amounts of wind chakra, which the user can control similar to the Wind Release: Rotating Shuriken. This however is limited to solid elements, mineral, or weapon constructs. However, when used against techniques, it will take a total of 10 chakra, in order to control said movements of the object they chose, and its relations and controls to the elements these constructs are made, is very bound to the strengths/weaknesses of wind release. This will as well count towards the usage turns, taking one up as long as they are controlling a said entity. This will also in turn, weaken the weapon or construct, one rank lower than the initial power. The user will concentrate wind chakra onto said object or technique. The wind simply shroud's the technique, the shroud in no way increases the damage or effects the properties of the technique in any other way then the purpose of this jutsu. It's purpose is to mute and negate any sound that the technique might make. Wind Release, being the natural weakness to sound is effective in muffling and distorting sound. The user uses the wind in order to form a barrier of sorts to surround techniques. The shroud prevent's the technique itself from making sounds like the sound a sharp projectile makes when it cuts through the air etc, by preventing contact to the air surrounding the projectile. Moreover, since air is the medium in which sound travels the wind is effective in negating the sound any non-energy based element makes, the whooshing of water, crumbling of earth, etc all these sounds that are produced when forming and launching certain techniques are contained by the wind barrier. Granted this technique does not account for the vibrations created by earth techniques or techniques that move through the earth. However, for techniques moving throughout the air such as a spear of water, or the throwing of a kunai. The user will begin the technique by channeling his wind chakra throughout his body, and releasing it from every pore in his body, he will then perform three hand-seals to form a condensed green or blue dragon, then the user wills the wind dragon to swirl around them at incredible speeds, forming an orb-shaped vortex. This vortex moves at such high speeds that it’s capable of drawing entities towards it slicing them up to ribbons and devouring the technique, person or object entirely. The suction property of this vortex is so powerful (its strength is S Rank, and much like Swamp of the Underworld the enemy must utulize a technique of equal rank to escape it's clutches, this is true for the defensive usage as well) it’s capable of drawing enemies objects and techniques from long range to mid range, from mid range to short range, and from short range straight into the Devouring Nebula. The user has an additional usage of this technique, utilizing the same principles by swirling the dragon in the counterclockwise direction, the user is capable of repelling enemies and other entities surrounding them back, preventing the opponent from entering range to perform their techniques. Although made of wind, the horses have semi-transparent bodies with a green hue around their edges, being more visible the closer someone is to them; off a larger distance they would seem like green flickers without any actual shape however since they must be near the target to strike, once they enter mid range they are more than easy to spot. The pulse is innately non-damaging and causes no harm to anything or anyone nearby. Its use lies in the fact that it imbues any substances (or anything imbued with the user's own chakra) caught in its reach with the user's wind chakra, this does not include the opponent's techniques. The object themselves will have a light-green hue aura covering the exterior of the objects body, these objects can also be included as metal, cloth (can not be used on actual clothing on the opponent's body), earth, water, etc, and will not have any lethality on all its own. Anything that stands by logic for imbuing with wind can essentially be covered. When covered, these objects obtain a certain ability, where the user by performing basic hand gesture can release a pulse of wind from the object, creating a repel effect to push objects away (which can be aimed depending on the direction of the pulse), or create a vacuum effect to draw objects in closer to the user. The objects can be repelled up to long range (mainly due to momentum), however, material can only be drawn in from mid-range (where the pulse is set), this also means if the user was to exit the mid-range area of the pulse they can no longer perform this jutsu. This technique has potential to repel, and vacuum material as small as rocks, and Kunais, to larger size material like boulders. Evidence of a technique like this has been seen in the Narutoverse, for we have seen material be covered and imbued by wind (Danzo's wind technique), and wind has a basic tendency to releases pulses as well as vacuums from different mediums within specific jutsus. The drawback of this technique is another basic concept of wind, for not only is it easy to notice a greenish-aura around these constructs/techniques, the pulse to repel, is rather easy to hear, and the vacuum effect has a certain "suction" noise to it, once again easy to notice for the average ninja hearing. The movement of the objects when being repelled or vacuumed in, is dependent on the size of the construct, obviously a larger rock section will be repelled much slower then a small kunai, either or, they can all be traced and reacted to by any ninja. As the wind senses this extra chakra being released into fuuton techniques, it would begin to cause a small but fairly powerful air current to start spinning in the opposite direction of the fuuton jutsu in play, knocking any loose debris it may have picked up and weakening it in general due to slowing down the wind's speed and making it lose cutting power (as the wind wouldn't be as fast, it would lose part of it's sharpness coming from speed). Description: The user will make a set of 3 hand seals and clap their hands together. The user will send chakra at specific points of the body, which will be the wrist, waist line, feet and between the shoulders in the back. These locations are the potential regions as the wind can only be around 4 locations at a time. The user will materialize wind chakra around the said location. The wind chakra will be invisible to the naked eye, and only visible through the usage of doujutsu. Each one of those locations can be a minimum of B rank. Once the technique is set up, it will remain active a certain number of turns. The user can at will use the chakra which was condensed into the very thin, belt like line, in order to grow in a desired location, which can either be accompanied with the release of a high amount of push force, or simply shaped into solid wind constructs, similar to Wind Release: Wind Stream Technique and Wind Style: Wind Blade. These shapes are varied, but also include swords, ranged weapons or even gauntlets and armor. Due to the very effect that the chakra will be split in 4 regions in the human body, the rank of the technique will be split equally among all. But the user can, at will, control the amount of chakra he desires to send to each location, increasing the force to a single spot, effectively to the max full power of the technique itself. But, this is not only the limit of the true usage of the technique. The chakra reacts very strongly to objects which do not carry the user’s chakra, like other forms of chakra or at times simply object which have trace chakra, but not of the user itself. Once this object comes into contact with the wind constructs, or body parts which the user comes into contact with where the wind is located, he will be able to leave trace amount of chakra on that specific object. On free will, the user can choose to leave larger than normal trace amount of chakra, equal to specific ranks. Once the wind which comes into the contact decided to take action, it will activate the very base property of wind, which are minuscule wind blades. Due to the wind imbuing the entire object, the wind blades will rip the said body apart, enough to create very strong rough cut into the said object. If used on inanimate objects, the wind can be used to control the movements of said object. Due to wind having the capability of slicing even the strongest minerals, the sliced bits on the object, will have high trace amounts of wind chakra, which the user can control similar to the Wind Release: Rotating Shuriken. This however is limited to solid elements, mineral, or weapon constructs. However, when used against techniques, it will take a total of 10 chakra, in order to control said movements of the object they chose, and its relations and controls to the elements these constructs are made, is very bound to the strengths/weaknesses of wind release. It's purpose is to mute and negate any sound that the technique might make. Wind Release, being the natural weakness to sound is effective in muffling and distorting sound. The user uses the wind in order to form a barrier of sorts to surround techniques. The shroud prevent's the technique itself from making sounds like the sound a sharp projectile makes when it cuts through the air etc, by preventing contact to the air surrounding the projectile. Moreover, since air is the medium in which sound travels the wind is effective in negating the sound any non-energy based element makes, the whooshing of water, crumbling of earth, etc all these sounds that are produced when forming and launching certain techniques are contained by the wind barrier. Granted this technique does not account for the vibrations created by earth techniques or techniques that move through the earth. This vortex moves at such high speeds that it’s capable of drawing entities towards it slicing them up to ribbons and devouring the technique, person or object entirely. The suction property of this vortex is so powerful (its strength is S Rank, and much like Swamp of the Underworld the enemy must utulize a technique of equal rank to escape it's clutches, this is true for the defensive usage as well) it’s capable of drawing enemies objects and techniques from long range to mid range, from mid range to short range, and from short range straight into the Devouring Nebula. The user has an additional usage of this technique, utilizing the same principles by swirling the dragon in the counterclockwise direction, the user is capable of repelling enemies and other entities surrounding them back, preventing the opponent from entering range to perform their techniques. This technique is capable of pushing enemies, techniques and objects from short range to mid-range, and from mid-range to long range, as this technique pushes the enemy back it is more defensive and thus is easier to perform than it’s offensive counter-part.
