Personality: Like most of the other shinobi of Kirigakure, he is a serious,violent and cold person.He doesn't like to talk much and he keeps most of his thoughts for himshelf.He loves Kirigakure and his leader,the Fifth,above anything else and he is willing to take any mision if it is for the sake of the village.He favours militarism and the use of violence as a means of achieving one's goals, but he is neither a sadist or in favour of using violence for amusement.

Background Info
History: Surudoi was born in a small Kirigakure clan.His mother died during childbirth and he was raised by his father, Tetsu Enmu.Tetsu was a jounin and had great expectations for his son.He started training him in ninjutsu from the age of four.At the age of six he was able to use a variety of water style jutsus.He had great
intelligence and skills and at the age of 7 he graduated from the academy.At the age of 14 he reached jounin rank after he successfully completed a A rank assassination mission.A few months later, a failed coup took place under the leadership of the rogue ninja Zabuza Momochi.Surudois father,a member of the ANBU at the time, was killed during the fight with Zabuza.Filled with hatred, he vowed that one day he would kill Zabuza and avenge his fathers death.From this day on he started training even more intense.Finally he joined the ANBU and became a hunter-nin and started to gather info on Zabuzas whereabouts.Much to his disappointment one day the news came that Zabuza was killed by Sasuke Uchiha and another young boy named Naruto Uzumaki.He believed that he had failed his goal,something that made him feel frustrated, but in the same he was glad that Zabuza was dead,even if it was by someone else's hand.He was also curious to know the boys who killed the great "demon" Zabuza.The following years he continued his life as an ANBU, taking many high rank missions for the sake of the village.The fourth Mizukage died and Mei Terumi took his place.This change didn't bothere him at all.Not only because he, like many other shinobis of the Mist, had become suspicious of the Fourth and his ways,but because he thought that Mei, a wielder of two kekkei genkais, might prove to be a much more powerfull leader than him and thus benefit the village more.In time,it was proven that the Fifth was not only as strong as he had expected,but also a wise leader, one that Kirigakure may had never seen before in it's history.From this point on he became a passionate supporter of Mei Terumi and her new policies and vowed to always serve his new leader no matter the cost.
