Is it possible for a regular talented ninja with no gekki kenkai to surpass the so6p and people connected to him...For example minato an extremely gifted genius with talent for ninjutsu and genjutsu..can a shinobi like that by regular means create enough op shinobi to surpass so6p madara naruto hashirama sasuke itachi nagato and so on..until they become the most powerful shinobi who ever lived...or do you have to be from that path to reach god like feats

Well, if you're talking about surpassing him in ONE, SINGLE area, it MIGHT be possible. Minato surpassed him in speed, without a doubt, and maybe even in fuuinjutsu.
