Surely Kidōmaru > Hidan?

Arguing this in another thread. Hear me out.

Hidan is a very skilled and agile ninja but he has only ONE way of attacking- his scythe.

Let's get a quick fix on everything Kidomaru can do to counter this.

• Well for starters, let's just go into the fact that Hidan can't TOUCH Kidomaru. This look familiar?

  Kidomaru secretes this armour which means that even if Hidan could get a hold of him, he couldn't even pierce the armour to get to the skin. No blood, Hidan is useless.
• Hidan is sure to get caught in his webs eventually, since Kidomaru can't be touched it's literally just Hidan falls into it eventually or runs away.
• Kidomaru is a jounin level ninja. Neji was the perfect ninja to fight him, good match-up.
• Hidan has only been seen with back-up. Hidan is reckless and without support he can get cut up and dissected easily, Kidomaru can form his armour into weapons like blades and bows & arrows. Hidan get's cut up.
• On top of that Kidomaru still has his summoning spiders and has evasion skills that must be equally as high as Hidan's.

There is literally no way Hidan can win right? It's just a bad match-up.

Hidan is very deadly if you have no Info on him what so ever, It makes it so much easier of you know of his immortality.
Lets say kidomaru "kills" Hidan, Or thinks he has, Goes in close with his guard down, Hidan gets a suprise attack.

But i also cannot see his arrows causing Hidan any trouble at all, If it's a stamina game, Kidomaru will most likely lose still.

The only way hidan can use his jutsu is a partner. With out a partner he doesn't have enough time to cast it

Tanks? I remember Asuma and Shikamaru cutting his head off pretty easily...if a piece of wire can do it then i'm pretty sure Kidomaru's impenetrable armour can. He can mould his hands into blades or just shoot arrows at him. Hidan's head or hands comes off, game over. And there's nothing for Hidan to do but try and dodge.

Sorry it's just some Hidan fanboy was trying to argue this with me and was being a total idiot about it :')

Kidomaru is still hardly the one to just charge in and get in combat. He's a spider, he stays in trees, away from the main battle. He's sneaky, also it's not just arrows. He can form his armour into any makeshift weapon.

Oh also? This seemed pretty funny too. To add to the increasing reasons of why Hidan couldn't beat them, Hidan also can't even pierce or touch Kidomaru.

So let's see. Hidan's only attacking force is a scythe. Tayuya can stop him in his tracks. He can't touch Kidomaru, Kidomaru could probably eventually tie him down in his webs and meanwhile Kidomaru still has a summoning, his identically as good evasion skills and his main weapon the bow to use.

You are extremely disingenuous, you totally distorted what the wikia stated, you didn't even quote the wikia properly you just mixed some part of the web jutsu description with the golden skin jutsu ROFL.

It was never stated that only the gentle fist could cut the web, it only says that the gentle fist can indeed cut it, nothing more.

Oh also it says that the sticky gold armor blocks the chakra pores, though it has no feats that indicate it can block all physical attacks that aren't chakra based.

Not only Hidan can scratch him with ease but Kidomaru has no way of killing him.

It's clearly a stomp for Hidan. Thanks for proving me right

It's clearly one of those cases where even though Hidan is technically a more powerful shinobi than Kidomaru, he will lose in a 1v1 battle due to match up. Hidan is the worst solo fighter in the akatsuki if the opponent has knowledge on him, and one of the worst if he doesn't. He would lose to Kidomaru, Shino, Kankuro, Temari and many other low-mid tier characters ...

this guy has ran out of arguments. Kidomaru was very underated not to mention the best character on ultimate ninja 3 and 4

Hidan basically beats Kidomaru in every section. Also, Hidan can tank most attacks so Kidomaru will be shocked by the fact of his immortality and that Hidan is just running through his attacks
