Considering the filler obsession with Studio Pierrot and their intrusive flashbacks now intervening in the middle of character dialogues (really, there was no reason to dedicate three episodes for something that Kishimoto did in just 3 pages) I am personally starting to have my doubts now.

You act like it will never be animated. Long flashbacks for something that was done in a couple of pages is not strange for the anime. It's happened numerous times now.

That being said, just because some kind of flashback was shown in the next episode's preview doesn't necessarily mean that episode will just be flashbacks or filler. It could be 1 minute of flashback with Gaara and Naruto or 10 minutes. Who knows.

If Madara isn't revived in 388 then he will be in 389. That's how close the anime currently is.

The anime is planning on doing a filler next week concerning "Naruto's first friend" then afterwards two episodes dedicated to the tie-in for The Last movie, afterwards there are plans for more fillers.

I am personally starting to feel like the Madara Revival Arc will never happen at this rate.

Next episode having flashbacks doesn't make it filler. Unless you have something that proves the entire episode is flashback or filler.
The Hyuga Sisters episodes will be coming together on Dec 4, much like the Mecha Naruto episodes when the new game came out.

I haven't seen anything about plans for more fillers afterwards. So, 391 would be Madara's revival, if it doesn't happen in 388. I forgot about the Hyuga Sisters episodes.
