he can restore uchiha eyes in uchiha bodies but I think he uses the chakra or body of the person to create a new eye so it depends on your dna so if you lose an eye as an eye they would have to unlock the sharingan again xd

you dont udnerstand. the sun logo on his hand is yang power. it breathes life. through that 'sun', he releases yang power. he himself stated that he took some of kakashi's part (could be cell). naruto did exactly the same to kakashi, like chouji does to his body. chouji uses uses yang release on his body and let it expand, so it becomes bigger. naruto breathes yang release, and let the cell of kakashi's eye expand till it became a whole eye.

but sharingan, is a KG. and naruto can not create something like that. yang power doesnt create physical form from nothingness. but yin power does. (for example, shika's kagemane, hagoromo's power when he created bijuu). which means sasuke can do that, with that moon logo.

They can just pop out one of the sasuke's eyes, have naruto heal him and make a ne one, take it out again and repete,they can make hundreads of these eyes, or maybe just utilise hundreads of sharingan that Obito stored, that way even Sakura can get a sharingan if she wants
