from what ive seen the best youtubers treat it like a tv channel and if i was building a channel i would shape it that way

like i would have video game lets plays on some games, reviews of others, gear showcases and reviews, video game news, video game discussion radio/podcast type videos, etc. most tv channels have a variety of programs, once you have a focused theme then its easier to create content to provide for your subscribers

your channel is new but "see us have fun and do what we like" is more Facebook wall stuff. focus your mind young jedi
