Superheroes of Captain America: Civil War Ranked?

I only care about opinions of those who know what they're talking about.
I'm no huge comic book fan, but I do love TV shows and movies based on them.

I'm curious who the strongest superheroes are who are in Civil War. Only based on their feats and abilities shown in the MCU.
Since we have seen little-to-nothing of certain characters, just do your best to speculate and gauge their strength.

Just in alphabetical order:
Ant-Man
Black Panther
Black Widow
Captain America
Falcon
Hawkeye
Iron Man
Scarlet Witch
Spider-Man
Vision
War Machine
Winter Soldier

I may not know who's strongest to weakest, but shouldn't Iron Man be #1 thanks to the Hulkbuster. Or #2 after Vision?

Mind gem can go through the suit and effect tony's brain so it would be an easy GG tbh

I didn't know that. But I do recall Vision's ability to go intangible like Kamui in the comics. He actually used this power in AoU, but only in a deleted scene.

Another question. What do you think the movie's excuse will be for Iron Man not using Hulkbuster? Tony being scared that Ant-Man will shrink down and damage it? Haven't yet fixed the Hulkbuster after what the Hulk did to it on AoU?

I honestly think it wouldn't even help in this situation being the fact it will be torn apart again by Scarlet Witch and Veronica along with it. Albeit at a more slower rate.

I'm going to pick the definitively wrong answer deliberately, and go with War Machine. At least going with Hawkeye is the joke answer, but War Machine is just a 'murica flavoured iron man clone with worse weapons.
