I don't like how people are assuming that sense superman can do everything then that means that his character is lame and his series is boring. One Punchman is literally a manga version of superman and he can't lose to anyone. He beats plant busters with ease, but he still is a great character and the plot is good.

Well at least Superman's power didn't drastically climb in just a few years. Sayan Goku all the way up to Buu is RIDICULOUS! At least Superman got nurfed and has lots of weaknesses.

I already know where this is going so no I don't read the comics but I do know that there are different versions of superman where some a overpowered and cliché and others have him go through internal conflicts and struggles while still being strong.

Yeah I heard that the fans wouldn't accept gohan or vegeta being the main heroes even though akira wanted goku to die so they could take over. Then he had to keep raising the bar for fights and villains until stuff just got ridiculous.

His character > need to fit with other characters, that's why they made him OP plus all the characters on DC are too OP. Do you think goku would be able to fit in that verse? He would get rekt in 3 secs.

Don't judge me, I love goku and DBZ as a whole but when people start talking non-sense, someone has to step up.

If the author decides to give goku hax abilities, that maybe in the future, there will be a fair fight between goku and superman.

I've been watching a lot of other viewers reactions who are die hard Goku fanboys and it is funny how much of a 180 they have done.

Before it was that fight was bs, Goku could do x y and z and win.

Now they are blaming this fight on the cinematics and trying to take away ScrewAtttack's credibility. Superman can't use the Dragon Balls. Goku can't go into Super Sayian God form without others help(even though most of the fanbase believe he can). Superman Can't walk through a kamehame wave.

I think this Death Battle finally made people realize just how strong Superman is. Maybe they even realized why they didn't have to use the versions before the infinity crisis like Pre Crisis and Superman Prime One Million.


The biggest thing to note is now the argument is Goku > Superman in quality of a character which i'm sure most agree with if they were routing for Superman or Goku.
