What if the tools did not come from Hagoromo, but instead from his brother; Hamura?
What if the reason kaguya was not resurrected earlier Is that, in order to be resurrected, kaguya first needed to be unsealed from Hamuras' tools, left in the dimension of the dead?

(this could also explain why Hagoromo's brother was never revived or reincarnated, and why you would need the power of the sage of six paths to open the dimension that the death would (or - tinfoil intensifies - could) go to, and then the power of his son's, (- Indras' - corrupted by Black zetsu, plus the transcendient himselfs'), to beat Hagoromo's brother, who would thén have powers that drew moreso towards sealing than -like hagoromo's;- empowering.) -This would also explain why her sons were stronger than herself; they are the seed's power incarnate; optimised towards the "divine" capacity of a human body, made a twin by the god of narutoverse, as to have the ultimate possible balance, transcending because the god of narutoverse never runs out of power to give.) This would also mean that there won't be any more "transcendients", ánd would explain why Hamura, hagoromo or kaguya has never transcended(*1)

This could also explain why Ashura was reincarnated into an Uzumaki, ánd it would also explain why it was such a taboo to eat the tree's fruit)
Uzumaki were most likely minor transcendents of Hagoromo's brothers'(as he was able to transcend to narutoverseheaven, hagoromo and his brother must have created heaven using shunshin(*3), for the specific purpose of sealing their mother)

*1=(though I do render that a possibility; What if Shisui was actually A transmigrent from Hagoromo¿ conflicted; leaving his power in the hands of who he deems "most right". both proficient at the body flicker, ánd the most trueborn master at genjutsu." -which also means that this entire theory could be debunked by that possibility)

1: it was indeed; by descendants.
2: Is what the characters thought - not what Hagoromo said.
3: Can't deny nor reject that; haven't seen it. Secondly, if the sacrifice was all that was needed, why wouldn't black zetsu just perform edo tensei?
