But anyway asuming that it does dont you think kaguya could have shown him the far away place where she came from through genjutsu like what madara showed obito. Now dont tell me Kaguya cant use genjutsu.
Ok even if we look at it the way you said then how come Hagoromo showed naruto an image of kayuga sitting beside himself and his brother when he was just a baby, there is no way he could have remembered that clear enough to re-mold the picture to make it look like it was taken from above them. Again judging by your logic I think kayuga would have mentioned it to her sons if the fuit had actually changed her physical appearance and Hagoromo would have atleast changed her image slightly from before eating the fruit.
Besides Im taking all my facts from Jap Mythology in which princess kaguya is said to have bamboo leaves on her head that make it look like she has a rabit's ears. Im pretty sure that if kayuga transformed physically and her appearance changed after eating the fruit kishi would have shown that in a panel.

i think she is an alien, whether people like it or not, don't really care. for e it doesn't take anything away from the story, so i don't know why some are making it out to be such a bad thing. people get butthurt over the smallest things. dbz had aliens all around that and nobody every cared, we just continued to watch. also it wouldn't be like they are making the fact she may be alien a big thing, as the sage even points out it's not really important, although i think it is. also it is highly likely that the sages brother started the hyuuga and the uzumaki as they are different enough from the senju and uchiha, but close enough to tell they are related. hence that would make the senju and uzumaki distant blood relatives. also would explain how another dojutsu came into the world, as dojutsu seems to come from this family. also, indra was deff more powerful than madara. think about it he was the son of hogoromo who was the son of a goddess, not to mention he was also a jin of the juubi. these two would have monstrous powers/abilities. but we really do need feats before we can say for sure.
