(These portals are special. They are NaviPortals, and have to be set from inside the location you want to go to. It's a hideout in another dimension, so...you're out of luck without a magic caster that can use transportation spells.

There is a leveling system, although basic, if you recall in the X-Group in brawl. The stars? that's what I'm referring to. You need a magic caster with at least 23 stars with a specialty in transportation to get there.)

(Also, the portal on Donkey Kong island was most likely made during a period where they didn't have proper tech to set coordinates, meaning it's random. Although...maybe we could play this off. Maybe you get trapped in one of the many dimensions that bring together the Smash universe?)
