Description: The user makes Horse -> Tiger -> Dragon handseals, and concentrates great amounts of fire chakra into their dominant hand until the chakra is visible enough to be seen. After concentrating enough chakra so that it is “jetting” from their hand, the user uses then points his hand behind him, letting the fire chakra burst all at once sending the user at the opponent at great speed that the user is almost a blur. The user then grabs the opponent's face (or other body part) and releases the fire chakra all at once, severely burning the body part to a 3rd degree. However, if he misses, he would be unable to continue to this second part of the jutsu.

Description: The user takes out an explosive tag and begins waving it up and down, Triggering the genjutsu, A sense of confusion and paralysis begins to fall upon the opponent, In the genjutsu the user then throws the explosive tag towards their target, and loudly yells "Multiply" causing the single tag to multiply into a thousand which begin to swirl extremely fast and extremely loud around the opponent, The tags swiftly begin to swirl closer and closer to the target, before they finally stick to them exploding on contact, causing great mental stress on their brain.

Description:The user first bites his thumb then swipes it across his snake tattoo, After this is complete the user then slams a single hand in a solid object and rei will appear directly under the users palm. Rei is a white spiting cobra that is a little smaller than half the size of manda, like all spiting cobras she has the ability to spit sprays of Neurotoxin venom out of her venom glands in her mouth which can travel up to mid-range with distinctive geometric patterns and with great accuracy, This venom is harmless unless it comes into contact with open skin ( Eyes, nose, mouth, open wound, ect...) When the venom comes into contact with open skin the venom's Neurotoxin starts to take effect. Each spray of venom counts as a jutsu. Rei can stay on the field for a maximum of five turns, and can only be summoned once per battle and can only spit venom three times per battle. Rei's Neurotoxin venom acts on the nervous system, chakra system and brain. This venom works to disrupt the function of the brain and nervous system and chakra system, which causes paralysis or lack of muscle control, but it can also disrupt the individual signals sent between neurons and muscles. If the opponent is affect anywhere from the 1st-3rd turns the venom starts to take effect on their ability for their brain to send signals correctly , Resulting in slower breathing rate, And also causes the opponents reflexes to drop by 1 level. During the 4th-6th turn the opponent loses the ability to control their muscles properly, resulting in their speed to drop by two. During the 6th-7th turn the opponents speed and reflexes drop by one each turn. On the 9th turn the opponent loses the ability to mold and form chakra correctly resulting in no chakra use at all from the opponent. And if left untreated for 10 turns the opponents becomes fully parlayed, meaning total loss of any brain control , Their nerves and they die from numerous reasons, One their heart stops, Two they stop breathing, Basically there brain shuts down completely.

Description: The user bites his thumb then swipes it across his snake tattoo, After this is complete two king cobras appear coiled around the summoners arms, Bonnie is a pink is a cobra and is summoned on the summoners left arm, While Clyde is a black cobra and is summoned on the users right arm. Bonnie and Clyde are perfectly capable of speaking and are four feet in length and they each specialize in a elemental nature, Bonnie specializes in fire and is capable of using fire jutsu up to A-Rank twice pre battle and Clyde specializes in wind and is capable of using wind jutsu up to A-Rank twice pre battle, They use jutsu via there mouth and without the use of handseals. Once per battle Bonnie and Clyde can release a surge of chakra around the summoner equal to an S-rank non elemental surge, This surge disrupts the summoners chakra allowing the summons to break the summoner from A-rank and below genjutsu, But this also prevents the user from using jutsu while it's active.

Note: Bonnie and Clyde can only be summoned once per battle.
Note: Bonnie and Clyde can only stay on the battle field for three turns.
Note: The user cannot have any other summons out, While Bonnie and Clyde are summoned.

Description: The White Lightning Blade has a rumor of being forged with a fang of the nine tailed beast Kurama using white lightning to cut it into smaller pieces capable of being manipulated. This sword at first appears dull, rusty, and at first glance useless, this is called V1 form

, in this form the sword can send out pulses of raiton chakra in a desired direction,the raiton pulses can pierces solid objects and lets you know if someone or something is behind that object by reading their electrical energy in their body and sending it back into your sword letting you know something is there. You send out the pulses by swinging your sword in that direction and the pulses can only be sent out horizontally. the pulses that are sent out stay connected to the sword until another pulse is sent out or the jutsu is canceled, or if left on the field for more than two turns they disappear.(once the pulses are on the field the cannot change position the must stay in that direction until a new pulse is sent out, These pulses can go through solid objects without causing damage to anyone or anything

when you add Raiton chakra into the blade it grows to a massive size and gives off tiny bolts of lightning causing fractures on the sword , this is called V2 form

, in V2 form the blade gives a constant pulse of raiton charka this pulse can pierce solid objects and lets you know if someone or something is behind that object by reading their electrical energy in their body, you can detect any living thing inside the area. This helps you see what you can’t see, like if your blinded you can use your sword to find your opponent. This constant pulse of raiton chakra is full of waves that connect the 360 degree 20 foot diameter by 20 foot height pulse to the sword, so when a living creature is in side the area the user feels their electrical impulses in their body, thus giving the user an location of where the enemy is These pulse can go through solid objects without causing damage to anyone or anything


Note: In V1 every pulse counts towards your jutsu limit for that turn
Note: The pulses in V1 are 10 feet in width and 10 feet in height
Note: When the white lightning blade is in it's V2 form it is the size of zabuza's Executioner's Blade
Note: When the white lightning blade is in it's V2 form it can cut Steele
Note: When in V2 the lightning blades constant pulse has a diameter of 20 feet (short/mid range) and a height of 20 feet
Note: The white lightning blade cannot send it’s pulses underground in any form
Note: When the white lightning blade is in its v2 from it can only stay like that for 3 turns, and then it reverts to it's v1 state
Note: There is a 2 turn cool down after used, meaning if used in v2 sate and you take it out or it reverts back to it's V1 state you have to wait 2 turns before you can use it in V2 form again.
Note:The white lightning blade is only usable 3 times in V2.

Chishi Shindou: Fatal Impact

Type: Boomerang Ninjutsu

Background:
Fatal impact is a fighting style developed by Two young ninja by the names of Shady and Seventeen, They traveled across the entire world searching for a fighting style that fit them both, they searched for years and never found the right one, So one day they got tired of searching and decided to create one that was unique to in itself. They remembered the boomerang they used to play with as kids growing up, a toy of there's that they used to also use as a means for target practice. They knew they weren't kids anymore, but elite shinobi, so they worked many years together in order to create a deadly style based off of there childhood toy.. And they named the style Fatal Impact once they mastered their created style.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The fatal impact style mainly revolves around the infusion of chakra into boomerangs and wielding them as weapons, whether its close or long range use. Once the boomerangs are infused with chakra they can be used in numerous of deadly and versatile ways. The basic skill of using fatal impact is infusing ones chakra into a boomerang(s) and allowing them to use it in many different ways depending on the chakra used. This allows one to use the fatal impact techniques whilst using several boomerangs at once if needed by using specific jutsu (will make jutsu for this). The controlled boomerangs can be altered for several different situations, such as using chakra to gift the boomerangs slicing abilities, defensive abilities, or even blunt attacks. The duo also found a way to expand their boomerangs to larger sizes or even make them smaller, allowing them to use the boomerangs efficiently in different situations.(Will have jutsu to alter boomerangs). An advanced usage of the fatal impact style is infusing element chakra into boomerangs, thus producing a mass amount of affects from the boomerangs. Some basic skills could easily be used with each element, such as using earth to make boomerangs more powerful in blunt attacks, or making the boomerangs lighter to move at many times faster than their base speed (fast as the users base speed). One could use lightning and wind for cutting properties and fire for burning affects. Those are just examples but there will be techniques created for different abilities. The user has his own specific boomerangs that will be specified in the bio, such as metal, large boomerangs, wooden boomerangs, plastic boomerangs etc etc..

The boomerangs size can be altered to be various sizes, ranging from the size of a shuriken/Kunai or becoming up to 10 meters in length. The greater the size of the altered, the greater Its mass, but the smaller the size the smaller the mass.

Description: The user aligns his boomerangs into various formations as he applies chakra to them whilsts making them spin propeller-like. The rapid spinning of the boomerangs can be used to align a boomerang in front of an attack and intercept and disperse a technique outward, but only up to A-rank though.
- Can only use up to 3 boomerangs for this technique, thus allowing one to defend against up to three techniques.


Chishi Shindou: shidō Fatal Impact: Wind cutter

Infuse sharp wind into a single or several boomerangs, thus granting the boomerangs A-rank cutting potential.

- Must be Sannin rank, Mastered Ninjutsu and at least 3 elements to learn or use the style.

This is a simple, yet affective technique which increases the killing potential of a chosen boomerang(s) by using elemental chakra within them. There are 5 forms of using this ability, each form pertaining to a selected element. The 5 forms of elemental use in Chishi Shindou is as followed:

Sandā Shindou -
Or better known as the 'Thunder Impact' form. The user channels raiton chakra into a held or thrown boomerang in order to alter its abilities through the use of the lightning. Upon activation of this form, lightning envelops the entire boomerang, violently swirling and twisting around the shape of the boomerang, similar to a tornado of cutting lightning coating it due to the properties of the lightning element. The elemental coat itself surrounds the boomerang exactly 3 inches away from the boomerang. The lightning itself is S-rank in strength, thus being able to cut straight through any rank of earth, and S-rank and below of other basic elements, if logical of course.

Kasai Shindou -
Or better known as the 'Flame Impact' form The user channels fire chakra into a held or thrown boomerang in order to alter its abilities through the use of the fire. Upon activation of this form, fire envelops the entire boomerang, violently swirling and twisting around the shape of the boomerang, similar to a tornado of blazing flames coating the boomerang. This allows the boomerang to increase in both power and killing potential due to the properties of the fire element. The elemental coat itself surrounds the boomerang exactly 3 inches away from the boomerang. The fire itself is S-rank in strength, thus being able to power straight through any rank of wind, and S-rank and below of other basic elements, if logical of course.


Nami Shindou -
Or better known as the 'Wave Impact' form The user channels water chakra into a held or thrown boomerang in order to alter its abilities through the use of the water. Upon activation of this form, water envelops the entire boomerang, violently swirling and twisting around the shape of the boomerang, similar to a tornado of cutting water coating the boomerang. This allows the boomerang to increase in both power and killing potential due to the properties of the water element. The elemental coat itself surrounds the boomerang exactly 3 inches away from the boomerang. The water itself is S-rank in strength, thus being able to cut straight through any rank of fire, and S-rank and below of other basic elements, if logical of course.


Uzu Shindou -
Or better known as the 'Vortex Impact' form The user channels wind chakra into a held or thrown boomerang in order to alter its abilities through the use of the wind. Upon activation of this form, wind envelops the entire boomerang, violently swirling and twisting around the shape of the boomerang, similar to a tornado of cutting wind coating the boomerang. This allows the boomerang to increase in both speed and killing potential due to the properties of the wind element. The elemental coat itself surrounds the boomerang exactly 3 inches away from the boomerang. The wind itself is S-rank in strength, thus being able to cut straight through any rank of lightning, and S-rank and below of other basic elements, if logical of course.


Tsuchi Shindou -
Or better known as the 'Earthen Impact' form The user channels earth chakra into a held or thrown boomerang in order to alter its abilities through the use of the earth. Upon activation of this form, the boomerang(s) are coated with a thick layer of earth and take on a darker look, very similar to Kakuzu when using his earth technique. This allows the boomerang to increase in both power and killing potential due to the properties of the earth element making the boomerang gain more mass, thus more impact power. The elemental coat itself surrounds the boomerang exactly 3 inches away from the boomerang. The earthen shell itself is S-rank in strength, thus being able to cut straight through any rank of water, and S-rank and below of other basic elements, if logical of course.


One of the greatest strengths of this technique is a basic ability of even a Normal boomerang. The user can indirectly attack a target by throwing the boomerang(s) in a given direction and allowing them to arc and attack from a different direction. Or if an opponent so happens to dodge the boomerang it will curve back around and hit the target from the opposite direction, thus making each attack unpredictable, though in no way can the user change the trajectory of the boomerangs via chakra.
