Considering what I've gotten from Naruto Shippudden, Sasuke could have easily banged him just like he did tailed beasts with his rinnegan in one sec. In Boruto movie, it was just plottish to underpower them, other than that both Sasuke and Naruto have the potential to eliminate him in less than one sec
