Super Mario World 92% stuck

i recently finished playing super mario world for the snes and did everything i had to do got all the secrets opened all the exits got all the dragon coins and finished in 92 % i played this game like 5 years ago and got the perfect 96 % i dont understand why i got 92 % im super mess up about it need some help plz.
