I raise my hand up and send a snake shooting at you and warps round your arm and then bits your right arm releasing the venom into your skin and after a few minutes it makes a seal tatoo appear.

Since I have the Orochimaru bio I could do this in his way. So I bite my finger and wipe blood on my snake tattoo. After it I make followed handseals and slam my hand on the ground summoning Small snake.
