V4 and V3 have shown to wield each others weapons.
-Sasuke's V4 against the Zetsu Platoon had a bow and arrow.
-Sasuke's V4 against Kakashi had an Enton Orb and a shield.
-Sasuke's V3 against Juubito had a sword, AND a bow and arrow.
So it's likely Sasuke would be able to pull out a bow and arrow here, and even if he couldn't, Hirudora can only obliterate a regular V3, not one super sized by Sakura's Byakugo chakra. If Jiraiya is charging to close the distance then Hiashi isn't going to have time to see Amaterasu's build up, warn Jiraiya and leave enough time for Jiraiya himself to be able to block it with a clone, and even it gets blocked with a clone, Amaterasu continues to spawn as long as the user is focusing on that point. Jiraiya isn't fast enough to escape Sasuke's vision so once that clone poofs he gets hit.
That's EMS Sasuke and there wasn't any bow and arrow against the Zetsu Platoon, This is the same V4, it's only this he has, there's no bow but a shield

and the scan you're referring to with the Zetsu Platoon, that could easily have been his aura if it's the exact scan I'm thinking of. When have we seen MS Sasuke's V4 use the bow and arrow? Not to mention, Different forms of Susano'o tend to use different tools while Susano'o has 3 hands only.

) He can't switch because the bow and arrow/sword automatically comes as he unlocks V3 as shown in the first and second scan. Check their previous pages and you'll see. MS Sasuke's V4 wields a shield in it's left hand which gives no room to the bow. He wields an orb and a sword in its right.
As for the main point. Jman doesn't need to charge to close to the distance. Not to mention him being able to sense too enabling for a quick counter. Plus he doesn't need one clone to block his sight alone when he can create more than one. If this isn't a good strategy then Ma and Pa just rides with Oro underneath or with Gai while they prepare Gama Rinsho. Then Gai at his limit destroyed EMS Madara's V3 which is much more superior to Sasuke's. A boost would do Sasuke a favor but with 2 consecutive Hirudora which isn't an issue considering Gai's stamina and endurance level in the War Arc? If anything, Gai can just evade his attacks till the particular version he can take down comes through.
Within? What form will Oro be in? Because the only form where he could carry Jiraiya would be Eight Branches, and that's just asking for a death sentence. Hiashi and Tsunade and Gai can't damage Susanoo, so Sasuke and Naruto have no reason to ignore Orochimaru and Jiraiya approaching them from the back. Eight Branches is also a huge target that was canonically fodderized by Itachi's Susanoo, Sasuke's buffed Susanoo w/ Enton makes short work of it even from a distance. So that doesn't work.
Not them. I mean Oro carrying Ma and Pa with his Mayfly technique while they're within him if Jiraiya's strategy is useless. It's another choice whether or not Jman loses Sage Mode. If Oro can't carry them with Mayfly then he'll easily create clones and use his other forms of transportation like hiding in a mole to carry them underneath making it hard for Sasuke to determine the real Oro since the clones would have his chakra while the real would be blocking Ma and Pa from being detected by Sasuke's eyes.
Once Kirin starts getting prepared, Sasuke would be faced with the issue of attacking Gai with it? Or attacking the unknown Oro clones or Oro himself underneath as they don't know which is which? Attacking Hiashi and whoever is left? Who'll Kirin be focused on when they can easily spread out to prevent being hit as soon as they see signs of the preparation, they make moves and if one dies, one individual remains who can eventually counteract them. Either Gai who can dodge every attack and wait till Susano'o drops or Orochimaru with the elder sages who would have Gama Rinsho ready then.
Though them riding on Gai works, but Jiraiya would lose Sage Mode, and the creating clones thing only works when you have clones gathering Senjutsu in the first place as Naruto had during the pain arc, Jiraiya has no such luxury here.
If Jiraiya loses Sage Mode then no problem as long as Ma and Pa remains.
But even if Frog Call ends up happening, they can't access Sasuke and team from the bottom of Susanoo.

@bold: But I could use that same exact reasoning and say "Madara can't create a lower body to protect from underground attacks because he chose not to make one to protect from the sand attacks even after seeing them", but as the Manga as shown, Madara has shown a lower body to his Susanoo. So that logic is faulty.
I'll just leave this point and agree with you.
-Jiraiya can't on his own. He can only count one shot.
-Hirudora caps out at a regular V3, so a super sized V3 survives it, but V4 can likely pull out the bow and arrow regardless.
-Underlined doesn't make sense. If anything the load on her is lightened since Sasuke will be spending less chakra, thus she won't have to spend as much chakra to buff him.
-Hiashi can send one attack back at a time, Naruto and Sasuke can send multiple attacks his way. If they fire consecutively then the first attack is deflected but the next one hits, especially if it's coming from Sasuke since his attacks are faster than Naruto's by a good amount.
No problem but Gai. He can save his teammates from the attacks like Sasuke did here with his speed "Fast while carrying those two" as stated

) and fired would give him room to do so with that godlike speed. FRS is a not a problem when the Paths could dodge it. The Range, Gai can dodge it and save his team. Don't think this is an issue at all
Gama Rinsho? :lol Yeah, that's definitely never happening. Not in this lifetime anyway. By the time Gama Rinsho is set up, Kirin is set up and then Sasuke kills everyone on the opposing side.
Kirin alone might not be a good idea because this is a one shot and FT's point seem to make it indubitably difficult to accomplish. This again drives Sasuke to his limit like in the Itachi fight, he's up against multiple opponents coupled with the fact that with intel from Oro who was within him then, they'll separate themselves once they see the preparation. Gai and Orochimaru (who would be with Ma and Pa). This makes things difficult for Sasuke when he'd have to settle down and aim for one of these two that could potentially win the match once Kirin ends with Gama Rinsho or Hirudora once his version drops down. Kirin only eliminates them if they all stay together but once the signs pull through, they separate themselves well enough leaving Sasuke to focus on one of them as they're apart. I don't see why Kirin would be set up before Gama Rinsho though. At least Zetsu who was watching closely in the bottom right

Once the signs show, another thing I was considering was the fact that Orochimaru or his clone can summon Manda(who could save Sasuke from C0) while they hide in it like in this scan

to either Sasuke's position or so as long as they stay deep down preventing Kirin from killing them as it would have to get past the ground and then Manda before eventually killing the others. Main thing is as long as they prevent getting hit from the Jutsu. I think this too might work.
