distance:suna start 100m from kiri,they are on the beach while kiri are on the ocean water.

all other things stay constant

Yeah this is a stomp for Suna. The fact that the swords are useless means this is Mei, 2nd Mizukage and Kisame VS all the sand ninjas we know of. Not only does the Sand Village outclass the Mist village when it comes to known ninjas. Mostly due to the screen time the Sand Siblings got before and after the time skip in comparison to Mist village ninjas who happen to get none.

Anyway Temari blows away any mist from any mist ninja be it acid or regular allowing Baki to fodderize the Seven swordsmen one by one since wind blades are supposed to be better than regular ones. The 3rd Kazekage uses his magnetic abilities to take away all those swords or Sasori could do the same unless he doesn't have the 3rd Kazekage puppet. Does Sasori have it?

In the meantime Gaara preps sand tsunamis while his father uses gold dust to overwhelm the enemy with wide area of effect attacks. Kankuro and Chiyo's puppet spam would help as well in overwhelming most mist ninjas. The 2nd Mizukage is the toughest one to deal with but can't his mist be blown away? Anyway Gaara with his father's help will obviously beat him.

So Suna wins all three scenarios with varying difficulties which I can not be bothered to give.

gaara has a huge advantage in scenarios 1 and 3 and solos in both. if its in kiri then probably team 2 due to their huge suitons

I agree, however I think Gaara surpassed the 3rd Kazekage. IMO now he is the most powerful Kazekage.

Gaara has not surpassed the 3rd, people have seen his power and still hail the 3rd as the most powerful ninja in suna and his iron sand as the most feared weapon in suna, definitely Gaara will surpass him in the future

actually gaara probably wasnt in a real battle in front of a real audience until the 4th world war. he was trying to protect everyone vs deidara, and much weaker than he is now

sasori isnt a fodder,temari isnt a fodder,

sasori is fodder unless he can get himself out of hiruko. any decently fast ninja can cut him to pieces before that happens. good enough swordsmanship can cut chakra threads
