Summons that are stronger than their summoners.

Wich characters shown are weaker than their own Kushyoses?
On the top of my head I can only think of:

Tsunade and Sakura (Below Katsuyu): Their summons are immune to phisical attacks, which is unfortunaly Sakura's and Tsunade's only form of attack

Jiraiya
If we count all toad summons he use, he clearly lose:
Base Jiraiya (since he can't go to Sage Mode whitout Ma and Pa) < Gamabunta + Gamaken + Gamatatsu + Ma + Pa

Note: I'm restrcting Edo tensei, Bijuu's, the Juubi And the Gedo Mazo from the equation.

Actually, Jiraiya can enter SM without Ma and Pa, he only needs them to refill his sage chakra when he's running low because he can't refill it himself while he fights. Correct me if im wrong here i don't really know the difference between Perfect Sage's and Imperfect Sage's.

While weakened to the extremes, the Gedo Mazo is still basically Kaguya.It shits on Nagato and Rinbito
