None of them are the original summons of the Sannin. Naruto's is Gamakichi while Sakura and Sasuke summoned younger versions of slugs and serpents. The others are not Katsuyu or Manda.

I think the unidentifiable slug and snake are the off-springs of Katsuya and Manda. I think this makes senses since one of the recurring themes in Naruto is the new generation always surpasses the previous generation. Perhaps, Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura are being introduced a potential new Sannin after their masters.

Probably Manda 3 and Katsuya can shed tiny slugs to heal anything. Katsuya doesn't physically have to be in the vicinity to heal you.
