If Minato summoned it first, then it will be teleported from its original location to Minato's, then when Naruto summon it, it will be teleported from Minato's location to Naruto's one.

I can relate that in some ways in naruto's case. We all know Kurama is inside naruto. Madara tried to summon him but he failed because he was already in naruto's stomach, so to sum it up, The Summoning cannot be used if one of the summoner already did the seal.

It is different case, Kurama was sealed inside Naruto so Madara couldn't summon him, but in toad case, they aren't sealed inside any one, so any one who has the contract can summon them.

Exactly. The summoning failed because Kurama was sealed. If he wasn't , Madara would have been able to summon him.
