I would say Hashirama's summon... Does Perfect Susanoo count? I suppose it isn't really a summon. More of a chakra.

Manda V2, if you see the size comparison to it and the island you could estimate that normal boss summons are dwarfed in comparison. Not to mention as Kabuto said Manda V2 is stronger and more intelligent then the original which is a deadly mix.

also amaterasu isnt unique to itachis eyes i think because madara can use susanoo wich itachi can use so the ms powers must be with all ms users.

ya true and i know that real world doesn't work in naruto but people on this sight think it does, also even if it was chakra infused, amterasu, and i quote "the amaterasu can burn through anything, even fire itself!" -zetsu. so if it can burn fire, i think it could burn chakra infused wood. also wouldn't any strong fire style jutsu work on it?
