I summon Kingfishers. the contract between them and us was made by Shinta the current Amekage and all of the signers are from amegakure except the first one "elmage" is from Konoha.
the Kingfishers are a group of small to medium sized brightly coloured birds. There are roughly 90 species of kingfisher. All have large heads, long, sharp, pointed bills, short legs, and stubby tails. Most species have bright plumage with little differences between the sexes. Most species are tropical in distribution, and a slight majority are found only in forests. They consume a wide range of prey as well as fish, usually caught by swooping down from a perch.

Ok,I have signed the BlueJay summoning.The BlueJay's are birds,who are blue overall with some white markings on them.It has a black, U-shaped collar around its neck and a black border behind the crest.

Description: The user bites their thumb, and begins to slams both of their hands onto the ground to call forth Raijin the boss of the Blue Jays. Raijin is pretty large for a normal Blue Jay, hes around half the size of Gamabunta but a little taller then his younger brother Suijin. Raijin's personality is quite rude similar to Gamabunta's, he doesn't aknowledge or obey anyone unless they are stronger than him, and at any time if the summoner shows a little weakness he will attack trying to kill him. Raijin looks are a lot similar to his younger brother Suijin, but the differance they have is Raijin's blue is darker, and he carries a Thunderbolt figure on his chest. The symbol was there since the day he was born, the Blue Bird Sage believes it to be a sign that Raijin will be the next lightning god.
Raijin's is known for his incredible manipulation of the lightning element. He can perform up to S-rank Lightning technique without any hand seals, effortlessly. His special ability is that his feathers are known to be special, and act as lightning rods, and are able to conduct electricity, and Raijin is thus completely impervious to lightning techniques B-rank and below.
when the opponent attacks Raijin with an B-rank Lightning and below technique, Raijin has the ability to absorb the lightning technique, not just being unaffected by it. Raijin can convert the lightning attack, using his natural ability to being resistant to lightning, and cover his entire body in a glaring shade of lightning, thus forming a electric field around his body.
The electric field formed by the absorption of the lightning attack can enhance Raijin's powers. Using the natural characteristics of lightning, when Raijin is bathed in the lightning chakra, for that turn, and only that turn, his speed|power|damage| is increased by 1x, making him more powerful by making use of lightning. After that turn, the effect wears away, unless the opponent shoots another lightning attack towards Raijin, and Raijin absorbs it, increasing his abilities again by another 1x. Therefore, if the opponent continuously shoot attacks and Raijin absorbs them, Raijin can become a menacing and powerful foe to deal with. With the abilities granted by the lightning field around Raijin, he can fly at faster speeds, and cause devastating damage upon impact

Type: Summoning

Description: The user bites his thumb, and begins to slams both of his hands onto the ground to call forth Suijin the younger brother of the boss of the Blue Jays. Suijin is around half the size of Gamabunta, and can travel up to 100 miles per hour. What makes him unique is his incredible manipulation of the water affinity, from his birth he was training to master the water element, and after 5 years of training he has completely mastered the water element, a goal most cannot accomplish. Therefore he can use the water element up to A-rank techniques without the use of hand seals, in order to perform the water techniques. He also has thick blue, white, and black feathers that makes him immune to water techniques from B-rank and below. Whenever Suijin performs a water technique it gets enhanced by +10 additional damage points due to him using more chakra in order to perform the water technique required.

- Can only be summoned once per battle

Kuchiyose no jutsu: Skyrus
Type: Summoning

Description: The user will bite his/her thumb. After doing so he will slam his hand on the ground and call fourth Skyrus The Mighty Blue Jay Guardian. Skyrus has a strong affinity to wind. He is a bit smaller than Gamabunta but he is a fierce opponent.He can fly up to speeds of 70miles. He mastered the wind element back in Celestia The Home of the Blue Jays. Skyrus is able to use Wind Techs S-Ranks and below without the need for hand seals and is unaffected by Wind Jutsu's Rank C and below.

Can Only be on the field for 4 turns.
Must Have signed the Blue Jay Contract to use.
Can Only be Taught by Sage of Darkness.

Kuchiyose No Jutsu: Odun
Type: Summoning/Defensive
Rank: S-Rank

Chakra: 40

Description: The user will bite his thumb and slam his hand on the ground. Summoning the mighty Odun. Odun is a Blue Jay Warrior he is about the size of Orochimarus Three head snake and is covered in a thick steel amor. Odun is fast although being covered in a thick amor being able to move a great speed that of (chuunin rank ninja). Odun's thick amor makes a great defense from attack being able to Defend against a Total of 3 B-Rank techniques, 2 A-Rank or 1 S-Rank all within reason and taking into account the size of the techniques. If Odun recieves many damage points it goes away like a normal summon. If Odun blocks against a certain attack depending on The rank of the attack his total 4 turns can be reduce upto 1.
-Note-
-Can only be summoned once per Battle
-Stays on the field for 4 Turns
-If he defends to much he goes away quickly
-Must have signed the Blue Jay Contract
-No Other Blue Jays can be in play while he is on

It bares the Kirigakure symbol on its back. It is capable of producing a deceptive mirage that completely renders observers unable to accurately locate the position of itself or its summoner, after firstly opening its shell and exuding a mist from its siphons throughout the duration of the technique. (must use the mirage technique to activate its ability)
Note: Can only be used by the Second Mizukage

Okay, i summon the giant clam, Second Mizukage's summoning. Not much to explain here, he's just a clam that is extremely big. He has an extremely hard shell that is hard to pierce through. What makes this summon special is the ability and skills with genjutsu, he can expel large amounts of mist throughout the entire terrain and cast a genjutsu on everyone caught within the mist's range. The genjutsu is:

Description: The Giant Clam manifests a realistic mirage of itself along with its summoner, the Second Mizukage, which is almost impossible for most observers to distinguish from the real thing. This property makes the technique ideal for concealing the actual location of either individual, resulting in confusion amongst the opposition as their attacks are rendered ineffective and they attempt to ascertain the pair's true positions. However, to maintain the illusion, the clam must continually exude a mist from its siphons throughout the entire duration of the ability.
Note: Can only remain active for 3 turns.

That technique, it creates mirage to use against your opponents. The mist keeps them in the genjutsu, meaning the only way to break out of it is to destroy the clam itself. The mirage makes the opponent think that the Mizukage and the clam is in one place, when in reality, they are somewhere else.

As for your second question: What is chakra?

Chakra is kind of like energy in human terms. Every ninja has chakra. Chakra is there energy supply and without chakra, they are pretty much dead in battles. They use chakra to perform elemental ninjutsu and normal ninjutsus and genjutsu. By using chakra's nature and shape manipulation, they would be able to perform techniques that can be used offensively and defensively. When techniques are hard to perform and/or complicated and requires a large amount of chakra, hand seals are used to easier the flow of chakra and to allow the user the ability to perform the technique. And, that's pretty much all i know about chakra, feel free to correct me on some points and enlighten me xD

Chakra is the practically the combination of physical energy and spiritual energy inside a person after being moulded.It is then channeled through the chakra respiratory system through the use of handseals.Ninjutsu and genjutsu are done through the use of chakra.Chakra also includes the basic 5 elements and their variations.Chakra can't be seen with the naked eye,only with doujutsu like the sharingan,byakugan and rinnegan.Though,in some cases,chakra can be seen with the naked eye if released in great quantity for example,when a jinchuuriki transforms.

chakra is combination of the person's spiritual and physical energies in a certain ratio that is different from one person to another, which gives the doujutsu, sensor and ninken users to distinguish different chakras by how it's shape or its smell.

chakra has two types of transformation, a natural transformation like sasuke's lightning release and fire release and shape transformation like naruto's rasengan
the natural transformation has many varieties AKA the basic 5 elements and the elemental Kekkei Genkais, which is a combination of 2 or more element.
shape transformation requires a lot of training to give the chakra its right shape as we saw how naruto took 3 years to master rasengan then he made his own versions of it.
performing a jutsu requires using some of the persons chakra but using too much jutsus will make the person's chakra go down to Zero then he will die

All of you are pretty much correct. Though, in Edward's response, a little pointer, Handseals are used to mold chakra. It's the handseal that allows a ninja to produce whatever effects he means to produce (It's not just to easier the flow).

Okay, so, let's move on to the Summoning Technique.

When you sign a contract with blood, you're basically linking yourself to every animal within than community. This link allows you to summon an animal to you, and, through the reverse technique, allow an animal to summon you to them. The first technique I'm teaching you is the Cannon Summoning Technique (Called cannon because it's from the manga/anime, instead of a custom technique).

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu) - Summoning Technique

Description:To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.

The technique requires you to retrieve blood, normally by bitting your thumb, performing 5 handseals and then slapping the ground. It can be used in the air, slapping the air, to create a flying summon, or in the water, slapping the water or a body of water, to summon an aquatic summon. It can also be spread on a special weapon, like a fan, to summon them in different ways. Members with a tattoo can skip the hand seals and spread the blood on their tattoos, summoning the animals.

You need to choose the amount of chakra you spend with the technique, as that is what is going to call specific summons, bigger or smaller. Not just the amount of chakra, but also the fluctuation you give to the chakra, to summon different animals with a same amount of chakra. With this technique, you are able to summon average animals, as described in your contract. Normally, being ninjas and all, you can summon either smaller versions of normal animals, normal versions, or slightly bigger versions. With this technique, I wouldn't be surprised to see cats the size of tigers, for example. But not much bigger, that would require a different technique. It also allows you to create unsuccessful summons, like child animals, or even some pre-juvenile states (like eggs and chicks, for example, or larvae).

What I want you all to do now, is describe the following animals, which you are able to summon using this technique alone:

1 - Pre-juvenile State
2 - Child State
3 - Average (normal adult)
3.1 - Smaller than normal (the min limit of what is considered normal within your contract)
3.2 - Bigger than normal (the max limit of what is considered normal within your contract)

The giant clam is the personal summon of the 2nd Mizukage. It is massive, maybe around the size of gamabunta. The giant clam has the symbol of the hidden mist engraved in its shell and it looks a lot like a normal clam. Because of its size, i think it would go under the 3.2 collumn. I think with the giant clam, i am able to have it tank some elemental ninjutsus, however, the clam can break if it is struct or destroyed by an extremely powerful technique. With the clam, i think i am able to create mirages that are better then most genjutsus. These mirages may resemble the yang release; the target caught in the clam's mist will see that the user will be in one place, while in reality, they will be in another. If they attack the mirage, it will go through them, which is why it somewhat resembles yang. The target can only be released from the mirage by breaking the clam itself, which may be hard because of the strength and durability of the shell.

-He is pretty huge for a bird,like half the size of Gamabunta.So he falls under the category of 3.1 as he is the second biggest of my summon.

Suijin: Younger brother of Raijin
-A little shorter than Raijin,but still pretty large and also falls under the 3.1 category.

Skyrus:
-The same as the above (my summons are all huge >_> ) also,3.1 category

Odun:
-Now Odun is huge,maximum size of my summons,being the size of Orochimarus Three headed snake.He falls into the 3.2 category.

All wrong. These are pre-designed customs. All of these already have a specific jutsu. What I mean is, in battle, you can post the cannon jutsu, and that jutsu will allow you to summon animals.

Let me guide you with my example:

I have the Parrot Contract, here's the link:

I have lots of specific Jutsus, which allow me to create different parrots, but I can use this jutsu:

To summon the following:

1. Pre-Juvenile State: A parrot egg. Big or small, it has an unborn parrot inside, with no autonomy or ability to perform jutsu. It is considered a "failed summon".
Ex: I do the handseals and summon a small egg, the size of a fist, yellow with red dots. He does nothing. I make it vanish again.

2. Child State: A parrot chick. They can technically use the Parrot Arts, which I created to support the contract, but don't have great proficiency. They can be small or big, but can't fly. They're considered a "failed summon" yet, can be used due to they cuteness ;)
Ex: I do the handseals and summon a big cuddly parrot chick, with big round eyes and green plumage. I kill my opponent with cuteness before vanishing the chick back.

3. Adult State: The average parrot. All parrots can fly, they show bright plumage and strong beaks and claws. Inherently, they possess Magnetic Sensory, which I created within the contract. At C rank (Summoning Technique), they're able to sense the electromagnetic waves up to 100 meters from them. They can use the Parrot Arts. They do not possess the ability to perform Elemental Ninjutsu (That is only for specific techniques). They can have any clothing or weaponry, at the time of their appearance. This allows me to summon all sorts of Parrots, including macaws, cockatoos, parakeets and the like. The parrots speak with a Brazilian or Latino accent.

3.0 The average parrot IRL, can reach up to 1m from head to tail. They're usually the size of human children.
Ex: I do the handseals and summon a blue macaw at my shoulder, the size of a human kid. He speaks Portuguese and is pretty annoying with his love of football and Ronaldinho. I vanish him back.

3.1 With this jutsu I can summon actual big sized parrots, which I call average Altorio parrot, the custom place I created where my parrots dwell. The average Altorio parrot is about the size of a lion, and is capable of carrying up to 2 people on their back, which makes them perfect to carry me around in battles.
Ex: I do the handseals and summon a bright red and green cockatoo, big enough to carry 1 person on his back. Her mohawk is shaved off, as a rebel act against her smothering parents. I vanish her back.

3.2 The smallest parrots I can summon with this technique, follow closely the pygmy species of RL parrots, which are around 8 cm. Since it's a ninja contract, I can go as small as 5cm. These are good for stealth missions or carrying notes.
And they're also quite cute.
Ex: I summon a tiny pygmy parrot, grey and yellow, around the size of my thumb. He chirps around happily carrying a small love note to my lover. I then vanish him back.



Without even wasting a jutsu spot, from the 10 techniques I can have, I already created a whole bunch of normal parrots. Of course, they don't have great abilities, but the have the base stats, which means I can build upon them when I create actual summon techniques. Neither of them is Boss sized, so it might be good to create a huge parrot boss. Neither of them has elemental chakra, so I might create a couple with fire or wind etc. Maybe I'd like some with more than 1 pair of wings, or more than 1 pair of claws, for example. All of that I can do in specific techniques.

So what you are trying to say is with (Kuchiyose no Jutsu) - Summoning Technique,I can summon all those variations of my summon?

eg:
1 - Pre-juvenile State
2 - Child State
3 - Average (normal adult)
3.1 - Smaller than normal (the min limit of what is considered normal within your contract)
3.2 - Bigger than normal (the max limit of what is considered normal within your contract)

But the ones I posted above are specific to like one of them?

1 - Pre-juvenile State:
As a failed summon,it would probably be an egg,not useful to me in any way.
2 - Child State:
A child state Bluejay would be pretty small,maybe around 12 cm and would be able to fly but not perform any attacks.It would make a great messenger though.
3 - Average (normal adult) :
A normal sized Bluejay could be used for spying operations as it is still very small.
3.1 - Smaller than normal (the min limit of what is considered normal within your contract) : A very small Bluejay can be used to signal me of suprise attacks or to infiltrate a place as he wouldn't be able to be seen.

I'm not sure about this since shinta never mentioned it in the contract's description:

1 - Pre-juvenile State
as you said it's a failed summon and i can't use it in any way
2 - Child State
Kingfishers are small-sized birds and their children will be smaller. a child kingfisher can stand on my shoulder while keeping his eye on my back and warn me if there's a danger coming from backwards
3 - Average (normal adult)
as said many times before Kingfishers are small-sized birds but since it's an adult bird it will be able to fly, so it can be used perfectly for spying and gathering information or even watching over me from away
3.1 - Smaller than normal (the min limit of what is considered normal within your contract)
I can use it the same way of using the average Kingfisher since Shinta didn't give any special abilities to the kingfishers other than the summons he made a certain jutsus for
3.2 - Bigger than normal (the max limit of what is considered normal within your contract)
according to shinta's description: Kingfisher has various sizes as the frogs, some of them can be as big as gamabunta.
The big kingfishers can help me by letting me stand on their backs while flying allowing me to attack from midair and travel as fast as they can.
some of them is big enough to carry only one person while others can carry 2 persons. only the boss of kingfisher, Augustine, is big enough to carry 4 persons on his back

1 - Pre-juvenile State Pre juvenile state of a clam, would be some sort of baby clam who isnt fully developed and has a fragile shell, making it useless and a failed summon.
2 - Child State Child state of a clam would be a lot smaller then the adult state. It cannot really defend from anything regardless of its defensive shell because of its size. But, it can keep an eye out by simply standing near me, warning me of upcoming attacks i may have missed.
3 - Average (normal adult) Normal size of a clam irl is quite small. It won't make that much of a differense with the child state, because of its size so i guess it can keep a watch out too. xD
3.1 - Smaller than normal (the min limit of what is considered normal within your contract) the giant clam, in narutoworld, is an extremely big clam. Especially when compared to the size of a normal clam in real life. It can cast genjutsu using mist it expels from its back. Also, because of its size and defensive shells, it can easily tank many elemental and non elemental techniques and is good to use for defense.

Since it had no description, 1 and 2 are good. As for the three, the only thing you can summon is a normal sized Kingfisher (as they exist in the wild), which is around 10-20 cm, going, maybe, as big as 40 cms, maybe with this or that weapon and piece of clothing. And since your contract has birds that big, you could say the largest you can get with this jutsu would be enough to pick 1 person on it's back. Though it is a good idea to chat with the contract holder, to see if there's something extra going on or not.

1. Larvae, no use whatsoever
2. Frail clam with a thin shell, no real use.
3. Clam of various sizes. Average would be hand sized.
3.1 Smaller than a RL oyster, say, finger sized.
3.2 Bigger sized, would go as big as, maybe, a large dog.

All of those simply with the technique I showed. We could say something like, the shell of adult clams could withstand the impact of jutsus of it's rank, maybe. But that is something you could discuss with a Mod. I think it would be nice to have the shell protect the Clam to up to 1 jutsu of the rank above the jutsu used to summon the oyster. So, with this technique, it would be 1 B rank. ( or 2 C ranks or 4 D ranks, etc)

So what you are trying to say is with (Kuchiyose no Jutsu) - Summoning Technique,I can summon all those variations of my summon?

eg:
1 - Pre-juvenile State
2 - Child State
3 - Average (normal adult)
3.1 - Smaller than normal (the min limit of what is considered normal within your contract)
3.2 - Bigger than normal (the max limit of what is considered normal within your contract)

But the ones I posted above are specific to like one of them?

As a failed summon,it would probably be an egg,not useful to me in any way.
2 - Child State:
A child state Bluejay would be pretty small,maybe around 12 cm and would be able to fly but not perform any attacks.It would make a great messenger though.
3 - Average (normal adult) :
A normal sized Bluejay could be used for spying operations as it is still very small.
3.1 - Smaller than normal (the min limit of what is considered normal within your contract) : A very small Bluejay can be used to signal me of suprise attacks or to infiltrate a place as he wouldn't be able to be seen.

2. No, it would be a chick, still before the flying stage
3 - Not that small, an average blue jay is 30 cm long. You could go as far as half a meter and it wouldn't be too wrong.
3.1. If you were to put a measure, you could say hand-sized, a very small jay, say 10/15 cm.
3.2 Since your contract has birds that big, you could say the largest you can get with this jutsu would be enough to pick 1 person on it's back.

Oh.. I think I get this. Summoning technique you are teaching us is the general summoning technique(the ones that only summon smaller animals, not the actually animals that can do jutsus and all), and the summoning animal itself with the rank is the actually summon. Okay I think I confused myself lol
