Hey everyone, I was wondering about the rules to learn summoning jutsus.

Who do I learn from?

When can I start to learn them?

Well.

To learn a summon you need to sign a contract. When your Jounin i think you can sign your first summoning contract or make one. No mythical creatures allowed. THe scroll owner can they allow you and teach you summoning.

You can (jounin and up) submit ur own summoning animal but not made up ones or ones with owners already

Look through custom jutsu thread, and at Kage rank you can sign/create 2 contracts
