Sumire Kakei (筧スミレ, Kakei Sumire), born Sumire Shigaraki (信楽スミレ, Shigaraki Sumire), is a kunoichi of Konohagakure's Scientific Ninja Weapons Team. Sumire's father, Tanuki Shigaraki, a maniacal follower of Danzo's, trained her from a young age, in order to avenge Root. Eventually, he bestowed her with Gozu Tennō. Sumire eventually became the representative of her Academy class, during which, she began nurturing the Nue's development.

- Sumire an increase of +2 Bonus MIND unless they are using Dual Abilities, in which case the ability with the highest AP boosts will apply.
- Sumire is noted to be skilled with Scientific Ninja Tools, capable of having two additional Ninja Tools on her bio, bringing the total to 7, and able to make advanced technology.
- Through the Gozu Tennō placed on her back, she is able to summon Nue, a yōkai that was created by Root capable of using its own S/T technique to travel to it's own dimension, Chakra and Health equal to a Sannin, and capable of reducing up to 30 damage from attacks.
- Sumire, and Nue, are skilled Chakra Sensors and Absorbers and are both capable of utilizing Chakra Arms in the form of purple chakra
Restrictions:
- Must be at least Chūnin Rank
- Must have Water Release
- Currently Requires 10,000 Kumi and RP Admin permission
