Yes she kept up with Mitsuki for a second and even got a scratch on him but big whoop. He stopped playing games and almost killed her like twice.

Then there's the Nue but it was stated that her seal was removed so she can't collect chakra to summon it anymore. She harbors a link to it still but I don't think it's anything usable at the moment.

She has skill and potential but at the moment, nah not top 3. Top 5 though sure.

You don't seriously think Boruto or full power Iwabe couldn't handle her?

Mitsuki handled iwabe pretty easily and had a bit of trouble with sumire so don't think he could best him, sumire is easily the second strongest konaha new gen character so far

Anime Boruto has not a single feat that puts him above Sumire.

She can user water clones to counter his clones.
She has water bullets and water wall.

And she can walk on water. Something most academy Students just learned this episode.
