water release or suiton is one of the basic five elements that have many uses like using it against fire as it is has a stronger element strength as water puts out fire, their is different forms of water many differ you can get it in a large quaintly and produce mass waves like kisame, or can add shape manipulation to form a bullet which is very dense and strong, water elemental weakness is doton or earth as it has a stronger elemental strength, some related kekkei genkai are ice release, wood release, storm release, and boil release these are all KG that have water used in them.
other forms of water is of the Hลzuki clan that turn their body's this is also a KG that only their clan posses with the exception of kabuto who took sugestui dna and he is able to use the clans ability as well, the possibility's of when water meets fire is outcomes, the first the water tech is stronger then the fire and overpowers the justu and continues forward, or the water is 2 ranks below the fire and a lot of steam is produce as both justu fire and water get cancelled out, Additionally, it can be used with Wind Release to increase the concussive and overall destructive power of a water technique, also Water Release can be used in conjunction with Lightning Release to increase the flow of electricity thus increasing damage taken by the target

My training method is straitforward: I post jutsu for you to perform with as much detail as possible to demonstrate your understanding of the technique and its inner workings. Your targets are usually Pein and their summons so you could provide a more "realistic" description of the jutsu's effects. Here we go. 
Good you know your stuff. Feel free to ask if you ever have a question for me.
Since you've never molded suiton chakra before try acquiring a strong mental image of the nature of water (a description of water's characteristics) and mold a portion of your chakra to mimic that nature. Then channel suiton chakra into a water source and manipulate it with your chakra to create a small wave. After that, try raising water in the form of a small wall and then shooting a small water blast from the water source. That's the basic suiton jutsu. It could also be done without a water source by converting suiton chakra into water released from your mouth, hands, etc. When you're done with the first three try it once without a water source.

shikamaru hears ushiro sensei words and walks over to the lake nearby and dips his hands into the water and then begins to channel his charka into the water, he molds his charka into suiton charka and starts to picture a small wave forming and moving as shikamaru is picturing this he is also channelling his suiton chakra into a water source and manipulate it with his chakra to create a small wave.
shikamaru then repeats his move again, dips his hands into the water and then begins to channel his charka into the water, he molds his charka into suiton charka and starts to picture a small blast of water forming, he channels his suiton charka into the water source and manipulates the water into a small blast of water then skims across the lake

Eh..decent i guess. Here's one completely different than the last. First, perform what looks like the tiger handseal except your left hand is raised. Then send suiton chakra into any source of water and raise some into the air while separating the water particles. This would allow them to hang in the air as a thick mist covering an area, concealing your position and giving you the opportunity to attack stealthily or escape. By focusing suiton chakra in your lungs and converting it to mist you could exhale it from your mouth instead. Try it out.

shikamaru listens to his sensei and walks over to the lake again, channelling charka to his feet he stands on the lake, he then makes a tiger seal but shikamaru left hand is raised, kneading his charka into suiton charka shikamaru then channels his charka into the lake and raises some into the air while he separating the water particles this forms a thick mist by the lake concealing shikamaru, shikamaru undo's the mist and walks back to ushiro sensei.
shikamaru then try's to do the justu the other way, shikamaru expels suiton charka and creates a thick mist surrounding him and ushiro sensei, he adds more charka to the mist making the mist thicker and harder to see what's in the mist and what's out the mist

Not bad. For this jutsu i want you to gather suiton chakra in your hand and produce water condensed to form a solid sword you can use just like a normal sword. There's your target.

shikamaru sees the dummy that ushiro sensei pointed out which did indeed oddly resemble him, shikamaru begins to gather his charka and mold his charka into suiton charka and he gathers it in his right hand, then using nature manipulation makes the water and then adding shape manipulation makes a sword of dense water, shikamaru then charges at the dummy and strikes it head off with the sword

Alright. Now perform the Rat, Dog, and Ox handseals. Like the previous technique, produce water in your hand and apply shape manipulation to form a long cord of water used to lash your target like a whip or bind them by wrapping their limbs. An appropriate lightning technique may be channeled through the cord to deliver a shock to the enemy like the Lightning Release technique. Catch that theif!

The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
For this jutsu, perform the Tiger handseal and transform pre-existing water into a clone of yourself to fight for you and even perform water jutsu. The downside is the clone cannot be further than short range from you without reverting back into water. The same happens when it takes enough damage. Try it out and have your clone perform a jutsu.

Good job. Now focus suiton chakra in a nearby water source and manipulate the water, compressing it into multiple pointed streams directed at your target. The spinning motion and density of the streams make this technique more lethal than most water jutsu. If your enemy is standing on water you could even attack from any angle you wish. There's your target.

Ok. Now i want you to perform the Bird, Rat, Ox, Monkey, Rat, and Snake handseals before sending suiton chakra throughout the sky and generating rainclouds in moments. Make rain fall from the clouds that should be infused with your chakra which is linked to your senses, allowing you to detect the chakra of someone the rain falls on. Performing the seals again stops the rain. Would you like to play a game? Pick the right door.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird โ Rat โ Ox โ Monkey โ Rat โ Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
Next, perform the Snake, Ram, Horse, Hare, Ram, Horse, and Hare handseals. Then hold your hands out towards a target close to you while near a source of water. Manipulate the water to engulf your target in a sphere dense enough that your target can't move and will eventually drown. However, to maintain this jutsu one of your hands must be inside of the orb. Alternatively the water may be spit from the mouth instead. Try it on this guy.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake โ Ram โ Horse โ Hare โ Ram โ Horse โ Hare โ Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned.
