Obito started perfoming technique by gatherin as much chakra as he could after that he quickly used nature transformation changing it's nature affinity into suiton after that he jumped into mid-air channeling suiton chakra into right arm and sword stabbing the ground with sword channeling sending the chakra through ground manipulating it and making pillars of water burst up around him knocking down peins

Next, form these handseals. *gives you a long list* Then gather a large amount of water in front of you and manipulate it to form a huge vortex you direct forward. The vortex is powerful enough to uproot trees and even clear out the ground. Use water from that lake right there and take this guy out.

The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.

Eh..that was decent. Lacking in description though. Anyways, in want you to simply gather a large volume of water in one place and manipulate it to crash into your target with great force. Looks like that dog isn't giving up.

For this jutsu force the water beneath your target to explode and launch him in the air. Then jump above him and produce a large volume of spinning water around your arm resembling a huge corkscrew. I've got a video of it too. ^^ At 1:11.

After hearing all needed information obito started to gather as much chakra as he could after that he quickly used nature transformation changing his raw chakra into suiton chakra after that he quickly channeled that suiton chakra into nearby lake, manipulating his chakra and gathering large amount of water in front of him, manipulating his suiton chakra once again and sending giant water wave towards hopeless dog pushing him back with great power.

Standing on the nearby lake obito once again started to gather as much chakra as he could, after that he used nature transformation to change that chakra's nature affinity into suiton, channeling his suiton chakra into lake beneath his opponent manipulating it and making water under opponent expload launching him into the air, after that he jumped as well following his target appearing in front of him and gathering chakra using nature transformation changing his raw chakra into suiton chakra, chaneling it into his right hand releasing it and creating large whirpool around his arm, hitting enemy with it and creating massive water explosion.

Excellent. Now perform the Ram, Horse, and Bird handseal to manipulate water into a rapidly spinning vortex around you. It not only protects you from incoming attacks, but can be directed toward your target with enough power to knock them out. Try it on these guys.

Next, just like it's predecessor, perform the Ram handseal and spit a huge volume of water from your mouth. Of course, the amount of water and size of the waves are greater so entire areas can be quickly submerged in water. A unique feature is the ability to form all of the water into a giant orb. Here's one of my personal favorites. Perform the Dog, Horse, Monkey, and Ram handseals to manipulate water into the form of a large wolf-like beast. It can attack enemies by shooting streams of water from its mouth or releasing torrents of water from its claws, both strong options. Try it out.

The first S rank is somewhat complex. I want you to clap your hands together before slamming them on the ground to create a large pool of water beneath your target that suddenly gushes upward and launches him into the air. Following that, many small water bullets shot from the pool should strike him as you perform the Bird, Dog, Snake, and Rat handseals causing a water dragon to form from the pool and catch your target in mid-air before sending him crashing into the ground. Pick a Pein from the roster and rough him up.

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion

Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

This one's very self-explanatory so just try it out.

After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets

Next, simply exhale a highly concentrated but still large stream of water at your target. The torrent's density grants it much more destructive power than similar water jutsu and will quickly flood the target area as it expands. Fill my pool for me. Might want to get rid of those pests too.

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

Finally, spew from your mouth a dense torrent of water spreading wide to create a great defensive barricade. This barricade forms almost instantly, making it an ideal defense in a pinch against high level fire jutsu. Don't get roasted. Katon: Gōka Messhitsu!

Obito started perfoming technique with simply gathering as much chakra as he could, as soon as he did that he used nature transformation to change that chakra's nature affinity into suiton chakra, slamming his hands onto the ground creating massive large pool of water beneath opponent wich gushes upwards in a burst lifting his enemy into the mid-air while forming needed Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat handseals manipulating his suiton chakra creating 8 small water bullets rising up towards opponent from massive pool of water, lifting him further into the air plus damaging him wich the he followed up with creating massive water dragon wich striked opponent with a force that sent him onto ground

3rd one

After some rest obito quickly started technique with gathering as much chakra as he could, as he did he quickly used nature transformation changing his raw chakra into suiton chakra plus making it very thin and sharp, after that he perfomed needed Tiger handseal and channeled that chakra into his mouth releasing very thing stream of water wich could cut through solid rocks

4rd one

Obito started doing this technique and gathered as much chakra as he could after that he quickly used nature transformation and changed his raw chakr into suiton chakra channeling that chakra into his mouth and exhaling highly concentrated but still large stream of water at his target with a great force as The torrent's density granted it much more destructive power than other water style technique, and quickly filled the pool with water for sensei
