After that obito channeled that chakra into mouth releasing it and creating large amount of water wich would help Peins

For this one just send suiton chakra beneath your target and produce water that you will manipulate to rise up around your target and drown them in a sphere of water. Make sure the water is dense enough that your target will be unable to move in the sphere. There's your target.

After hearing all needed information obito started to perfom technique by gathering as much chakra as he could after he gathered enough he started to use nature transformation to change that chakra into suiton chakra then he perfomed all needed Monkey → Rat → Tiger → Dragon → Horse → Dragon handseals focusing a suiton chakra into certain person manipulating it and converting that suiton chakra into spinning column of water using shape manipulation giving it widden mouth snake's' shape, then with manipulating his chakra he could control that snake pointing it towards peins deastroying them

After perfoming first technique obito started to perfom second technique and started it by gathering chakra after that he used nature transfromation to change it's nature affinity into suiton, after that he released that chakra sending it beneath his opponent manipulating that chakra making water to rise up and using shape manipulation making it dense enough to trap enemy.

For this jutsu perform the Dog handseal and by channeling suiton chakra throughout the sky, create a large storm cloud from which a heavy downpour of rain falls. Then gather the water to form a large wave you may control to trap your targets in the current. A unique property of this technique is the water's ability to drain the chakra of whoever you've trapped. Ruin these guys' day.

The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.
