Ok. Suiton is one of the basic five elemental techniques. A Suiton user can manipulate surrounding water sources or create their own by infusing their chakra and making it into water. Suiton is an very versatile element, that can be used in a variety of ways. One way is to use it offensively, due to its destructive force and power. It can also be used as a defense against several jutsus, as well as distractions and to block the opponents sight. Suiton can be used in conjunction with some of the other elements.

My training method is straitforward: I post jutsu for you to perform with as much detail as possible to demonstrate your understanding of the technique and its inner workings. Your targets are usually Pein and their summons so you could provide a more "realistic" description of the jutsu's effects. Let's get started.

as itachi listened to ushiro he slowly closed his eyes and starts thinking about water. it's sound, it's power and meanwhile he were gathering chakra. after some time he used nature transformation to change all this chakra into Suiton chakra then he slowly stands in front of River and channels all his chakra into it after that he gained control to it and starts making waves then he channels more suiton chakra into it and he managed to make Suiton shield and finally he maked suiton blasts wich were powerfull enough.
After that he closed his eyes and starts gathering chakra into his stomach after that he used nature transformation to change this chakra into suiton chakra. After that he released all this chakra From mouth meanwhile he saw that ushiro where throwing 3 kunai wich would kill Itachi. without much emotions he released Suiton chakra from mouth creating small shield wich would protect him from kunai.

Not bad. Here's one a bit different than the last. First, perform what looks like the tiger handseal except your left hand is raised. Then send suiton chakra into any source of water and raise some into the air while separating the water particles. This would allow them to hang in the air as a thick mist covering an area, concealing your position and giving you the opportunity to attack stealthily or escape. By focusing suiton chakra in your lungs and converting it to mist you could exhale it from your mouth instead. Try it out.

Well done. Now perform the Rat, Dog, and Ox handseals. Like the previous technique, produce water in your hand and apply shape manipulation to form a long cord of water used to lash your target like a whip or bind them by wrapping their limbs. An appropriate lightning technique may be channeled through the cord to deliver a shock to the enemy like the Lightning Release technique. Catch that theif!

The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
For this jutsu, perform the Tiger handseal and transform pre-existing water into a clone of yourself to fight for you and even perform water jutsu. The downside is the clone cannot be further than short range from you without reverting back into water. The same happens when it takes enough damage. Try it out and have your clone perform a jutsu.

Superb. Now focus suiton chakra in a nearby water source and manipulate the water, compressing it into multiple pointed streams directed at your target. The spinning motion and density of the streams make this technique more lethal than most water jutsu. If your enemy is standing on water you could even attack from any angle you wish. There's your target.

Remember that your target must be in the mist for this technique to blind him and the effect lasts only as long as you fuel the technique. Try it out.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.
