Water Release is one of the basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allow the user to manipulate pre-existing water, or create their own, by turning their chakra into water.It takes much more ability to create the water outside the body than to manipulate what is already available or expel it from their mouths.One of the most versatile of the five basic chakra natures, Water Release techniques can not only change shape but state as well. Since you've never molded suiton chakra before try acquiring a strong mental image of the nature of water (a description of water's characteristics) and mold a portion of your chakra to mimic that nature. Then channel suiton chakra into a water source and manipulate it with your chakra to create a small wave. After that, try raising water in the form of a small wall and then shooting a small water blast from the water source. That's the basic suiton jutsu. It could also be done without a water source by converting suiton chakra into water released from your mouth, hands, etc. When you're done with the first three try it once without a water source.

Reaching the lake gaara closes his eyes and puts his hand on the water. Now he starts to visualize the water characters. The way water flows, the wet feeling after touching water and seas, lakes, rivers. After this he focuses his chakra in the palm of his hand, all the while touching and visualizing water he uses nature manipulation and turns his chakra into suiton chakra, then he channels his chakra into the water and creates a small wave of water in the lake
Now that he has an idea how to do it he repeats the process with a stronger image of water in his mind and uses more amount of chakra. he channels more chakra into water this time and makes water rise in the form of a small wall.
After the first two tries gaara now has stronger image of water and more clearer idea of how to do it. He then again applies nature transformation to his chakra with a strong mental image of water and channels the chakra into the water. Suddenly a small water blast shoots in the lake
After this gaara moves away from the water source and opens his eyes as he now has a strong mental image of water
Gaara now has a strong mental image of water. So he keeps his eyes open and focuses a large amount of chakra in his lungs. Then he applies nature transformation to the chakra and converts it into suiton chakra. After this he exhales out his chakra on to the ground forming a small wave of water
Now that gaara is quite confident after four time he repeats the process but this time focusing his chakra into the palms of his hands and uses nature transformation to turn it into suiton chakra. After that he uses shape manipulation and releases tha chakra from the palms to make a small wall of water

Not bad. Here's one a bit different than the last. First, perform what looks like the tiger handseal except your left hand is raised. Then send suiton chakra into any source of water and raise some into the air while separating the water particles. This would allow them to hang in the air as a thick mist covering an area, concealing your position and giving you the opportunity to attack stealthily or escape. By focusing suiton chakra in your lungs and converting it to mist you could exhale it from your mouth instead. Try it out.

After hearing senpai's words Gaara moves towards lake. At the bank of lake he focuses his chakra in his feet and start walking towards middle of the lake. After reaching some distance he turns his side towards senpai and makes a hand seal which resembles tiger seal but left hand is raised above shoulder. After this he increases amount of chakra towards his feet but still keeping it controlled. Water particles begin to rise around him in circle. After an instant particles rise upto two meters. But senpai was still visible to gaara Controlling the chakra in his feet gaara starts concentrating chakra in his lungs after few seconds gaara performs another seal and exhales out the chakra from his lungs which had been converted into mist by nature transformation. New mist mixes with the already suspended particles to thicken to point where senpai is no longer visible.
After gaara is completely hidden in mist he takes out three kunai's and throw them towards the position of one of peins

After hearing sensei Gaara starts to focus his chakra in his hand after this he applies nature manipulation to it with precise control as he has to keep it in condensed form. after some time he release his chakra with both of his hands joined together with little places between his fingers to let the water flow out. after some time water starts moving out of the places between his fingers to form a shape somewhat similar to a sword Since the nature manipulation was applied water is dense and strong enough to hold it's solid position. than gaara releases more chakra to increase the size of sword after sometime a weapon nearly similar to a sword is in gaara's hand than gaara just keeps a steady flow of chakra in the sword to maintain it's shape.
After performing the first jutsu, as gaara looks towards senpai he sees a pein running towards him. the moment he sees pein throws three kunais at him. Gaara immediately leaves the sword thus cutting it's chakra flow and breaking it. Than he focuses a lot of chakra in his right arm and manipulates it to suiton chakra. After this gaara releases all the chakra while rotating his arm in the form of a circle thus making a shield of water about 3 meters diameter in front of him dense enough to stop the 3 kunais that were sent at him by pein earlier. as the kunais are blocked gaara sees pein coming in with flying kick from his right side. He quickly turns his feet towards right isde in circle and gets his shield in front of peins attack all the while reaching to his back pocket and taking a kunai out of it. after the attack is stopped gaara pushes pein back with his shield causing him to lose balance and throws the kunai at him

Well done. Now perform the Rat, Dog, and Ox handseals. Like the previous technique, produce water in your hand and apply shape manipulation to form a long cord of water used to lash your target like a whip or bind them by wrapping their limbs. An appropriate lightning technique may be channeled through the cord to deliver a shock to the enemy like the Lightning Release technique. Catch that theif!

One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
For this jutsu, perform the Tiger handseal and transform pre-existing water into a clone of yourself to fight for you and even perform water jutsu. The downside is the clone cannot be further than short range from you without reverting back into water. The same happens when it takes enough damage. Try it out and have your clone perform a jutsu.

After hearing senpai's words gaara makes the Rat > Dog > Ox handseals, quickly right after this, he focus chakra within his closed fist with a little opening , than after transforming it into suiton chakra with nature manipulation, he applies shape manipulation and releases the water generated, water comes out of little place between his fist Gaara keeps a constant flow of chakra in it and releases more water chakra to turn it into a long whip, after water whip is strong and long enough he swings the whip and hits Pein's leg, which latches on to his leg gaara immediately pulls it back towards him to make him trip and fall.
After this he moves to pein and picks up the doritos to give them to senpai
Now that is done he saw three peins running at him with killer intent. He quickly starts gathering chakra in his lungs. With a large amount of chakra in his lungs he performs nature transformation to turn it into high viscosity syrup type liquid. When the paeins get near him he quickly channels chakra into his feet after this he performs Ram → Tiger seals and this he runs he runs towards peins making it look like he is going to attack them. As he gets near the peins he quickly blows out all of the sticky liquid onto the ground peins unaware of this sudden attack step right into it and are trapped. Since Gaara already has feets channeled with chakra he goes to all three peins one by one and gives them a good smack to the head

You got it. Now focus suiton chakra in a nearby water source and manipulate the water, compressing it into multiple pointed streams directed at your target. The spinning motion and density of the streams make this technique more lethal than most water jutsu. If your enemy is standing on water you could even attack from any angle you wish. There's your target.

Next, after using the Hidden Mist jutsu, manipulate every water molecule to change their shape and reflect the natural light entering it in a way that the light spreads throughout the mist, making it blinding white within. Remember that your target must be in the mist for this technique to blind him and the effect lasts only as long as you fuel the technique. Try it out.

As gaara hears the instructions from senpai hewalks towards the nearby lake where the Pein is standing, he then focuses raw chakra onto his feet and applies nature transformation to turn it into suiton chakra, then he releases the suiton chakra into the water, as the suiton chakra moves into the water, Sasuke applies shape manipulation to the water with the chakra and creates four streams of water, he then adds rotation to the streams with applying chakra to them. After that he manipulates the streams to attack the Pein. Streams look like drills and when they reach the Pein, they pierce right through him

Gaara, after hearing his sepai's instructions, performs the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake handseals, he then focuses raw chakra into his hand to then applies nature manipulation to transform it into Suiton chakra, he then releases the suiton chakra towards the sky till it reaches the clouds, This chakra mixes with clouds and makes them heavy and dark, then the rain falls from the clouds. This rain since being infused with gaara's chakra, when falls on the pein allows gaara to detect the Pein in the second door and alerts him of pein's position, he then goes right towards the second door and opens it, A pein is tied inside it

After hearing senpai's instructions gaara f the Dragon -> Tiger handseals, he then gathers raw chakra and transforms it into suiton chakra, which then produces a large amount of water that levitates around him, Gaara then applies shape manipulation to the water, turning it into a serpentine which looks like a Dragon. Gaara then controls the dragon with a constant flow of chakra. As the peins get near it dragons muth opens and cptures them in his mouth Than gaara again controls it and it slams both of the peins on a heavy stone lying beside gaara knocking them out

You should be able to manipulate the water similarly to how Gaara controls his sand which makes this a multipurpose technique capable of defense and offense, mainly to surround and drown targets. Keep in mind that this technique won't work in rocky areas. Try it out.

After listening to senpai's instructions gaara performs the Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger handeals and then he puts his hand on the ground beneath him, he then gathers raw chakra in his hand,and transforms it into suiton chakra with nature manipulation, he then releases the suiton chakra throughout the ground to gather the water in it and make it come out to the surfice, As small spheres of water appear around him he then controls the water and makes it attack pein and almost drowning him. Looking this another pein throws few shuriken at him gaara immediately manipulates water to protect himself from the kunai by creating a defensive shield
Gaara then moves towards the lake and enters in it, he then gathers raw chakra all around his body and transforms the raw chakra in suiton chakra with nature manipulation, which is surrounding his whole body, it makes he move faster underwater by propelling the water around him and at the same time makes him somewhat blend in water making him more difficult to see, he then swims fast and goes out of crabs reach
