Ok you better not try anything shinta xd i then watch shinta drops a smoke bomb in front of my face and i remember he tells me to count for 30 seconds before activating the rain but i don't know how to count that far so i simply wait 5 seconds then I quickly perform the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals, while am doing this am fully aware of my surroundings. I then focus the previously gathered chakara to be about in the air forming rain clouds to release my chakara in the form of rain. When the rain starts, i begin to feel my chakara to try to get an understanding of my surrounding, but i don't sense anything so i suspect he went underground or is out of range from my cloud which i don't think he move that quickly, then i suddenly notice his chakara signature for a moment a distance behind me and as i turn around to see him it disappeared. I feel nothing within my rain, i felt a chakara signal before and all of a sudden it began to vanish, as if the person had died or simply went underground or above my clouds.

Good, but do you notice that the rain doesn't hit anything where I am standing, even the ground? It's as if there is an object there but the rain can't give you any information on it. In this case, it is better to be safe then sorry and attack this 'void' your rain has found.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

I would like you to gather your water chakra and focus it into your mouth as you perform the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare hand seals, you will then hold your hands spread out in front of you with the palms open. Then release the built up water chakra in your mouth, converting it into water, to then surround my clone (standing in front of you) to create a sphere of water. Make the water almost solid by holding it in place with chakra emitted from you hands so that my clone cannot move.

I then walk up to shinat's clone, then i quickly gather my chakara and mold it into my very own suiton chakara in my mouth, and this is finish i perform the snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare quickly. Then i follow up by taking both my hands and stretch it outwards towards shinta's clone and release the water chakara all around the clone in the form of a big water ord that completely surrounds the clone with my hands inside of the water orb. As i completely form the orb i continue to release chakara through both of my palms so that the water remains dense and strong to the point in which the clone cannot move, drowning him in a matter of seconds

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water

Now I want you to flood your body with water chakra, using it to change your entire body to take on the properties of water. I should then be able to punch right through you without you taking any damage.

Be sure to describe the properties of water your body has taking on and also describe what happens as I punch you in the face.

Yes... I said me. I want you to then come up with a follow up attack using any of the water jutsu I have taught you thus far.

As i listen to my next instructions from shinta, i step back so that i can have a little space to concentrate in bringing up enough chakara. So i then gather lot of chakara and distribute it even;y throughout my body and knead it into my very own suiton chakara inside my entire body in all parts. As this is ready before i can look up i see shinta already in close range of me swinging his fist in the direction of my face, because i don't want to hurt him xd i simply utilize the suiton chakara in the area that is about to be damage so that it turns into a liquid state and his hand just phases through my water fill head xd then in the next blink of an eye i quickly utilize the suiton chakara being kept in my right arm and mold it into a sword, and quickly placing it against shinta's throat Why not a clone this time? i so wanted to kill one

*As I punch through your head, I feel my hand pass through it, like it was made of water. Somehow it was still in one piece, with the exception that my hand was now buried in it. Feeling your hesitation about hurting me, I notice a sword in hand as it moves closer to my neck. Before you manage to place it against my throat I surge lightning chakra though my body to create a thin cloak of lightning around my body, including my fist still buried in your watery head. The shock is enough to stop you from finishing your move and causes you to collapse to the ground in pain. I then step back a little so I am out of your reach, but still close enough that I can hit you with my sword if needed.*

-I let your hand remain within reach/inside my water based body, if i had just let your hand slip pass my head, and quickly move out of the way i wouldn't have been hurt.
-When i had your hand within me, i took too long to counter your attack and finishing you, causing you to counter my counter

Don't worry, with your current level of water jutsu you'd have a hard time killing me ^^

So... try again in response to my attack, making sure you come at me with the intent to kill. You are again restricted to water jutsu up to what you currently know. Also, please post the jutsu if you could... I would basically know what jutsu you are using but it's jutsu to add to the realism.

The slash in horizontal from your right to left side, intending to slice right through your abdomen. My move is all free-form so you should have no trouble countering. Remember to use your jutsu to catch me off-guard and then follow up with your own water jutsu.

As i am sitting on the ground i am thinking to myself not again, i shall not have mercy on you. So i keep my suiton chakara focus to do a quick attack, or to see what will be your next move so i can quickly counter it. As i am watching you and you doing the same, i notice you put your right hand on your sword, knowing that your a good swordsman i focus my sution chakara into my right arm, as soon as you draw your sword to slash me from the right i quickly raise my right hand towards the shield creating a water shiled dense enough to block your attack, then with my left hand (currently not in use) i perform the tiger hand seal to create a clone from parts of the water from the shields that simply looks like water draining to my feet, unbeknown to you a clone is form behind your back. My clone then places a kunai on your throat and pulls you backwards away from me, and the clone does this i simply turn my body into a liquid state, flowing through cracks on the ground to appear mid range in front of you, then i release my clone.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. Hmm, not the way I though you'd so it but definitely a better choice.

Just remember that the Tiger hand seal requires two hands, and the water clone technique requires a water source. I'll reply assuming there is a lake or something behind me.

*As my sword is blocked by your attack, I pull it away from your shield. Feeling a kunai being places near my neck I channel wind throughout my body, sending your clone and yourself flying away from me.*

Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they release a vortex of wind that surrounds the users body and can push away materials covering the users body.

We'll move on now.

Gather you water chakra as you perform the Dragon → Tiger hand seals. Release your chakra to create a mass of water about twice the size of you, anywhere around you (Within short range). When you are ready you can use this water to do a number of things as it serves as a water source. I want you to shape a dragon to come flying out of it, sending it crashing into my clone.

I then walk a couple steps back from shinta's location, as i am a couple feet (still in the short range) i gather up my suiton chakara, and quickly perform the Dragon → Tiger hand seals and release all the stored up suiton chakara i had in my body causing a big water wave to form as this is form going straight towards shinta's not giving him any chance to counter it i use my shape manipulation to create a big water dragon to come crashing down on him washing him away along with the wave of water that is release from me with great force

So the dragon comes from above me?

Also, be descriptive about the dragon. Does it open it's mouth as it's about to crash into me, giving it the appearance of it eating me?

The water dragon is form from the stationary water i release from my mouth first, then using shape manipulation i create a dragon coming out from the ground with a gaping mouth that then proceed forward to you with great speed with it's mouth open heading for a striking/eating attack at you

(Suiton: Suishū Gorugon) - Water Release: Powerful Blasting Rain Trench

Description: The user after performing Dragon → Tiger will summon a large amount of water that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. It has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent.

Gather you water chakra into your mouth, concentrating it into a condensed ball of water while also giving it a slight rotation. Then take aim at my clone and open your mouth, releasing the water ball where you will use your chakra to expand it into a large ball of water about the size of you. Make sure it keeps it's rotation and has enough chakra to stay in the form of a ball.

Describe what happens to the water as it hits my clone.

I then begin on focusing a certain amount of chakara in my mouth as shinta told me to, then i continue by molding it into my very own suiton chakara. As my mouth is filled with enough suiton chakara to do a fatal blow to the clone i continue by adding a little rotation some what of a rasengan in my mouth. As it has a fast enough rotation i release it form out of my mouth, then using shape manipulation with my chakaara i turn it into a big water ball a little bigger than me while still rotating at now a faster speed, going straight to the clone it hits him causing a spiral effect to be place on him, a spinning water ball that shreds him up by turning fast while hitting him dead on.

Then what happens to the water after it hits my clone? Does it just disappear or...?

the water then continues to spin while making contact with the clone to give it a pushing partially piercing effect on the clone

Not what I'm after, I was trying to hint at the fact that after the water smashes into your target, it (the water) spreads all over the fried around the impact site. Setting up a perfect follow up for a lightning attack.
