So, why don't you tell me why you want to learn suiton and how you plan on using it in battle?

i want to learn suiton for many reasons. one of them is just to complete my 5 basic elements training xd but on a serious note, i see it as one of the most powerful element to be use in battle, because it has a effect on all other elements, for example it outs fire, it can be use with lighting to power it up, it can go with earth to create mud or a swampy plain field, and it can go with wind to make a powerful water vortex.
I plan on using it conjunction with my raiton release(which is in training) to create stronger move, and add it to the other elements also, and defeat powerful uchiha fire

yea i was aware, jus thought that wasn't needed
hmm ok lets see, in the naruto series. suiton is a uncommon element(same with raiton) because there are not a lot of suiton users, the only suiton users( correct me if am wrong) are tobirama, kisame, and yamato, and mei (i don't think i've seen suigetsu used a water based jutsu yet). the most two common elements are katon( uchiha and sarutobi clan revolve around this element xd) and douton though, which are pretty weak against suiton, and there is raiton which is kinda rare, which can also be weak or used along with suiton. properties that make suiton the best element (IMO) is the fact that it can go along with every element to make a KG, to weaken the elemental affinity(such as katon), or to strenghten it(such as raiton mainly).

oh ok well water(suiton) is one of the basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allow the user to manipulate pre-existing water, or create their own, by turning their chakra into water, it takes much more ability to create the water outside the body than to manipulate what is already available or expel it from their mouths, 1 of the most versatile of the five basic chakra natures, water Release techniques can not only change shape but state as well, also the water becomes more solid in the process as well, the offensive water techniques commonly appear to do damage from the sudden force that they exert, which would cause massive internal damage to a human. when someone says water, i think of a soft substance w/ no define shape, than could be at anywhere and can be extracted from almost everything in the world

This is what I was after, well done. So adding to that I will say that water can be thought of as a stubborn element in the sense that if something is in its way, then the water will carve out a path right through the obstacle in order to by pass the obstacle.

Keep all this in mind as you will have to replicate these effects with your own chakra, thus creating your 'suiton chakra'

Now this is a fun one! Gather your water chakra into your lungs and then exhale a deep breathe of air making sure to keep your water chakra laced within the air you breathe out. Make the water chakra for small droplets of water that are fine enough to float in the air as you use your water chakra to create a thick could of mist over the two of use.

What could you then do with the mist in place? Remember that you can sense your target as long as they are in the mist's reach.

-I then close my eye and focus chakara into my lung and exhale some of it out of my mouth, as i see the mist is not thick enough i then knead more chakara so that it becomes more dense-
damn...this is really thick
-I then begin to answer shinta's question-
I can use this mist for a quick silent kill,(works good with my zabuza bio) to hide so i can think of a plan to do, or to simply escape. i know byakugan users can see through this mist so it won't work against them, but it can work against a sharingan and rinnegan user because this mist is created with my very own chakara, so the chakara in my body will just blend in with the surrounding mist as if it were one. am i right shinta?

ok seems like something easy
-I then stretch my right hand out, and fix my fingers in the way if am holding a weapon-
I wonder how big i can make this sword...hmm
-I then focus chakara into my hand until i feel it is enough-
hmm i think this will make a pretty big sword xd
-I continue to focus my chakara, then concentrate on making my chakara between my finger extends out more and as i see it has the form of a weapon i then begin to focus more harder and precis to bring the shape of the blade out of the harder, and try to make it very stiff-
wow....who knew water can be this hard, this feels awesome shinta
time to get rid of that clone!
-I then rush into the clone with a big swipe of my blade then-
*Poof, smoke appear where the clone once was*

Try again and concentrate a little more on keeping a steady flow, maybe keep the sword about the size of a long dagger or short sword.

-I then get up, and clutch my fist this time and focus on making my chakara in my hand come forth-
*Water can be seen seeping through my fingers, and forming around my hand*
*i then close my eye to focus more*
*in my mindk time to put what shinta told me better, and to get rid of his stupid clone*
-I then open my hand slowly, and as i am doing this, the water starts to grow and is forming into a rectangular shape and then stops growing. i then open my eye, still with a serious face, and begin to knead more chakra into it, and you can see the blade start forming, and begins to look sharp and solid-
ok...this is enough chakara
-I then dash towards the clone still with a serious face, and make one big slash at his neck-
*Poof, smoke appears where the clone once was*
hmm i can get use to this. . . .
-I then look at shinta and smile

(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.

Now, channel water chakra into one of your arms and hold it out in front of you. Then release the chakra and use it to form a half spherical shield around you as a shield. Make sure the water is dense like before!

-I then place my arm outwards as how shinta explained, then begin to focus my chakara at the chakara points in my arm-
*My arrm then begins to exert water, and water can be seen forming around my entire arm*
ok i time for the hard part
-i then begin to knead more chakara into my chakara points to keep the water steady, and try to form the shield as big as i can-
*you can then see a oval looking shape forming(oval because of the direction it being looked at, and your directly in front of me) bigger, then the water becoming more dense*
-ok just need to keep it steady with my supply of chakara coming out from my chakara points the same way i did to the sword-
*the shield then becomes whole and solid, and opaque*

Description: The user will manipulate their water chakra and releasing it from their arm which is held outwards infront of them and they then create a shield of water that can aide in defence against projectile weapons and close combat techniques.

Go stand next to that lake over there. Channel your suiton chakra into it and use it to shape the water into a shark that you will manipulate to jump out of the water and hit my clone. Make the shark bite my clone as it jumps out of the water and maybe tear of an arms or something.
