-As i am on the flying fish xd i jump off it, turning in the air with a sexy motion, then quickly perform the snake hand seal. Then as i am still turning i take in a deep breathe of air, and infuse chakara with the air in my mouth, then begin to mold it into water chakara. Then as my face is facing the ground i quickly blow out all of the water from my mouth to go in the ground with strong and quick force that pushes me upwards in the air in a slight motion. I continue to add chakara as more water is being release until a huge volume of water is present.

Good, now stand on that lake over there and place your hand on it, then inject your chakra into it to form five large shark that will jump out and drag my clone down into the depths and devour him. If you drop lose you connection with the water, the sharks will dissipate as they need you chakra to regenerate, move and keep their shape.

-I then walk over on the lake over to my right then place both my hand on the surface of the water, while channeling my very own chakara into it. As i am releasing the chakara, you can see the color difference in part of the water which is my chakara, which then separate into 5 different sections. I then begin to use shape manipulation to form the chakara that is infuse with the water into 5 different sharks. I then continue to add chakara to them in a slow but steady flow to keep them stable. As this is done, i control all 5 of them to rush over to shinta's clone, all of them jumping to the surface to grip onto a part of the clone and bring him down, ripping him apart.

[Question]:
1)If i am underwater, can i use this? i think kisame did this when he died, but i saw him just making a hand seal o_0
2)Can i create a clone to do this jutsu for me?

Q1. I don't see why you couldn't, your in contact with the water so it fits the only real criteria to keep it running.
Q2. Only a shadow clone would be able to use this jutsu.

Perform the Dog hand seal and use your chakra to create a large cloud that drops an immense amount of rain. Shape the rain into a massive wave to wash away my clone.

I quickly perform the dog hand seal and start channeling my suiton chakara into the atmosphere, as i am done with this you can see storm cloud forming. When the cloud is fully form i release the chakara in it that now comes out in a big wave of water that washes the clone away, and takes him down in a strong current

When the cloud is fully form i release the chakara in it then you can see the rain coming down that is infuse with my chakara, it continues to pour at a fast rate. In a matter of second, the rain becomes a huge wave of water that washes the clone away with a strong force.

Description: The user will first perform Dog hand seal and then the user create a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. Chakra draining properties last for two turns.

Take a sword and jump up into the air, swinging the sword over your head as you charge water chakra into it. Then stab the point into the ground under you, releasing a surge of water to form a pillar up around you, knocking my clones away.

-As i jump in the air i quickly take my sword out and raise it above my head. As the sword is above my head, i begin to channel water chakara into it very quickly. As this is done i am reaching the ground, i quickly stab the point of my blade into the ground, releasing all the stored water chakara at that moment. As the water chakara is release, it cause a huge water pillar to rise up around me in a strong and quick force in the air that it hits all the clones around me i a strong manner and blows them back seceral feet

Second, at my other clone I want you to form an orb of water in your other hand and release multiple thin streams to pierce my second clone.

I then gather up chakara in my body, and then begin to mold it into suiton chakara. As this is done, i quickly clap both hands together releasing a strong spiraling torrent of water going in the direction of the clone. As it hits the clone, it smashes his chest, and causes his body to fly back couple feet, in a spinning manner due to the strong force of the water,.

then i quickly extend my right hand outwards, as this is done i continue by molding chakara in my right palm which is open. Then i continue by using shape manipulation to form a orb of water, as the orb is complete i start to release parts if the water in a quick motion, that also takes the shape of sharp and thin tendrils of water that is small but has enough force and strength to pierce the enemy's body
