:T_T: I see. Sorry, senpai.

Okay. I didn't know that, but now I understand. Thank you for clarifying!

Thanks. ^^ Hmm... would it be a lower rank than S because a lot of the jutsu's strength was used to overpower the fire?

(Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki) - Water Release: Tornado of Water
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Requires a nearby water source

Okay after doing 3 hand seals the user will manipulate a near by water source close range of them and manipulate it to spin around the user as a tornado. The main purpose of the vortex is to simply defend from incoming attacks since it can be used as a barrier as well as if the opponent is hit by the barrier it can easily impale them as well as push them back due to the force it gives off. The user is able to move around up to long range and can attack multiple opponents. They move at regular speed so they are traceable with the naked eye. Two obvious ways to counter is the opponent will be open to lightning attacks as well as you can simply hurt the base of the vortex on the ground so making the ground shake will force it to disperse and lose shape. Their are many other counters. You can't do any other jutsu attack while performing this technique and must keep focus on it. Also as seen when used in the anime you can see through the vortex making it able for you to move freely.

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: A
Type: Offensive,Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

Okay now this jutsu is very similar to the weaker version and in our RP we use it the same way. The main difference is the opponent will create a giant orb of water that covers the whole area. But that is useless and mainly a double edge sword since you might hurt the opponents movement the same is done with you. The only major difference is if you have a Kisame bio who can swim and breathe under water. So basically this used the same way as the previous one just much more water, ocean like actually. As well as the water is spew with intense speed and powerful vortex that it can crash into the opponent and hurt them as well as drown them underwater. Note this is a streaming technique so you will constantly have to release it which can be dangerous.

Perform the technique: I inhale through my nose and exhale out of my mouth, trying to shake off the nervousness I feel. These A-rank techniques have been tough, and they’re only going to get harder. I press my palms together and close my eyes, beginning to gather chakra. I think of the river that’s flowing nearby and how I’ll be using it as my water source. Then, I create suiton chakra, returning to the image of a huge hurricane, and how much water has to be gathered and spun at such a fast rate. I open my eyes and perform the handseals Ram -> Horse -> Bird.
“Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki!!”
I focus on the river and summon a great amount of water from it. I imagine the hurricane again in my head as the water starts to surround me and spin as it does. The water changes the air around me, and I can feel the air rush through my hair and clothes. I maintain the water vortex I’ve created, keeping it spinning at a steady, fast speed until I feel that I’ve done enough and release it.

Creative uses/strengths:- This jutsu can be used as an attack, defense or supplementary technique, making it very flexible to use in battle for any of those three purposes.
- This jutsu has a short list of handseals, and the water is summoned and begins spinning very quickly, making this jutsu a fast and easy one to perform.
- The user can see through the vortex created by this jutsu, allowing the user to keep an eye on an opponent and move around freely.

Drawbacks/counters:- While this jutsu has a short list of handseals, if an opponent uses a technique that requires no handseals, they could avoid this jutsu.
- This jutsu requires a water source, so if the user is in a place where there is none, this jutsu is rendered useless.
- This jutsu could be countered by an earth technique because shaking the ground underneath the vortex will cause it to disperse. After using the earth technique, an opponent could counter by attacking the user while they are off-guard.

_____________________________________________________________________

Perform the technique: This time, I get goosebumps. It makes me excited to hear that there are stronger versions of techniques that I’ve already learned. Once again, I put my hands together and close my eyes. As I gather my chakra, I picture the weaker technique that this jutsu is based off of and how I performed it earlier. I mold my chakra into suiton chakra. I remember the sensation I felt as water came out of my mouth and flooded the area. Except now, it must be much stronger, much faster, and much more in amount. I open my eyes and weave the Ram handseal.
“Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha!!”
I can feel my mouth fill up instantly with water, and it pours out at an extremely high and fast rate. I exude a lot of chakra to maintain the flow and keep increasing the power of the jutsu. I feel myself getting lifted up by the water now gathering underneath me, and the terrain around me is covered with massive waves. Then, I shift my chakra to create the orb, and it surrounds me and the many dummies that were set up before me. I hold my breath for as long as I can, but when my lungs begin to ache for air, I release the orb. The water crashes to the ground all at once, and the dummies slam to the ground as well. I’m on my hands and knees, coughing up a bit of water.

Creative uses/strengths:- This jutsu can be performed anywhere from short to long-ranged, giving an opponent a hard time with moving out of range and countering this jutsu.
- This jutsu has only one handseal, and the amount of water summoned can crush or drown one or many opponents, so this jutsu is both fast and very powerful.
- This jutsu can be used to gravely injure an opponent with the vortex and then drown them inside the orb, making this jutsu a very good finisher in a combination.

Drawbacks/counters:- Unless the user of this jutsu is Kisame, if the user is trapped within the orb with an opponent, the user can also be injured and drowned by this jutsu because they can’t breathe underwater.
- This jutsu may only have one handseal, but with the amount of time it takes to summon such a large amount of water and create a giant orb, an opponent could have used a technique requiring no handseals.
- This jutsu is a streaming jutsu, meaning that the user must remain focused solely on this jutsu. An opponent could counter this jutsu and attack while the user is preoccupied.

(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast
Rank: A
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

One of my favorite techniques. The user will do the four required hand seals and manipulate a water source around the area to create a large wolf like beast. Its large in size and power. It can deal some serious damage by either releasing a stream of water or sending a torrent of jet claws towards the opponent as a projectile both B-Rank in power. It can be handy for us as a last resort and to always stay on the offense. Now of course to control the beast you must keep focus, which is safe to say it can harm you especially from snick attacks. So the best thing you can do is have clone or ally to keep it stable and moving. It can also be used to defend attacks since its water is very dense and hard certain attacks it can intercept. Note the beast remains on the field for 3 turns until it disperses or the opponent decides to destroy it. Simple counters is trying to lose the beasts shape. One method is making mud appear from under to lose its balance and tip over. From an attack they are quite simple and straight forward walls, evasion methods, overpowering attacks, ect. Combos are many with this tech as well.

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, creating a large pool of water that gushes upwards lifting the opponent into the air. After firing the enemy into the air, pool of water shoots numerous water bullets at the (now airborne) enemy while the user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals which forms the water in the pool into a water dragon which attacks the target, grabbing it and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques.

One of the most advanced techniques in the water section and a personal favorite to use. The user will summon a pool of water under the opponent and then have it rise a rapid pillar which will send them high into the air. As they are in the air the user will do the hand seals required to manipulate bullets of water from the pool previously to shoot at the opponent impaling him as well as making things virtually impossible for movement while getting hit. After the bullets have hit the opponent while he is still in the air, the bullets will reform right behind him and create a large water dragon which attacks him from behind where the opponent will be unable to even notice the dragon. So they will most likely not expect or notice the dragon, the dragon will crash them from behind and carry them back to the ground with tremendous force. This jutsu as you notice has many steps to it and can be taken advantage of when to counter, the best time is when you feel the water on your feet to try and make a counter as soon as possible, don't wait when you are sent in the air for you the bullets will already be sent as the hand seals are being done so manipulating chakra will be too soon. So make sure you try to counter while the water is on your feet and while being launched you execute it. You can though create a dense armor which can help withstand the attacks as well or you can use a wind stream to quickly evade back. Its hard to make combos something basic is to distract the opponent before using this jutsu. Its a destructive jutsu and can easily harm the opponent if caught. Its a great jutsu in terms of range as well, basically anywhere the opponent is they can use it on the terrain when it comes to range.

Perform the technique: I had never heard of such a technique before, so I can help but approach it with peaked interest. I press my palms together and focus on the river running beside me and Noni-senpai. I gather my chakra and mold it into suiton chakra, imagining a cross between a wolf and a tiger. I then picture the great swiping of its claws, disposing of enemies with one blow. I weave the handseals Dog -> Horse -> Monkey -> Ram.
“Suiton: Mizu Shishi!!”
Water begins to collect from the river and flows upward toward me. The water comes together at a rapid pace and forms the beast I conjured in my head. Even I can’t help but feel intimidated, but I remain concentrated and increase the beast’s size. There are a few dummies set up not too far away, and the beast aims toward them, sweeping its powerful claws across the terrain. The water breaks away to create a torrent of water, and the dummies are all washed up several feet away.

Creative uses/strengths:- This jutsu remains active for three turns, giving the user an ample amount of time to keep constantly attacking opponents using the beast.
- This jutsu can range anywhere from short to long-ranged, so an opponent would be hard-pressed to avoid the jutsu no matter how far they are.
- This jutsu can be used for attacking, either with the beast’s projectiles or claws, or defending because the beast is made of dense water that can intercept many attacks.

Drawbacks/counters:- This jutsu may only have a short list of handseals, but an opponent who uses a technique requiring no handseals gives themselves enough time to evade this jutsu.
- The user must constantly remain focused on the beast, making them vulnerable to sneak attacks or any attacks from behind.
- If the beast becomes misshapen or is thrown off balance, the jutsu will disperse, and an opponent could attack the user. So, the opponent could use an earth technique beneath the beast to counter this jutsu.

___________________________________________

Perform the technique: I pay attention to each of the many steps to this jutsu that Noni-senpai explains before putting my hands together and gathering my chakra. As I mold it into suiton chakra, I think about each step of this jutsu carefully, starting with the gushing water that lifts an enemy into the air, similar to a geyser. Then, I remind myself of the handseals and imagine a great dragon, biting the enemy and dragging them to the ground. With a deep breath, I separate my hands and immediately bring them together again to clap. I slam my hands onto the ground, and the water instantly forms under one of the dummies and launches it into the air. I keep my focus on the water as bullets are shot from it and impale the dummy. I then make the hand signs Bird -> Dog -> Snake -> Rat.
“Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku!!”
The water comes back together and forms behind the dummy as it flies through the air. I shape the water into the dragon I had pictured, and the dragon takes hold of the dummy in its jaws. The dragon rushes toward the ground at a great speed and slams the dummy into the ground. The water disperses all over the dummy and the terrain before me.

Creative uses/strengths:- This jutsu can be performed anywhere from short to long-ranged, making it very flexible for use in any type of combat.
- This jutsu sort of becomes a sneak attack in the end because while an opponent is occupied with being pushed into the air and dodging the bullets, the dragon will form behind them and finish the jutsu by slamming them into the ground.
- This jutsu is very destructive because an opponent could be injured from the bullets and then gravely injured after being forced into the ground by the dragon.

Drawbacks/counters:- This jutsu has many steps, so a keen opponent can get out of it very early if they’re paying attention. The opponent could counter by evading the jutsu before they are sent into the air.
- An opponent could avoid this jutsu while in the air by using a wind technique and blowing themselves out of the direction of the jutsu. Or the opponent could create a dense armor to lessen the damage of the jutsu.
- This jutsu takes a while to perform because of its many steps, so if an opponent is ahead of the game, they can evade this jutsu with a technique requiring no handseals.

Amazing as always.

( Suiton: Arekuruu Hayase ) - Water Release: Raging Rapids
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: Using their skills with Water Release, the user generates a powerful vortex of water around their enemy with a swing of their arm that sends them flying upwards and then dispels it with another hand gesture. (Requires a water source).
Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source.

Similar to previous techniques. While the opponent is on a water source or close to it, short to mid range to be exact. The user will simply swing their arm and cause a water vortex to appear around the opponent. The water will then shoot the opponent high into the air, the impact it gives off when it sends the opponent in the air is where the damage happens. Certain combos can be when the opponent is in the air to send a air attack like dropping lid to crash them back down onto the ground. After they are sent in the air though you must do one more swing of the hand to stop the vortex releasing it so you can move onto the next jutsu.

(Suiton: Suidanha) Water Release: Severing Wave
Type: Offensive
Rank: S-rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description:After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

Okay one of the more destructive jutsus when it comes with precision. You will first do one hand seal and release a very thin stream of water that is heavily condensed. It has the slicing power to cut through trees with ease and other material. Needless to say it can impale the opponent with ease on contact. Its a very fast moving jutsu when released as well, it has the type of speed that reminds me of a standard wind jutsu. The user while releasing the stream can move their head around to redirect the attack how they want, this means you can attack multiple opponents or constructs at once. It can travel a long range as well giving mobility to it. Being a stream technique you have to constantly send it meaning it might not work well with combos alone, it could work as a good finisher though but know that it can leave you open.

;_; Thank you! Having an awesome senpai helps ^^

Perform the technique: Like Noni-senpai says, this jutsu is similar to previous techniques, but I still pay close attention at the differences. I take a dummy that’s been set up and I run some chakra through the bottom of its stand. I then place it on the surface of the river, and it stays in place. I back up to mid-range from the dummy and gather chakra. I remember the vortexs I’ve had to create before for other techniques as I mold my chakra into suiton chakra. Then, I proceed.
“Suiton: Arekuruu Hayase!!”
From underneath the dummy, water pours out and swirls around the dummy. I move my arm through the air with a flourish, feeling the chakra budding at my fingertips. That’s when the vortex increases greatly in power, and it sends the dummy flying into the air with a huge amount of force. I keep channeling my chakra into the vortex until the dummy is high enough and, with another gesture of my arm, the water disappears. The dummy comes crashing to the ground.

Creative uses/strengths:- This jutsu has no handseals, and the vortex is generated and sends an opponent into the air very quickly, making this jutsu very fast and easy to perform.
- This jutsu would be great in combination with other techniques because an opponent would have a hard time dodging follow-up techniques while in the air.
- Although this jutsu requires a water source, an opponent doesn’t necessarily have to be on the source for this jutsu to work because this jutsu is short to mid-ranged.

Drawbacks/counters:- Because this jutsu is short to mid-ranged, an opponent out of range could easily evade this jutsu. Or the opponent could counter by moving out of range and attacking with a long-ranged technique.
- This jutsu requires a water source, so in an arid area or an area in general with no water, this jutsu is rendered useless.
- This jutsu will keep going until the user uses another hand motion to stop the jutsu, so an opponent could attack the user while the user is still preoccupied.

________________________________________________

Perform the technique: I’m caught on the fact that this technique is the first S-rank one I’ll be performing, and I feel my hands becoming clammy. I rub them together a little before keeping them pressed together and collecting chakra. As I create suiton chakra, I recall all of the previous techniques in which I’ve used water from my mouth, except this one is much different. I picture the very thin stream of pressurized water, and I imagine it being powerful and sharp enough to cut through even an enemy’s earth technique. I then decide I’m as ready as I’ll ever be. I weave the Tiger handseal.
“Suiton: Suidanha!!”
I feel water forming in my mouth, and I pucker my lips into a small, tight circle. I channel my chakra into the water and being to exhale. The water comes out extremely fast, and I keep my chakra flowing as well to keep up the pressure. Before I know it, the dummy before me has been impaled straight through its center, even though it barely moves from the impact. As the water stops running from my mouth, I’m amazed at how truly sharp that water was, and I can’t help but feel proud of myself as I smile.

Creative uses/strengths:- This jutsu can be performed anywhere from short to long-ranged, making it very useful in any kind of combat.
- Because this jutsu allows the user to move their head and create longer cuts of the water or hit multiple opponents, this jutsu is flexible to use.
- This jutsu only has one handseal, and the stream of water comes out at an extremely fast rate, so this jutsu is fast and easy to perform.

Drawbacks/counters:- Since this jutsu is a streaming technique, the user must constantly keep focus on it, leaving them open to sneak attacks. An opponent could counter by attacking the user while they can’t defend themselves.
- Also because this jutsu is a streaming technique, it might not work well with combos, except perhaps as a finisher.
- Even though this jutsu only needs one handseal, an opponent still has the chance to use a technique requiring no handseals and avoid the jutsu.

I just realized you are jounin in rank. Basically you are unable to learn anything S-Rank until you become S-Class rank.

I just noticed, from now on you can only learn A-Rank jutsus and below. When you get to S-Rank we can restart training. Also you are unable to learn the S-Rank jutsu I taught if you have not figured out. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, if you have any questions PM me.

Yeah, I had actually heard about that, so I was wondering about the S-rank jutsu. So, no need for the apology! Thank you so much for teaching me up to this point, and I look forward to being your student again when I'm at S-Class! xd

It seems you have become S-Rank. For the new rules, a senpai can not teach S-Rank jutsus anymore. Go to my sensei Sharingdork and inform him :)

Alright, so you only have two S-ranks to learn. All the others are either Kisame-restricted, 2nd Mizukage-restricted, or you've learned (I'm not going to make you copy/paste what you've done; that wastes both our time).

(Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Bullet Technique
Rank: S
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

This technique is very similar to the Severing Pressure jutsu, but not as concentrated; it's a larger stream, rather than the thin version of SP. In this way, it allows you to have a larger margin for error, while still having a fairly powerful destructive force like the other jutsu. It's also a good technique to build up a lake of water if you have a crater, especially as a secondary usage of the technique; try to attack, but they dodged so now you have a lake to use. But this technique uses no handseals, and is simply exhaled like many fire or wind techniques. Finally, it's a stream technique, so combinations aren't terribly amazing with it without a clone of some sort, but that also allows you to change the direction of the jutsu, so there's some give and take in this regard.

( Suiton: Suijinchū ) - Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar
Rank: S
Type: Defence
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: N/A
Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

This technique uses the tiger handseals, and allows you to simply build up chakra within your body and expel a great deal of water from your mouth in a torrent. Afterwards, you form that water into a large barrier which appears to be like a bowl; curved away from yourself to "catch" an incoming attack. This barricade is effective to stop any Katon jutsu, and a great deal of other techniques. Even Doton, up to A-rank, can be caught by this barricade and stopped. But, since it's also a stream technique, you will need to watch out for Raiton techniques which can be conducted through the water and down into your body, electrocuting you. But aside from that, this technique is near-instant, requires no water source, and can stop a great deal of techniques, even solid ones, making it very versatile and useful.

Thanks again for picking up my training, sensei. :) I see. Okay then! Yeah, very true.

Perform the technique: I listen to Sharingdork-sensei before I get ready to perform this jutsu. I think of the chakra circulating through my system, and I focus on the chakra in my chest in particular. I take a deep breath as I mold my chakra into suiton chakra, feeling my lungs expand. Once I feel like I have enough chakra pent up, I exhale, forming my lips into a small circle.
Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu!
From my mouth, incredible amounts of chakra and water are released simultaneously and mix together. The water thunders forward in a great and powerful stream towards the line of trees that’s 100 yards ahead of me. I keep my concentration and the stream of water strong as it rips through the trunks of the trees. I finally empty myself of all water and air, and the stream disperses. Several trees crack and fall from being dismembered by this jutsu.

Creative uses/strengths:- This jutsu can be anywhere from short to long ranged, meaning that an opponent at any distance will be affected.
- This jutsu has no handseals, so it’s very quick and easy to perform.
- This jutsu is a streaming technique, meaning that it’s flexible for the user to perform in battle.

Drawbacks/counters:- This jutsu is a larger stream of water, meaning that it isn’t as concentrated as other streaming techniques and allows for error.
- This jutsu can’t really be used well in combinations because since it’s a streaming technique, the user must stay focused on it.
- Again, since the user must stay focused on this jutsu, an opponent could find an opening potentially at the user’s sides, back, or above to attack while he’s preoccupied.

________________________________________

Perform the technique: I note that this is a jutsu that will once again come from my mouth. I concentrate my chakra there, using the suiton chakra I’ve already molded. I feel the rest of my chakra flowing throughout my body. I again take a deep breath, trapping my breath as I weave the Tiger handseal.
Suiton: Suijinchū!
I release my air and spit out a great amount of water that comes out extremely rapidly like a torrent. I channel my chakra through the water and form it into a barricade in front of me. The water caves in towards me, shaping the bowl that Sharingdork-senpai described. My lungs finally ache for air, so I release the technique, letting the water fall. I breathe deeply, recovering from the jutsu.

Creative uses/strengths:- This jutsu only requires one handseal, making this jutsu very easy and quick to perform.
- This jutsu doesn’t require a water source, meaning that the user has an easier and quicker time performing the jutsu.
- This jutsu is a streaming technique, so it’s very flexible for the user to perform during battle.

Drawbacks/counters:- This jutsu is only short to mid-ranged, meaning that an opponent out of range wouldn’t be affected or an opponent could easily counter by moving out of range.
- This jutsu only has one handseal, but an opponent could use a jutsu requiring no handseals and be able to attack or defend himself before the user performs this jutsu.
- If it’s a raiton technique the user is trying to defend from, the water would only be a conduit for the lightning, and the user would be electrocuted.

Alright, that was good. Though, for the second jutsu, I feel I must say that it is meant to intercept attacks and stop them, rather than attack your opponent itself. As another note, I believe that only S-rank (maybe A-rank) and above Raiton jutsu would be able to flow properly through the water to electrocute you; I may be wrong, but due to the technique's rank I think it should be able to overpower Raiton jutsu of lower ranks. If you say that and it turns out to be wrong, it is my fault, and I apologize preemptively.

Do you have any questions?
