One/three advantages:
  • 1. Has a long reach.
  • 2. Can utilise the elemental relations between Lightning and Water to create a deadly attack.
  • 3. The opponent cannot make seals while caught in the technique.
One/three disadvantages:
  • 1. The opponent can stream lightning through the whip too, damaging you.
  • 2. Is easily countered by Doton usage and Raiton usage.
  • 3. Requires a few handseals to use, unlike other water techniques that summon weaponry.
How you would use it in battle: I would use this technique to keep my opponent at a distance or to trap them.

How you would counter it: I can counter this technique by using a technique like Earth Release armour, loosening the grip of the whip on me, or using a Raiton technique to make the opponent dispel the technique.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I perform the Rat → Dog → Ox handseals and then channel Suiton chakra into my hand kneading it. Once I have completed this process, I release Water from my hand, utilising shape manipulation to turn the water into a whip. I then whip my hand forward, sending my whip flying towards your clone. The whip wraps around the clone, binding him. Channelling my Lightning chakra into my hands, I release it from my hand that is holding the whip. The lightning surges towards the opponent through the water whip, electrocuting them.

(Raiton: Jibashi) - Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder
Rank: C
Type: Offense
Range: Short (Short-Long depending on the water technique)
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30 (+10 to a water technique when used in conjunction)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

I don't know any Raiton techniques as of yet, I just used one to demonstrate that I understand how this technique works.

Well done.

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Rank: C
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Perform the seals, gather your suiton chakra in your mouth, then release a sticky liquid at my feet to trap me in. This technique is very, very handy for most fights, as it traps the target, so you can attack with stronger attacks, without the target moving, only movement they can make is handseals, unless you cover their whole body in the stuff also.

One/three advantages:
  • 1. Good for immobilisation purposes.
  • 2. Can be launched over a wide area.
  • 3. Can reduce the number of options the opponent has in the middle of battle.
One/three disadvantages:
  • 1. The opponent can counter it easily.
  • 2. Cannot be used to immobilise and airborne target.
  • 3. Can restrict your options in battle as well.
How you would use it in battle:

I would use this technique mainly to try and keep the opponent in one spot, and if not in one spot, then just restrict his movements to a smaller area. I could also use it to take care of weapons coming towards me like Kunai and Shuriken.

How you would counter it:

I would use the force of a wind technique to slow it down if it was flying towards me, so that I do not become covered in it. I can also simply apply chakra to my feet to walk across it unhindered.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): Performing the Ram → Tiger seals in rapid succession, I gather Suiton chakra in my mouth. I then release it from my mouth as a viscous, syrup-like stream of chakra-infused water that spreads through the air as it flies towards the area I'm facing. The syrup reaches you and coats you in its thick and viscous liquid. Due to it coverings your entire body, you will be unable to form seals or move quickly.

I have a question about this technique. Is it possible to stream Lightning techniques through this technique as well? I know that this isn't the ideal technique to do so, but is it possible for you to do so?

Moving on:

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Supplementary
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

Perform the tiger seal and gather your suiton chakra and release it creating a copy of you but it's made out of water. Pretty simple technique, can perform C-rank water techniques only. But they need a water source to perform said water techniques, also you can only make up to 3.

One/three advantages:
  • 1. It can be used to surprise the opponent in a situation where there is water all around the opponent.
  • 2. I'm not 100% sure on this one, but since its made of water it acts as a water source as well.
  • 3. They still serve a purpose as a water source even when dispelled.
One/three disadvantages:
  • 1. A simple Raiton technique can tell you which one the clone is, since Lightning passes through Water with ease.
  • 2. Can only move a short distance from the user.
  • 3. Can only perform up to C-Rank Water. Its a bit limited.
How you would use it in battle:

I would use this technique to keep my opponent pressured and on their toes. I can also use this technique to catch the opponent off guard in certain situations. Another use for this technique is as a water source.

How you would counter it:

Using a Raiton technique, I can tell if the clone is not the original. Because Lightning naturally passes through water since water is a good conductor of electricity, certain Raiton techniques should simply pass straight through the clone unimpeded.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

I perform the Tiger seal and gather my Suiton chakra, moulding it. I then release the gathered and kneaded Suiton chakra from my body, creating an identical copy of me, except for the fact that it is made out of water.

Good.

(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Offense
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Note: Requires a water source.

You need a water source for this technique, you will send your chakra into the water source which will allow you to control the water, so what I want you to do is add a spinning motion to the water to in a sense make it pressurized. You can use the water to deal physical damage which is great, also you can use it to attack from any angle you wish.

One/three advantages:
  • 1. Can be used to deal with other targets while you focus on the main opponent.
  • 2. It is difficult to prepare against.
  • 3. Can be used to distract or limit the movement of opponents.
One/three disadvantages:
  • 1. Has a short range.
  • 2. Can be defended against easily.
  • 3. Can only take one other target if there is one.
How you would use it in battle:
I would use this technique to distract my opponent and deal with other attacks like projectile weapons or techniques. I could also use it to limit the movements of my opponent to some degree.

How you would counter it:
Simple wind, lightning or earth techniques would do the job, since the jutsu is of low rank and it isn't too formidable.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
I begin my sending my chakra into a nearby lake. Then, using the chakra that lies within the watery depths, I then manipulate it so that it creates a spinning motion within the water. Slowly, but surely, the spinning gains in speed. Once the spinning reaches it's peak level of speed, I then use my chakra to send a blast of compressed and pressurised water flying at a nearby tree. The trunk of the tree sustains moderate physical damage due to the force and pressure of the water.

Cool beans.

(Suiton: Kirigakure Shiryoku Hakudatsu) - Water Release: Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprevation
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15(-3 each turn to keep it active)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

The best way to use this when your target is in the mist, this technique is really a distraction type jutsu, it's like looking at the sun in a way. Like you know when you look at the sun and look back away from it, your vision is sort of blurred? Well pretty much the same thing, the way you simulate this effect is by sending your chakra into the mist. You use your chakra in a way that you reflect natural light, so this is best used during the day, during night wouldn't advised, you just wouldn't get the same effect. Good thing with this technique is as long as they are in the mist, they will be blinded, unless you remove the mist yourself (why would you?) or they counter it before you use this technique, i.e blowing away the mist.

One/three advantages:
  • 1. Can blind the target, gives you an even greater advantage.
  • 2. It will be incredibly hard to notice attacks that are pretty much or borderline soundless.
  • 3. While the opponent is within the mist, you can prepare other attacks or plans.
One/three disadvantages:
  • 1. The mist can be blown away, resulting in the opponent regaining their sight.
  • 2. Targets still have their other senses to track you down.
  • 3. The target can use Earth Release: Hiding like a Mole technique to escape.
How you would use it in battle:
I'd use this technique to set up for a final blow, and then follow up with a quiet attack. My choices may be limited, but shuriken and kunai can be more deadly than techniques if used right.

How you would counter it:
I'd use simple Wind techniques to counter, or Hiding Like a Mole Technique to burrow through the ground to escape the area that is covered by mist.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): As the mist slowly wafts around my target, I then begin sending my chakra into the mist. As soon as the chakra reaches the mist, to the opponent, it would seem as though the mist got brighter and became even more blurred. This would be due to me having used my chakra to make the mist reflect the light in such a way that the mist would simulate a blinding effect within it.

Good.

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave
Rank: C-B-Rank
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 15-20
Damage Points: 30-40
Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

Depending on the amount of chakra you put into this technique; I want you to clap your hands together, while gathering up your water chakra in said palms, as you clap you will release a vortex of water to form around you, out of nowhere. The vortex will make its way towards my clone, slamming into him.

One/three advantages:
  • 1. Doesn't require a water source.
  • 2. Can be used as a water source.
  • 3. Can vary in power and can take multiple targets.
One/three disadvantages:
  • 1. Despite being able to be used in different directions, it is easy to spot and can be countered easily.
  • 2. You are immobile while using this technique.
  • 3. Your other options of attack are limited while using this technique.
How you would use it in battle:
I would use this technique mainly to control the movements of the opponents, and to corner them so that I can take them out with a combo of other techniques.

How you would counter it:
This jutsu is really easy to spot, given that the technique summons water from thin air. Due to the distinctive initiation of the technique, I can easily counter with a defensive Doton technique that will defend me, and then follow up with the rest of my counter.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

I raise my arms and clap the palms of my hands together near my chest, gathering my Suiton chakra. While gathering the chakra in my palms, water begins to build and swirl around me in a vortex-like manner due to me constantly releasing the chakra from my palms as well. I then stop making the seal required for the technique, and I thrust my right hand forward, sending the vortex of raging water forward, and slamming into your clone.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

One of the more used techniques, perform the required seals. While performing the seals, I want you to send you water chakra into the sky. Causing rain clouds to form all around us. It will start to rain, this rain as your chakra in it. So you will be able to sense your opponent and his belongings.

One/three advantages:
  • 1. Can be used to overcome techniques that impair senses like the Hidden Mist technique.
  • 2. Can be used to find multiple and/or hidden opponents.
  • 3. Can be used in conjunction Water Release: Water Maiden to create a deadly surprise.
One/three disadvantages:
  • 1. Has no defensive or offensive capability other than being able to scout out the surroundings.
  • 2. Cannot distinguish between clones, since it's capabilities of detection are limited to searching for beings with chakra.
  • 3. The Hiding Like a Mole Technique easily counters this technique, since the water will not seep far into the ground.
How you would use it in battle:
I would use this technique to scout out my surroundings and for combination attacks with Suiton: Water Maiden.

How you would counter it:
I'd counter this technique using the Hiding Like a Mole technique in combination with Hiding in Mist technique, since the opponent will have no idea where to look for me.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): Forming the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals in quick succession, I then gather Suiton chakra in my hands at a continuous rate. I then begin to send my Suiton chakra that gathers in my hands into the sky, causing rain clouds to form rapidly in the skies above. Rain drops soon start to fall quickly, filled with my chakra. I then close my eyes in anticipation. As soon as the rain droplets fall on my opponent, I can instantly feel his presence, despite having my eyes closed. I then open my eyes to face him again.

Another way it could be countered is to summon structures or to alter the terrain in a fashion that would prevent the rain from touching you, thereby rendering the rain useless in it's purpose of detecting your presence.

Ah, since it is your chakra going into the rain. That's quite interesting.

With the Rain Tiger at Will Technique, is it possible for me to create the conditions to use Kirin, and then use the Rain at Will Tiger jutsu to find my target? I know that Kirin's destructive capacity would probably make this pointless, but say my opponent has gotten somewhere out of sight and I don't know where they are. I use the Rain Tiger at Will technique to find them, and then fire Kirin at them. Would it be possible for me to do that?

Just came up with this possible use, but I don't think I'll use it too much, since it costs an entire move just to fire a pinpoint Kirin.

I suppose you could. But you would have to cancel the rain, then use Kirin. Unless you have Y/Y training. But the chance of hurting yourself in the mix is high.
