Describe how to do it: With the new jutsu explained to me I felt a surge of adrenaline and excitement as I start to rush towards my sensei's clone as the sound of grass being squashed echoed in my ears. Immediately upon coming imminent to clone I rise up my left leg completely extending it forward with heel of my foot going first and thumbs pulled back,aiming clone's diaphragm. Upon finishing first kick I drop my leg on the ground as I crunch down,extending my right arm which is bent 90 degrees in elbow and thrust forward my clenched fist aiming slightly below mediastinum and sending your clone in the air. Upon sending your clone in the air I start to build up suiton chakra within my body. As I congregate enough suiton chakra I start to focus it in my right arm and once their by swinging around my right arm I start to discharge this chakra. I use nature as well as shape manipulation on this chakra to create a crescent blade of water that I direct towards your clone. How many hand seals does it have: It doesn't require hand seals. Advantages:
Pretty useful in short ranged hand to hand combat. By performing this jutsu you will be able to send your opponent in the air making him vulnerable to all sorts of attacks. We are also talking about water projectile that is sent which means that you wont need to focus on constantly channeling your suiton chakra,making you able to prepare another jutsu that will come along this one. It doesn't require a water source. Disadvantages:
The biggest problem about this jutsu is that it is only usable in short range which means that you will as well be vulnerable. Before you can actually create a crescent blade of water you will need to make few punches,send your opponent in the air and you are not 100% sure that your opponent will just easily let you do so. Combos and possible uses:
Well I would mostly use it with lower ranked genjutsu as a distraction. Especially in short range. Firstly creating an illusion upon your opponent and then rush towards him performing this jutsu. If performed correctly you will be able to send your opponent in the air making him vulnerable to all sorts of jutsu's. How to defend against it:

As always I start by gathering chakra in my abdomen and molding it to generate into suiton chakra. While gathering and molding charkra in my abdomen I start to perform Ram → Dog → Rat hand seals. Once I've gathered enough chakra in my abdomen for this particular jutsu to fully be able to perform it,I start to channel chakra all over my body. As soon as chakra comes to all points of my body,I finished with performing hand seals and I start to concentrate real hard while releasing the chakra from my body and using nature manipulation as well as shape manipulation on it to create water. As water molecules that I've released from my body come in contact with air they create moisture that start to rise up trough evaporation creating rain. How many hand seals does it have: It requires 3 hand seals = Ram → Dog → Rat Advantages:
I actually like this jutsu very much. It has many advantages to itself. One of the advantages of the jutsu itself is that it is able to eat every chakra that comes in contact with it and reduce the damage of it by ten points. Although it main use is for eating up chakra and lowering damage to a ninjutsu jutsu it can be used as a water source,especially because you are able to constantly make it rain for 3 turns,making you able to perform various of water jutsu's that require not so big water source. One more advantage that I see with this jutsu is that you are able to use it to perform rain jutsu's which require rain for their performance and use. Also the thing that I like about the jutsu itself is that it is actually able to go up to long range which means it doesn't matter how away your opponent is from you nor the jutsu that is performed. Disadvantages:
One of disadvantages of this jutsu is that it requires 3 hand seals to be performed,which means that you will need time to perform the particular jutsu. One more thing that I can list as disadvantage is that this particular jutsu can be used against you as well. You are not the only one that is able to use this water as a water source,which means that your opponent will be able to do that as well and he will be able,if he has rain,to perform rain jutsu's. Combos and possible uses:
This jutsu can be used in many various ways. First and the biggest usage of the jutsu is for it to make every jutsu that comes towards you damage lowered. It is not only this specific ability that makes it that good but ability to create a water source which will mean you will be able to perform other water jutsu's that actually need it. One more use is,if you have rain test passed and rain release training,you will be able to perform rain jutsu's as well as have other 2 ability that come to it. How to defend against it:
One thing when it comes to creating rain itself,you firstly need to produce water from your body into the air which will create moisture that is going to raise up trough evaporation into the skies creating clouds. I have one question when it comes to this jutsu. When it comes to anime/manga we saw that rain won't reduce damage of the ninjutsu techniques that are used by the person who created rain,but does this as well transmits into RP or it will destroy damage of techniques that are created by the user of jutsu?

When I feel that I have gathered enough chakra for this particular C ranked water jutsu to be performed I start to channel chakra all over my body but most of the chakra I start to channel towards the center of bout my left and right foot. As soon as chakra reaches the center point of bout my left and right foot I start to channel it further into the ground directly underneath my opponent. When chakra reaches the place,directly underneath my opponent I start to release it from the ground itself while using nature manipulation to create water and shape manipulation to create like a wave that rises up from the ground while at the same time rising up my opponent. How many hand seals does it have: This particular technique doesn't require any hand seals. Advantages:
It is pretty basic jutsu,yet very effective. It doesn't require any hand seals which will mean getting out of the wave that is ''summoned'' directly underneath opponent will be pretty hard. Adding to the hand seals and what I previously wrote there are none indicators of the water coming directly underneath the opponent. One cool thing that comes to the jutsu is that you are able push your opponent with water into the air making him vulnerable to all sorts of jutsu's. Also,most of the people will use a wind based technique to go into the air before air can hit them,making them very vulnerable for all sorts of the jutsu's,and making this technique's counter very predictable and that predictableness can be used in many ways for combo attacks. One more thing that I will mention now is that the jutsu can be used up to mid range which is pretty good for its effects and what you can accomplish with it giving its rank. Disadvantages:
Hmm,well when it comes to disadvantages I can't find many for it. I think the particular use of this jutsu is to actually push your opponent into the air those making his arsenal very limited but I would say that technique it self is not lethal but just for pushing your opponent into the air. That can be said as a disadvantage of the jutsu and if you miss to make your opponent go into the air it would be waste of a move. Combos and possible uses:
As I said before the main ability,well as I see it,for this jutsu is to push your opponent into the air those making the arsenal of the jutsu's he can use very,very limited. One more thing that comes to this jutsu is that you can actually predict what your opponent is going to do in most cases. Making the water come from the ground and waiting for him to use wind jutsu to defend from the technique and actually creating an effective combo of jutsu's that are going to go one after another that will make your opponent fall into your trap.
-I think it would be cool to firstly send water into the ground,expecting that your opponent is going to use wind to actually defend from the technique and at the same time of sending water into the ground you can use swift katon jutsu which will not only destroy the wind that your opponent used but at the same time damage him badly. It would especially be good if you are very close to your opponent.
-Other then what I've said previously using the jutsu in combination with a lighting jutsu and completely shooking your opponent.
-One more thing that I would like to mention that this jutsu is good to be used as a water source. Firstly not just sending your opponent into the air with a jutsu but actually using the same jutsu for performing another one from directly beneath your opponent making his counters versatility very limited.
-This particular technique is also very usable if you want to introduce a little bit of kenjutsu in taijutsu into fight,cause sending your opponent into the air will give you opportunity to swiftly come towards your opponent and use kenjutsu/taijutsu like attacks. How to defend against it:

For the third time I start by gathering chakra in my abdomen and molding it to become suiton chakra while at the same time preforming Ram hand seal. When I finish with gathering and molding chakra in my abdomen I start to channel it all over my body but most of the chakra I start to channel towards the center of my right arms palm. When water chakra reaches the center of my right palm I performed that one hand seal and then I hold out all fingers on my right hand while thrusting my arm forward and releasing chakra from it. I use nature manipulation on chakra that I start to release creating water out of it and shape manipulation to create a water projectile that is a little bit more solid and acts as a bullet able to push opponent on touch. How many hand seals does it have: This jutsu requires only on hand seal = Ram Advantages:
Well when it comes to this jutsu,the biggest advantage of it is that it is able to push your opponent few meters behind. Also when it comes to advantages I would say that it doesn't really matter that it requires one hand seal because releasing of water is pretty rapid and swift making it pretty useful in short range battles. One more advantage that I would add to this jutsu is that it doesn't require any kind of a water source which is pretty good. Disadvantages:
The biggest disadvantage to this technique is that it is straightforward attack that is too easy to counter. Using even the simplest of doton jutsu's which are D ranked you will be able to pull your self out of the situation where this just is thrown at you. It is too basic which is not to my likings. Also the jutsu itself can only be used in short range which sucks. Adding to the jutsu being straightforward and in need of 1 hand seal,it is also only usable in short range although that would probably be the only range that I would use it. Combos and possible uses:
Because it is a straightforward jutsu in first place countering of the jutsu is pretty easy those the jutsu use would be best as a distraction. Sending it somewhere where it would occupy opponent's sight and making him look where you want him to look and not where he wants and then using it in combination with something. I think it would be cool to use it in combination with lighting jutsu like (Raiton: Shichu Shibari) – Lightning Release: Four-Pillar Bind. Why I think that this is a good combination is that once you send the water projectile towards your opponent he or she would focus on that those giving you opportunity to swiftly perform hand seals,surround your opponent and make his movement limited while if able soaking him wet and then electrifying him with lighting. How to defend against it:

In my opinion there are not many advantages when it comes to the jutsu itself but I will name few that I see. Although the main purpose of the jutsu is to get close to your opponent with a sword while a water body is carrying you,you can use it as a defensive jutsu to get out of a situation where either earth is shaking or some kind of spikes or objects out of earth or other elements are made beneath you. It doesn't require any kind of water source and it can be used up to mid range. Disadvantages:
There are many disadvantage when it comes to the jutsu. You are vulnerable to any kind of lighting techniques. You will ride a body that is made out of water which means that you will come in contact with water and parts of your body will get soaked up. If lighting comes in contact with you,it can end up lethal. Also the jutsu itself requires you to hold a sword. The water body needs some time to be performed. Also the second part of the jutsu will only be able if opponent let's you come near him while riding a water body,which is well >_>' just stupid. Combos and possible uses:
As I said when it comes to advantages the jutsu uses although offensive in the main run,usable defensively. If you have a tremor technique used against you,you could create a water body and swiftly move from it. If there is a chance of some kind of any element spikes or objects are made directly beneath you,you could create a water body directly underneath you those making him take damage and not you. How to defend against it:
The technique itself is pretty easy to defend. The opponent creates a water body directly beneath him and starts to run towards you like a lost cow. Destroying the body that is underneath the opponent before it comes to you because you will have harder time to defend from the kenjutsu techniques. For destroying the body you could use any kind of spike like techniques and create them directly underneath your opponent or you could use a fire based jutsu to create evaporation. One more good thing that can be used,if your opponent perform this particular technique is to use lighting and in that way shook him and might even make enough damage to make the attack lethal. How many hand seals does it have: It doesn't require any hand seals. Advantages:
Well technique in my opinion is fine. It is pretty fast to be performed,it doesn't require any hand seals and it is pretty much nature and shape manipulation. It also doesn't require any kind of a water source,which for a water technique is always one big plus. When it comes to uses to this technique I like them as well. The advantage of the technique is that you can attack your opponent from multiply sides once whip is in your hands and movement of whips are pretty swift making it somewhat harder to dodge. Disadvantages:
The technique itself is pretty easy to dodge depending on the user of technique. If you perform a technique,you will have water in your hand which means you will be pretty vulnerable to any kind of raiton techniques which pretty much sucks. The damage of whips is not so good nor the range. Although it would be the only range I would use it,If I come in situation to use it. Combos and possible uses:
Mainly,at least in my opinion,this technique is usable as a distraction. The whip doesn't make much damage and it's range is pretty limited to the wielder of the whip. But slashing few times from different directions can actually be good and make your opponent movement limited. Slash from the right,from the left and making him in an uncomfortable situation which you can use as your advantage. Also one more use for the whip itself is to control movement of your opponent and making him fall into your trap which you created in combination with other jutsu's. It is cool to be used if you by any chance have Hiding in the mist activated. Unebling your opponent to see the whip itself and slashing from different directions could be pretty boss. How to defend against it:
Because the person who is created the whip will be in constant contact with water it would be cool to send a lighting based technique. It won't just destroy the whip itself but it will at the same time electrify your opponent making ''his own'' attack lethal for him. You could use fire based jutsu to create evaporation between you and your opponent(B ranked or higher) . And the last deffence that I would like to mention is by aiming with mud towards your opponent's hands,distracting him and making him let go of a whip and in that way unabling him to create slashes with it. And for the last time in this bunch of jutsu's I start to gather chakra in my abdomen and mold it to become suiton chakra. As soon as I have gathered and molded enough chakra to perform this particular jutsu I start to channel it all over my body. As soon as the chakra reaches all point of my body,equally distributed,I start to release it into the air while using nature manipulation to create water molecules. As the water molecules come in contact with air itself,it condenses water vapour that starts to rise up into the sky creating cloud. As it do so I once again manipulate chakra,now using shape manipulation and creating multiply water projectiles that have great amount of speed as well as force with them. How many hand seals does it have: This particular jutsu doesn't require any hand seals. Advantages:
In my opinion this jutsu has some nice advantages that come wit it. Being able to create multiply water projectiles that you can control and decide where they are going can be tricky to defend from especially when your description is good. Projectiles that are sent from the cloud that is formed above your head are swift and have great to them which make them even more deadlier although they are not lethal to opponent. When it comes to the jutsu itself it can be controlled in 2 ways. By either creating the cloud above your head and sending water projectiles towards your opponent or swinging your hand and in that way sending water projectiles towards your opponent,which can be pretty unpredictable. To add to advantages of techniques I would have to say being able to use it up to mid range is pretty good. Disadvantages:
Well,the biggest problem I see with this jutsu is that opponent,just before forming of the cloud or/and projectiles depending on the way you are going to perform the jutsu can see vapour forming around you which means that he can predict that it is going to be some kind of water jutsu. Also the water projectiles that you are sending are pretty small which makes it pretty easier to dodge. One more thing that kind of a sucks about this technique is that the damage that one water projectile deals lowers as the amount of the projectiles get bigger. Combos and possible uses:
The best use of technique in my opinion is as a distraction. Creating multiply water projectiles,although not so strong,that you can send from different directions and in that way confuse your opponent as well as make his mobility limited. It is mostly usable in short range,as opponent will have less time to react and although their damage is not that great it would enable you to push your opponent back. How to defend against it:
The one thing that can be focused on,depending on how the technique is used, is for either vapour that is created before actual water projectiles are created or if used without you swinging your hands cloud that is made directly above opponent. If cloud is being created you could simple just blow out the cloud and in that way unable projectiles to come towards you or if opponent is swinging his hand and in that way releasing projectiles create a earth shield around yourself and in that way unable projectiles to actually come at you. While releasing the chakra I would use nature manipulation on it to create actual water as well as shape manipulation to direct the water to move in spiraling maneuver. This technique requires 3 hand seals = Boar → Dog → Ram Advantages:
This is a pretty nice suiton technique that doesn't require water source and it can be used up to Mid range. What makes it good is the ability to use it in offensive as well as defensive way. You could either create a torrential wave of water which will protect you from many technique or you could use it to aim towards your opponent. Also the amount of water chakra that is build with this technique is big making this technique good against large scaled fire techniques. Disadvantages:
This is a pretty basic technique and in my opinion only disadvantage that comes with it is that it needs 3 hand seals to be performed which makes it some what time consuming. Also the wave is released from your hand which will mean you'll have to focus on it while releasing and adding to this you will be pretty vulnerable to lighting based techniques. Alright so this technique more then one use. You could use it to defend from many attacks by creating a torrential wave of water in front of your self which is wide in scale making it a pretty good deffence against many jutsus.
Other use of this jutsu is for attacks,sending a torrential wave of water towards your opponent which has great power to it. Because it is pretty straightforward if used in offensive way it would be best if you are firstly able to blind your opponent and then send this water technique at them. You could use genjutsu or even a smoke bomb to do so and make it much harder to defend from it. This technique is also good to create evaporation if used against you because of scale which it reaches when it comes to its size and if you happen to be a sensor ninja,this can come to great advantage to you. Alright so this jutsu is pretty much only usable if you have water as your specialty,otherwise performing it would take too much time which in battles you don't particularly have. If,by chance water is your specialty and you only require one hand seal to perform this particular jutsu it is an amazing technique. Firstly it can have power of an S ranked suiton technique. It also is powerful and can go up to long range. The size of the dragon is huge and once sent you could make your opponent loose sight of you,although this can be used against you in some situations. Well without water as your first specialty this jutsu is pretty useless. It requires a long sequence of 44 hand seals which is pretty much almost impossible to perform in the middle of the battle. As soon as chakra reaches my palm I would finish with performing single hand seal and I would start to release this chakra while using nature manipulation to create actual water and shape manipulation to create orb in my hand. This is a fast technique to be performed,it doesn't require any kind of water source and requires only one hand seal to be preformed. With this technique you are able to attack more then on target and pretty much pierce them because of whip sharpness. This jutsu doesn't have many disadvantages. Although whips are sharp they are pretty thin and easy to defend from. The big disadvantage of this jutsu is that the user who is performing is creating a water orb within in his hand making him or her pretty vulnerable to raiton based techniques. So,this is a pretty nice jutsu that can be used against more then one target and using it to impale more then one opponent at the same time. Although it can be used against more then one target,you could direct more then one whip towards only one opponent making countering of this technique much harder although you will have to worry about you being vulnerable against lighting based techniques. You could use a katon based technique to create evaporation between you and your opponent because there is nice amount of water which is created with this technique.

Alright this is a pretty useful jutsu that reaches up to Long range,which means that no matter how far away your opponent is from you,you will be able to reach him or her. Good thing about this jutsu is that power of it depends on how much chakra you fuel in it so you are able to either create B ranked or A ranked technique. It can be used in 2 ways. You are able to either create a single rotating sphere of water which is big,yet pretty straightforward once you send it at your opponent tho it can be used for creating of a water source which will help you in performing water jutsu's that require water source. Or you can create up to 5 smaller rotating spheres of water whit which you could aim at your opponent from more then one side making dogging of them much harder although their power will be divided. One more good think about this jutsu is that it doesn't require a water source to be performed. This jutsu doesn't require a water source which is always a good thing. It is a pretty straightforward attack that is mostly used to make your opponent jump into the air. This is one awesome technique that can be used up to mid range. It doesn't require and hand seals,meaning it is hard to notice that water is going to be summoned. Once you create a water sphere you will be able to trap your opponent as well as perform any other jutsu making it pretty useful. Also as you finish the technique water source will be created which will enable you to perform other water techniques that require one. Disadvantages:

It would be good to make your opponent focus onto the sky or send a straightforward attack from front on which your opponent will focus. As you do so you could quickly focus chakra underneath your opponent and then release it creating a trap which will be hard to come out of. Because you need to slam your hands onto the ground to perform this technique your opponent could think that you are sending a earth based technique where as you are sending water based. It is fairly easy to counter technique. It is also time consuming because water needs time to fall down from the sky towards the ground. Also water source that is created with this technique can be used against you by your opponent. If by chance your opponent has rain element he could easily use this water as advantage allowing him to perform rain based techniques. Combos and possible uses:
Well this technique is good to be used for creation of water source. Also if you are rain element user you could create yourself a basis on which you can perform rain techniques. Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.
Just as you'd expect i don't bother with templates. All you need to do is describe how you'd perform the jutsu and its effect on your target which is usually the six paths of Pein. There's no better training dummy than a bunch of living corpses. xD If you ever have a question feel free to ask.

Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.

As I am pushed into the water,I would start to gather chakra within my abdomen and mold it into suiton chakra. Upon gathreing enough suiton chakra for this jutsu I would start to channel it all over my body. As chakra reaches all points of my chakra system I would start to manipulate it by using nature manipulation and molding it into water molecules which would enable me to blend myself with water and thus become seemingly invisible.

As I finished with the first technique I would perform a single hand seal,Snake and start to gather chakra and mold it into suiton chakra within my abdomen. As I finished with gathering and modling chakra I would start to channel it all over my body but most of the chakra I would channel towards my mouth and gullet. As chakra reaches my mouth I would push it just a little bit further towards my lips wilst opening them and making like a circle. Whilst releasing chakra from my mouth I would use nature manipulation to create water and shape manipulation creating a water wave that'd push me as well as 3 Peins with surfboards into the air whilst enabling us to ride it.

As Peins are enjoying their campfire I'd perform a single hand seal,Dog whilst gathering and molding suiton chakra within my abdomen. As I've gathered enoug chakra I would start to channel it all over my body. As chakra reaches all of my chakra points I'd release it whilst using nature manipulation as well as shape manipulation and sending water molecules into the air. Released water molecules would form a cloud from which rain would start to pour. As heavy downpoar of water is falling I'd gather water which is around few Peins whilst using shape manipulation and creating a large wave which I would use to trap Peins into a current. Water current in which are Peins trapped would start to slowly drain their chakra.
Excellent. Now you need to take out a sword and channel suiton chakra into it. Then simply jump into the air and stab the ground with the sword, sending the chakra through the ground around you. A pillar of water should be created that bursts up around you and would knock away whoever is near you. Try it out.

I'd start by gathering chakra within my abdomen and molding it in suiton chakra whilst at the same time unleashing my sword. I'd take a hold of my sword with my right hand as I jump into the air. Whilst jumping I would gather enough chakra and then start to channel it all over my body but most of the chakra I'd channel towards my right hand. As chakra reaches my right hand I would channel it further into the sword itself. As I am about to hit the ground after jumping into the air,I would quickly stab the sword into the ground and then release the previously focused chakra in it as I am about to get on the ground with my feet. Whilst releasing the chakra I would use nature manipulation to create actual water and then shape manipulation forming water pilar that'd burst and thus knock away 3 Peins that are standing around me.

I'd again gather chakra within my abdomen and mold it into suiton chakra. As I have gathered enough chakra I would start to channel it all over my body but most of the chakra I would focus onto my right as well as left hand. As chakra reaches my right as well as left hand I would quickly start to spiral around both hands whilst releasing chakra on which I would use nature manipulation to create actual water and shape manipulation creating a spiraling tornado. I'd direct the spiraling tornado onto Pein who is on fire and thus prevent fire from burning him completely ;-;'

Once again I would gather chakra within my abdomen and mold it into suiton chakra. As I have gathered enough chakra to perform this technique I would channel it all over my body but most of the chakra I would channel in both my left and right hand. As chakra reaches both my left and right hand I would release it from them whilst using nature manipulation to create actual water and shape manipulation creating a orb. Once orb is created within my hands,Peins would get close to me and I would once again use shape manipulation on the chakra from which is orb created,releasing 3 spearing streams which I would direct towards the Peins and knock them down. u_u''

Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

I'd start by gathering chakra within my abdomen and molding it into suiton chakra. As I feel that I have gathered and molded enough chakra I'd channel it towards my hands. As chakra reaches my hands I'd move both of my hands forward as I at the same time release the chakra I previously gathered. I'd use nature manipulation on chakra to create actual water and shape manipulation to create water blades that would follow arc movement of my hands as I direct them towards the Pein's chest.

As Deva path is forming Wind Style: Rasengan,I'd start to gather and mold chakra within my abdomen once again. Once I feel that I have gathered enough chakra I would channel it towards my right dominant hand. As chakra reaches my dominant hand I would start to release it. Whilst I am releasing chakra I would use nature manipulation to create actual water and shape manipulation forming a water vortex. As fire is coming our way,Deva and myself would swiftly throw away our creations not too far away from us. As they merge they'd create a huge water torrent as wind would enhance water that would defend us from fire and create evaporation.

I'd start by gathering and molding chakra within my abdomen once again whilst at the same time I perform required hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird. Once I gather chakra I would start to channel it towards my feets. As I finish up with channeling chakra towards my feets I would finish with hand seals and I'd channel chara further into the water source itself. I'd mold chakra with water itself whilst using shape manipulation and creating a water ring. Once water ring is made I'd use shape manipulation once again forming a blast of water that will destroy everything within it's path. As the blast reaches it's limit it would collapse into a waterway. The ground which was effected by the water will look as if it was effected by some kind of natural disaster.
Nicely done. Now simply gather a large volume of water and manipulate it to crash into your target with great force. Looks like doggy's ready for round 2.

Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.
For this jutsu force the water beneath your target to explode and launch him in the air. Then jump above him and produce a large volume of spinning water around your arm resembling a huge corkscrew. I've got a video of it too. ^^ At 1:11. Have fun with the aquatic creatures.
