[Suiton] Suiton with Korra

Tenten tilts her head to the right, a little curious about her new sensei, whom appears to be playing with her water transformed hands while waiting for Tenten's response, as if showing the entertaining and vivid points of Suiton.
It is obvious that Korra - san is enjoying her Suiton mastery and senseiship.
Tenten is putting on a confident face, even though trembling from nervousness inside.
Just that? Piece of cake Korra-san. I hope I won't dissapoint one of the best Suiton users in the Ninja World" She thinks to herself, opening her mouth afterwards and spewing out one big explanation in one big breath.
Suiton is probably most versatile elemental release (along with Doton), though it is more practical in offensive usage. The water itself is presented in multiple forms, solid/liquid/gas (some of which are Kekkei Genkai's available to a specific bloodline). Solid water related releases would be the Ice Release (Hyoton) or really compressed techniques that can be seen as a possible solid. Liquid form can be used in different forms, like the syrup technique seen in the first Kakuzu fight where the Konoha shinobi released a field that stuck the opponent onto the floor. Oil versions have been seen used by the toads and Jiraiya as well. As for the "gasses" I would refer to the mist usage of it, like the hidden mist jutsu and similar techniques such as Boil release. Both of the forementioned techs are also Kekkei Genkai's (different ratios of Suiton+Katon).
Depending on it's usage, water can be very deadly, defensive or even supplementary.
Suiton's obvious natural strength is against Katon. It mostly plays on equal terms with other basic elements besides Earth. Advanced usage of water release is shown within the village of Amegakure, some shinobi's are able to manipulate the weather aswell, more specifically, rain.
It's weak to earth release because it is more solid than water, being able to both stop it and even disperse it apart. Although not a weakness per say, lightning can be very deadly with water release if used in correctly or if struck by it when around water.
Now let's see how it interacts with other elemental releases;
Doton interaction: When normal waves of water collide with earth it simply disperses apart. When a highly pressurized stream is released, depending on the ranks, water is able to slice it in half. When water comes into contact with mud it causes the mud to become more liquidy, thus speeding up the process of traveling or simply, the overall binding.
Fuuton interaction: It plays on equal grounds, wind clashing against water would cause for a small tropical rain storm as the water is dispersed and blown everywhere. This depends on the nature of the wind technique. If it's a blade, it would cut the wave and continue, depending on the ranks of course.
Raiton interaction: Water can either absorb the lightning when clashing against it and simply defuse it as it spreads out and disperses in the large water source, or it can be used as a supplement to enhance the overall strength of water. This opens up the ability to combat it's natural weakness, earth release. With a lightning infused water technique the effects would be more potent.
Katon interaction: Depending on the ranks and heat levels of the fire technique in question it would either cause a large mist of steam from the evaporated water, or possibly heat up the water creating a water/fire combination that could scorch the target with boiling water.
Most prominent Suiton users are: Kisame Hoshigaki, Hatake Kakashi, Hozuki Suigetsu and Mangetsu, Senju Tobirama.
Known Kekkei Genkai's are:

Tenten follows in the direction in which her sensei's finger is pointed, taking of her cloth and entering water beneath the pointed out waterfall in a bikini, starting to play in water, splashing around and laughing at every droplet of it. As if she was a 4 year old (or an adolescent in the first stages of an acid trip)

- Interestingly versatile technique, since Suiton is as versatile as Doton, this technique is usable even against really strong opponents, mostly as a distraction tech.
- Strong against Katon (D), complements Raiton, even though water is neutral to lightning, it is still able to conduct it. negated by Doton since earth holds a portion of water on itself, hence earth is a natural absorber of water.

- Weak against stronger raiton and fuuton techs
As Tenten gathers suiton chakra she lifts her right hand towards Korra-sama, expelling a water wave from her fingertips immediatly leaping towards the hurled wave riding it, while approaching on short range of Korra, she gathers suiton chakra to her palm, directing her hand point blank from Korra's face, releasing a blast of water while jumping from the now dispersed wave. As she landed, Korra is turning around, trying to deliver an elbow punch, in the same moment, Tenten concetrates suiton chakra to both of her fists while connecting her palms together, creating a small water shield, successfully rendering Korra's strike useless.

As Korra-san produces a clone, sending it running towards Tenten; Tenten lifts both of her hands; concetrating on the water source near her. The very next instant, the water from the lake starts to swirl up slowly, as if a mini hurricane; Tenten does a splitting motion with her hands, the lifted water from the lake immediatly disperses producing a thick mist.
Hehehehe! Find me if you can! Tenten says; while her tongue is seen outwards in a mocking fashion; goofy as she was at the moment, she decides to make the training even more interesting; immediatly vanishing underground in the mist.
Her yells are heard from within the mist;

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.
Using chakra manipulate the water and change it into the shape of a sword. This is just as strong as a normal blade tho a blade made out of earth would break this easily with no problems. This jutsu could be used if your opponent is going into close range and you dont have a sword and since you dont need a water source it doesnt take long to form.

Pretty simple defensive jutsu. Use your chakra and release it from your arm and in front of you and create a shield of water. It would be able to shield against small C rank fire jutsus but D rank earth would be able to beat it easily.

Instantly after Korra-san delivered the last of the inputs, Tenten molds a respectable amount of water chakra, redirecting it to her right palm, she lifts her right hand and expells condensed suiton chakra in a form of a small water shield she is now holding. It disperses moments after manifesting while Tenten is seen yawning in boredom...

Analysis it is. I will explain the technique then I just want you to perform it against a clone, give me at least 2 advantages and disadvantages of the technique and also how you would use it in battle, yeah? Cool, let's begin.
This is a simple technique where you will form three hand seals and create a whip of Water by manipulating your Water based chakra. Using this whip, you can strike opponents, with a lashing action or wrap around them, to bind them in place. Lightning can be channeled through the whip to give it that extra shock, you know?
