It was used by Kisame >_>, The best way to deal will be to create a big enough earth wall that can sustain its impact and then battle along all the water which is left, you can use that water for your advantage.

Hmm doubt you can sirf against the wave but more likely on and with the wave.

The whole chakra deal would be a disadvantage for members like kakashi with lower chakra but as for our rp probly wpuld not matter to us.

I can't use wood but i was explaining what happend during the hiruzen fight wether it was the earth wall or forrest that got rid of most of the water or not.

(Suiton: Goshokuzame) - Water Style: 5 feeding sharks

Description: The user will create 5 sharks of water to attack his opponent(s) by putting his hand on a water source. While being in a water source, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy. However, if the user severe his connection with the water, the sharks will disperse.
Note: Requires water source to use.

It was again used by Kisame and if my memory serves me right then it was against Guy, Now thia technique is mainly effective if you are standing on a water source as it requires a handsome amount of water, now when on water source there are 2 scenario possible

1. Standing on top of the water source, now in this case although the jutsu is fatal but its mobility is restrained by the fact that if you were to get in mid-air by any means you succesfully evade it.

2. Inside the water, now this where the technique get's quite fatal as once you are with in water you will no longer be able to move your limbs as freely as you previously could, also the shark can now attack from multiple sides and at great pace and furry and not to mention you will now have to use lightning base attack with out most care.

In both the above cases your usuage of earth technique is quite restrained which is a big positive in my opinion, also these shark can regenrate making it more steady and long lasting assault, the only disadvatage that is associated to it other then the orthodox ones are is taht you will always have to have your hand placed on the water source and if it were to lift up or get removed the sharks will dissapear.

Kirin hops onto the nearest water source available and she proceeds to put her hand on the water feeling the flow and life in the wet surroundings. She then proceeds to manipulate five count them five hungry ass sharks which are being directed at my enemy one after another circling them around my enemy picking him apart one chunk of meat at a time. The sharks grow tired of play and start playing tug o war with the now lifeless corpse. (Insert rybacks feed me more slogan here).


Strong points

• - Insert info - multiple sharks creating less chance of evasion

• - Insert info - easy to jump and evade while on water.

• - Insert info - usage of earth techniques is limited as you are not touching earth

Combinations-strategies
Water prison jutsu the one where the user does not need to be in contact with.
Also jump in the air and use lightning which strikes down.
Ways to counter:
Limited to earth techniques which don't require you to be touching earth.

when the enemy is in the water source they are limited to mobility. Except gate users.

Even the speed of Gate user is reduced but its not like everyone on base has EIG. >.<

You can't simply jump, you will most likely have to use a jutsu with proper reasoning.

Limited to earth techniques which don't require you to be touching earth.

Depends how you use it/ word it.


You can even make yourself tangible so as to not receive any physical damage.

(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique

Damage points: N/A (-15 per turn the target remains in the water)
Description: The user will first perform Dog hand seal and then the user create a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. Chakra draining properties last for two turns.

Self explanatory, Weave the dog hand seal and create some thuder cloud over/near the opponent and use them to produce a good amount of rain, this rain should then be manipulated into a large wave which goes on to strike your opponent(s) but this wave is quite unique as this wave has the property to slowly drain away your opponent's chakra [nothing significant], the wave also sweeps the enemy of their feet.

Kirio weaves the Dog handsign creating a thunder cloud in the vicinity which produced a torrential downpour of rain which Kirio manipulates into a wave of water. The wave sweeps the enemy off there feet and twirls them around while draining chakra from the enemy and giving me the advantage to follow up with some very tastey combo's.


Strong points

• - Insert info - double effect makes ran ie a water source and also a wave which sweeps enemy's off feet.
• - Insert info - only requires a single handsign also -15 damage for every turn the target remains in the water

Weak points

• - Insert info - probly is not instant
• - Insert info - easy to counter the rain is formed from above first

Combinations-strategies
Earth spikes I just think it would be a fast follow up.
Ways to counter:
A earth dome or umm dropping lid technique.

Can only be created at long range, remember you can create it long range but then it can continue towards your opponent. [ I saw seleendrile use it in this fashion]

Description: The user jumps into the air and then stabs his sword intothe ground, where he causes water to burst up around him and creating a pillar of water to rise up in the air repelling the enemy.

Jump in air and while descending towards the earth take out your sword and stab it on to the groud, this will cause water to burst outwards from the ground, this water will be in a shape of a pillar and can be used to repel/hit your enemy.

Kirio jumping into the air while drawing her blade as she is rising into the air. She flips so her legs are in the air and stabs towards the ground while sending Suiton chakra into the blade releasing water in a pillar like state towards the ground. A pillar of water 10 feet tall with a diameter of 8 feet is connect to my blade and the ground as I finish my flip landing on the ground

Well not that good option for defend as it is time consuming.

this attack is done in mid air so it is a good counter to some taijutsu attacks or kenjutsu ones

It is not done in mid-air, the thing you can initiate while in mid-air but not activate it there, it will only initiate once you hit the ground.

Nope, you jump in mid air and after descending stab the sword in the ground to make the pillar rise.

With a lightning wave or the tech which requires you to send lightning into your sword.

Don't you think it is rather impractical given the fact that by the time you prepare your lightning this jutsu will end, remember it is short ranged and fast.

Remember you can deduce about this jutsu from his jump with his sword and when dealing with short ranged fast jutsu you should also use fast initiating jutsu's otherwise you might get in trouble.

Don't quite understand what you meant but let me explain it to you again, The thing is very simple you jump in the air with your sword in your hand and when you descend back to the earth you stab that sword into the ground and thus release your chakra which you have stored in the sword while jumping upwards, once the chakra is released you release a pillar of water which shoot's upwards and hit's your opponent.

Okay that's how I thought it was. The way I was thinking was when sasuke was fightng deidara and put his sword in the ground to stand on it. Could you channel through your feet to accomplish this as well?

i seriously don't thinks that's possible given the fact that it only goes upto short range, so by the time you will create the lightning technique it will more or less hit the opponent.

Both of them won't work, think something more appropriate. >.<

He about this then both jutsu collide and this jutsu turns the weaker water jutsu in rain droplets which fall for a couple seconds.

Use it only when you do have some gap between yourself and I still suggest use a faster jutsu which does not require hand seal and never ever use it in point black range, the best option in point blank will be water replacement.

Again self explanatory, just create a orb of water in your hand and then release it towards the enemy while shape manipulating it into multiple spearing streams, you can use these streams for head on attack as well as multi-directional attack.
