Weak against earth.
Can be used in conjunction with lightning.
Aaaaand it's the most versatile.

Try to add a little more like users, KGs that use water, a village that specialize in it.

Amegakure.
Kirigakure.
I believe Zabuza was the first person in the series to use it.
Kakashi has proficiency with it.
The most powerful user seen so far is probably Kisame or Tobirama.
I think Itachi is proficient in it.
As for KGs...
Storm Release.
Wood Release.
Boil Release.
Ice Release.
Does the Hozuki Clan's Hydrification Technique count as a KG?

Description: Creates small waves of water,small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.

Use your water chakra to create small waves of water then make small blast of water then use your chakra again to make a small shield of water.
