Suiton vs Katon clash

Did it ever happen in this manga that suiton jutsu and katon jutsu didn't just negate each other, but suiton jutsu overcome katon and proceed to move towards opponent that used katon jutsu.

If so can you tell me when or post manga scan .

zabuza never weaved all the seals. Therefore its impossible for kakashi to copy it. He'd have to see it first. Can't copy something you never seen. Kakashi genjutsu'd him into using a tech kakashi already knew, then executed it faster than him.

Zabuza was preforming the seals and got suprised that Kakashi is coping it, and you know that Sharingan can see before it happens, and when Zabuza saw the mirror image of himself on Kakashi's side thats when Kakashi took advantage of the hand seals and beated Zabuza
