Suiton Jutsu are techniques that allow the user to manipulate pre-existing water, or create their own, by turning their chakra into water.
But as you may already know,
It is much harder to create your own water than to just manipulate it...
And i believe you'r on C-Rank, so lets get started.
That water your standing on,
*walks up on the water mid ranged from you*
I will use a certain jutsu apon the water, this jutsu can be countered by channeling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
*Spits a large volume of the syrup in front of me*
Now try and walk on it.
But as you may already know,

Its startch ^-^
Now, swallow it and channel your chakra,
Keep in mind its still a suiton technique,
and try to spit up some of the syrup.
Lets hope its way more than you swallowed.
Add a little suiton also, dont try and come up with a CE or it wont work.

The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power.
But as you may know,
this clone still cant go too far from the user or it will just revert back to water or poof away is what the normal clone would do...
Now this jutsu is pretty basic and not very hard to pull off if youve ever used a suiton technique before...
All you half to do is basically create a clone but concentrate more on suiton instead of just regular ninjutsu.
Give it a shot U_U.

This jutsu is called water shockwave.
This may be one of the hardest suiton jutsu youve experienced so far,
For one main reason.
Your causing water to accumulate out of thin air.
This takes a massive amount of concentration and understanding over suiton period.
