I believe suiton (water) is a calm element and can be used as both offense and defence suiton is weak against doton (earth) because earth has porous spaces that enables it to easily absorb water suiton is strong again katon (fire) because it is know that water kills fire suiton is generally used by a lot of people examples of which are the hozuki clan members, hatake clan members (which generally has all elements), suigetsu, mangetsu and for the kg's all i can say is that suiton combines with other elements to for kg e.g suiton with doton to form wood, suiton with raiton forms gale, and users of these are gale (darui), wood (yamato, hashirama) some also say that others like obito, madara, danzo and others have wood realease but i personally have not seen most of them use it before

Water is part of the fundamental elements it gives the user the ability to control water or spit it out from their mouth but it takes much more chakra to spit it out of the mouth than to manipulate the water that is already existing water as an element also has the ability to change its shape according to the user's will and becomes more solid in the process.
Water is strong against fire because it is well known that water extinguishes fire.
Water is weak against earth because earth structures destroys the forces that holds the molecules of water together thereby separating water molecules and makes the water to collapse.
Water can combine with the other elements to increase its damage on the opponent.

Hayama collects the piece of paper and gathers up his suiton chakra on the paper concentrating hard on it and with further concentration the chakra turns into water and makes the paper damp.
Doing this, hayama jumps up with joy "i think i did it and also i dont know why but i feel a little weak"
