I understand!
*I focus my chakra into my hand this time, rather than into my stomach and i gather water from the nearby river and focus it into my hand. With the water in my hand, i apply shape transformation to make the ball of water in my hand into a rod-like shape. Pouring my chakra more into the length of the rod i make sure all of the water is equally saturated with chakra, and then i focus on molding the chakra infused water into a thinner shape. The rod of water flattens to form more of a blade-like shape. Now all that is left to do is make it hard enough to slice though denser materials.
I gather more water and more chakra into my hand and add it to the blade-like shape i have already created. Making sure not to increase the size of the blade i already have, i add the water to it and use my chakra to condense it down to its original shape, making it extremely dense in the process. The blade is now compressed to be as strong as steel. I swing it a few times in the air to test its durability, and when i'm satisfied, i swing it at a nearby rock. The rock is cut in two and the two halves fall away from each other.
