Suiton is one of the basic five elements.
Suiton is formed when someone uses their chakra to turn it into water, or manipulate water around them. Suiton is mostly used as a offensive attack, but can be used to create water walls or prisons. The water being manipulated can also change its state and become like a solid. Suiton is weak to earth and strong to fire. It is dominant to fire because water extinguishs flames. And it's weak to Earth because the water slows down and becomes more heavier, which is bad because Suiton is a gentle but killer technique.
The second hokage and Kisame are well known Suiton users.
If it's combined with wind style, the water moves faster and sharper
If it's combined with lighting, the water will send out a shock on the waters surface
Suiton is also a part of KG;
Ice, Wood, Boil and Storm release.
