Start gathering your Sui Chakra within your body, then start releasing it throughout your body, into the water behind. Procced to rise the water while shaping it into a sword. Make the flow steady so it doesn't collapse and make the egde sharp as a real blade.

*then I start to release it through out my body and i try to shape it into a sword and also maintain the flow and sharpen the blade*
*then i slash the Wooden thingy*

-The sword collapses as it hits the Wooden board.- Uhm.. Try again, abit more Chakra control and more Sui Chakra to make the Blade stay sharp. <.<

*I again start to gather my Suiton chakra and I try to concentrrate harder on the flow and on the shape of the sword*
*then i focus on making the blade sharper*
*I again try to cut the Wood guy*

*I concentrate again and try to repeat every step from controling the flow till the sharpening of the blade again with more focus and more water chakra*

Now try to gather your Sui Chakra within yourself, push it up your mouth creating a very sticky liquid. Then spit it out all over the the ground infront of you.

Nah, I mean when you spit it out it reaches mid-range like here from 1:57 Look out for Izumo who spits out the Liquid, it's meant to be able to make an opponent stuck in the Liquid.
