Suiton >=< Raiton. This is not freaking pokemon.

I have no idea how many times I have heard how Raiton > Suiton. As long as you are not standing on a lake, they are equal. Suiton is a great conductor for Raiton, but the Raiton does not simply go through the Suiton. The Raiton goes on the Suiton and travels wherever the Suiton goes, in most situations.

Here is this for some that cannot comprehend.

if someone uses suiton the the raiton would just shock them. the raiton isn't greater than the water, it just benefits from its use. if the user summoned water away from their body then maybe it wouldn't matter but because water usually comes from a users mouth then they lose to raiton users

So what your saying is if I'm in a 4 person hot tub and someone drops a toaster in it that is plugged in. As long as I'm on the other side or under the water it protects me hahahahaha. Water conducts electricity how ever like fire it depends on the amount in use. For example let's say they have a three to one relationship three times the fire water loses anything less and water wins. Electricity flows through water due to the amount of metal and conductive minerals suspended in it. So its a two to one if I have over two times the amount of water then electricity. The other propertiy of the water its insulation would disperse the electric. But at two to one or less the charge can reach you if for instance I hit you with a water ball the size of a medium balloon the water would help my lightning pass through and around your body into the ground cooking you like chicken. But a five bolt strike to me in a small lake size amount of water and it just looks cool.
