Yeah, these hand seals could be tough to remember for someone with short-term memory loss.

Shadou walks over to a nearby water source, stretching his arms into the air while doing so. He repeats the required hand seals to himself, making sure to memorize every one of them and the sequence they had to be done in. He weaves together the four hand seals in preparation for the technique while thinking of the properties of water. Once he finishes weaver together the hand seals and channeling his suiton, chakra, Shadou screams out the name of the technique. The water he was near started to rise and Shadou manipulated the water source into that of a large spiraling stream. He pointed his hand toward a clone that was in the near distance. The stream first hit the clone in the rib area, Shadou then made a quick hand gesture causing the water to change its angle and hit the clone in the stomach and then its neck. Once that clone was crushed, Shadou flicked his hand to the right, causing the stream of water to head towards another clone and striking it from multiple angles.

Shadou looks towards his senpai, noticing the tear that escaped from his eye. Unaware that the tear was caused from hot noodles, Shadou smiled and made a comment.

Hey, Genkai look, senpai is tearing in joy due to our marvelous work!

After letting out a quick chuckle, Shadou turns his attention back to the nearby water source. A clone had made its way towards Shadou and took a position on the water source in front of him. Shadou stepped onto the water, using his chakra to maintain balance on its surface. He locked his eyes onto the clone that was also standing on the surface of the water. Letting his chakra flow freely throughout his body, Shadou imagined a whirlpool capable of sucking an enemy into it. He allowed his chakra to flow threw his feet and into the water. Using his suiton chakra, Shadou molded the water in the area of the clone to turn into a whirlpool. The clone started to be dragged in by the whirlpool. The clone extended its arms out in front like it was attempting to grab a hold onto something but the attempt was to no avail. The clone was then fully sucked into the whirlpool and forced underwater.

That last technique was great, Genkai. I would hate to get caught in that. Senpai, what would be a good way to counter the last technique?

Orrrr the swimming one you recently learned, using it to jet through the water when you get sucked in. Or using a jutsu that propels you into the air maybe? Endless options, just need imagination Shadou... And yess, that was a tear of joy. >.>"

As I prepare to give instructions for the next technique, I dabble through my pockets looking for something, finall 10 minutes later I pull out a book of matches and smirk..

"Now for this one, I'll set something on fire afterwards. Perform the hand seals; Ram → Snake → Tiger. This let's you spew out a black mist that takes on flammable properties which you'll control to hover over someone or something before allowing it to disperse and fall onto them. This covers them in the flammable oil, making it to where they're are now flammable.. Do that to a dummy and I'll light it.."

*lights dummies up after you guys cover them in oil*

"We'll move on now. Do the hand seals; Boar → Dog → Ram, and use your water manipulation and creation ability to change the surrounding environment into a decent sized waterfall.. Get the hell outside though, not messing up my dojo..."

The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Shadou taps his foot while watching his senpai dabble through his pockets. As he pulls out the book of matches, Shadou listens to the details needed to perform the next technique. Once his senpai finished giving out the orders for the first technique, Shadou weaves together the hand seals of the ram, snake, and tiger. With his suiton chakra already gathered, Shadou spews out a black, flammable mist. Shadou molded the mist to take the form of a cloud. He then controls the mist with his chakra and redirects it to hover over a dummy. Once above the dummy, the cloud disperses causing the flammable oil to fall onto it.

As soon as Shadou finished the technique, his senpai strikes two matches and throws one at the dummy Shadou was near and one that Genkai stood by. The matches came into contact with the dummies and the oil, causing a fire to erupt on the dummies, leaving a pile of ash and burnt coals on the floor of the dojo once the wood was finished burning.

…Fire, I enjoy seeing things burn.

Shadou and Genkai make their way out of their senpais dojo per his instructions. Once outside of the dojo, Shadou makes his way towards a wall of rocks with a water current away from Genkai. He weaves together a few hand seals while envisioning the nature of water and all of its properties. With his chakra, Shadou changes the surrounding environment. He creates a waterfall by developing spring water. Once the waterfall is created, Shadou continues to pour more of his chakra into, expanding the width of the waterfall.

Beautiful scenery, don’t ya think, Genkai?

Genkai stares at a dummy to the right of senpai. As senpai holds a lighted match in both his hands she builds up water chakra and releases it through chakra points. She then performs the hand seals Ram → Snake → Tiger. As she does this she visualizes her chakra having the consistency of oil and then evaporating into the air. After performing the hand seals the water chakra around Genkai evaporates into the air and a small black cloud forms 2 m above the lake. Genkai directs the cloud in front of the dummy on senpai's right by moving her arms. Genkai clenches her fist and the cloud disperses as senpai drops the lighted match in both hands. The dummies are set aflame and soon nothing is left but scorch marks. Genkai looks across at Shadou. Senpai explains how to create a waterfall using water chakra and then kicks Genkai and Shadou out of the dojo.

It's still night outside but soon day will break.

Genkai notices that their is a giant wall of rock to the left of the dojo by the forest. She quickly scales the wall and stands on its edge at the top. From her vantage point she can see the forest and the stream where her journey began. She builds up a large amount of water chakra in her body and releases it all over her body. Genkai then performs the hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram and imagines her chakra flowing like a wave. Suddenly a small wave of spring water appears that quickly expands to a 100 m width as Genkai continues to release water chakra. The wave crashes over the wall of rock in front of her. She looks to her right and sees that Shadou has formed a similar water fall as well.

So what's the difference between spring water and normal water? I guess I should take this opportunity to sing a song from my childhood.

"First question; Yes, but just ignite, not explode... Second question; That jutsu requires no water source, but yes any water source besides ones with your opponents chakra in it will do.. "

After hearing Genkai singing, I kick her out for a few days, not allowing her to enter my dojo after trying to make me and Shadou go brain dead from the bs. All the while me and Shadou stay inside, getting very comfy and feasting on the newly shipped seafood I had ordered from the other island.

"Tch, wth got into her? Thinking she's destroy my ear drums with that terrible voice. We'll continue our lessons after my ears recover fully...."

A couple of days go by and I open the doors to the dojo and steps outside

"Ok, Genkai. You're off behavioral punishment.. Don't try that shiz again. >.< Now on to the next technique. You'll both need water clones for this. Once you've created your water clones, mold them in such a fashion that they dissolve back into water, but manipulate the dissolved clone water into four pointed projecriles which are fired at the opponents..

Watches it all happen....

"Hmm. First hit your opponent with a few kicks and punches, but end by kicking him into the air. Once that's done, wave your hand this releasing a compressed crescent of chakra imbued water... Goooo!!!"

Genkai leaves the dojo shocked at senpai's lack of taste for fine classical music. She roams the forest and fishes for food by the lake that she once fell into at the beginning of the training. She mediates for a few days and then returns to the dojo.

I'm sorry Shadou and senpai. I'll try not to overwhelm you with my beautiful angelic voice again.

Genkai enters the dojo and listens to senpai's explanation of the next jutsu. She walks over to her favorite spot by the duck and two of senpai's clones follow her.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone

Genkai builds up water chakra and releases it as she performs the tiger hand seal. A water clone is formed from the surface of the stream and stands on Genkai's right. Genkai then visualizes the clone dissolving from it's solid state to it's liquid water state. The clone quickly dissolves and before the dissolved water can hit the stream Genkai uses shape manipulation to form that water into 4 spears. Genkai swings her arms forward in a x motion and all 4 spears stab the clone through and around the heart. The clone disappears. Senpai then explains how to perform a taijutsu like water jutsu. Genkai turns to her left and stares at the other clone.

I think we should get to know each other on a more personal level.

Genkai runs towards the clone. She quickly covers the 5 m gap between them. First she punches directly forward with her right arm. Genkai's weight is supported on her right foot in a somewhat lunge position. Being only 4'-3" the punch is aimed at the lower stomach of the clone. The clone blocks the punch by catching the fist in the palm of it's left hand. Genkai then punches with her left hand in the same stance with her right hand captured. She does this as she kicks in a sweeping motion with her right leg. The sweeping motion connects in the form of a kick on the clone's left calf causing it to lose balance and begin to fall. The punch doesn't connect but it was just a distraction to the kick. As the clone loses balance the right hand of Genkai is released and she kicks vertically upward launching the clone slightly into the air. Genkai then instantaneously jumps up while building water chakra in her right palm. She uses shape manipulation to create a crescent blade that slashes diagonally across the clone's body as she swings her arm in a arc. The clone disappears. Genkai can't see Shadou since the dojo is large but hears the classic "poof" associated with clones disappearing.

An interesting jutsu. If you use a taijutsu move to elevate the target for this jutsu does it count as one move or two? I would assume two since you have to state that your using a taijutsu technique.

My description of taijutsu is very weak so hopefully you can understand it.

TLC lol

Shadou follows his senpai as he walks outside the dojo. He looks at Genkai and lets out a belch, his breath smelling like seafood. Shadou tries to hold in his laughter and places his right hand on Genkai’s shoulder, who looked pissed off at the time.

You might not want to try singing again Genkai. I don’t think it was very pleasing on the ears. We had some great food, you missed.

Shadou walks back into the dojo and makes his way to a water source. Once near the source of water, he imagines himself being one with the water that flowed through it. He weaves together the tiger hand seal and releases his suiton chakra into the the source.The water then rises about 5 feet in the air and is molded into a clone, identical to Shadou.

Shadou looks over towards his clone and gives it a thumbs up, the clone mimicked Shadou’s actions and did the same thing. Shadou releases his chakra, allowing it to take control of his clone. He pictured the beautiful clone of himself dissolving back into water. The clone then dissolved and Shadou molded the water that the clone was made of to turn into four pointed projectiles. Shadou waves his hand as the four projectiles fly towards a clone that their senpai had dispatched for the following techniques.

Shadou made his way towards another clone of his senpai in the dojo. He strikes the dummy with some taijutsu techniques that he had learned in the past. For the final blow, Shadou spreads his feet so that they are squared apart with his left foot planted behind him as he brought up his right leg, kicking the dummy with a front kick that launched it into the air. Shadou locks his eyes onto the dummy and channels his chakra towards his right hand and concentrates on holding it in his palm. He swings his hand as a crescent blade of water is formed, striking the clone before it could land.

Ofc I did. Lol and yes if you do a tai move combined with that it counts as two moves. But you could always free form a non chakra enhanced tai move..

After you two perform the techniques I nod my head, signalling you guys did a good job..

"Now, this next one is quite simple, ok? You'll simply use your water chakra to create water which rises from the ground to thrust the opponent upwards. I'd even use it to lift myself up in some cases. So, go ahead and try it on something... After that we'll move straight to the next one...................

Now, use your water chakra to call forth some water which will spiral around your arm, sort of like a drill. With that done just go ahead and punch forward while pushing the spiraling water forward to be shot as a projectile attack which holds considerable strength..."

Gotcha

Shadou searches around the dojo for an object to perform the technique on. Unable to find anything, he shrugs his shoulders and walks over to a nearby water source. Shadou gathers his chakra from within, imagining waves of water boosting him up towards the ceiling of the dojo. Water then suddenly appears and rises from below Shadou, lifting him up high into the air. He stood at the top of wave and looked down at Genkai and his senpai who watched him use the technique to thrust himself up.

Whoa…

The water disperses and Shadou comes falling to the ground, bending his knees and landing with his feet close together. He listened to his senpai's instructions for the next technique. Shadou then walks over to the spot that Genkai usually stood by near the duck with a smirk on his face, he had something planned. Shadou raises his hands and performs the ram hand seal, as he is doing, he pictured in his mind, water spiraling around his right arm. He then extends his right arm and holds it out, channeling his inner suiton chakra to his arm. His imagination became reality as water suddenly appeared around his right arm, spiraling like a drill. He thrust his arm forward, the water that spiraled around his arm shot out in the form of a projectile bullet, hitting Genkai’s favorite object in the dojo, the duck, sending it flying in the air.

Sorry Genkai, hehe.

That reminds me senpai. I bought some food from a local vendor in the forest while I was out. Here have this. It's called the Luther Burger.

Senpai quickly scarfs down the burger. He then explains the next jutsu as he slowly gets sleepy due to the itis. He explains the jutsu and then falls asleep at his throne.

Guess we are on are own for this one Shadou. Good thing this doesn't require more hand seals.

The water lifts Genkai into the air. Genkai pushes off the water in mid air and lands on top of the duck. Soon after sensei wakes up and yawns. He then explains how to create a water projectile from the palm of a persons hand.

Genkai jumps off the duck in an arc headed directly at sensei below. As Genkai jumps of the duck she sees Shadou hit it sending it flying into the air. She builds up water chakra in her body and then releases it through chakra points in her right arm. Genkai performs the ram hand seal and water forms around her right arm as she visualizes it spinning in nature. As this happens Genkai is 5 m away horizontally and 2 m vertically above sensei. Genkai thrusts her right arm forward and a water bullet is shot directly at sensei's head.

Shadou, that was my favorite statue in this dojo. I was going to take it as a souvenir when we completed our training. Oh well I guess I'll have to build myself one later.

Relaxing on my throne like a boss, I realize that Genkai is attacking me. At first thought, I want to defend in such.a way that it'll stop her technique and obliterate her arm completely, but I decide that's too much. Without any hesitating I simply counter using the same technique, cancelling hers out as it closes in.

"Oi, I should've killed you just now, but meh, we'll get back to training. >.>'
Now, by creating your own water source beneath you, create and ride a wave towards some dummies; slashing them up as you close in on them. Quite simple.. afterwards, I just want you to use moisture and chakra in order to create a water whip in your hand which can be used to knock close range opponents back... Try it out.."

Genkai glances at Shadou as senpai explains the next jutsu. Genkai then turns and stares at senpai.

I have a question senpai about the first jutsu. What is the application of it in battle? Does the water underneath you make you move faster? It seems to me that this jutsu has a lot of disadvantages. For example I could use a lighting jutsu on the water to conduct electricity at my opponent.

After senpai answers her questions Genkai walks over to the stream where the duck has landed and stands on it. Two dummies stand 8 m on both sides of Genkai. Genkai seeing that she has no sword walks over to a nearby rack and grabs a rusty metal sword. She then returns to her position on the stream and builds up her suiton chakra with the sword in her right hand. She visualizes a wave forming beneath her and the top of the stream starts to move. A wave is formed beneath Genkai and carries her to the dummy on her right. When she reaches the dummy she slashes it diagonally from right to left with the rusty sword. Next she slashes it diagonally from the other direction. Finally she slices it straight down the middle. The dummy falls apart into the stream and the sword breaks.

Seems like you need some new equipment senpai. Oh well that's one more fodder down.

Genkai now turns her attention to the other dummy. She walks over to it and stands 5 m away. Genkai builds up her suiton chakra again and releases it from chakra points in her mouth. She kneads the chakra in her mouth and then places her right hand over it. She grabs onto the kneaded chakra with her right hand and pulls out a whip made of water. Genkai then swings her right arm forward directing the whip at the dummy. The whip hits the dummy in the chest and sends it flying backwards to mid range before it falls into the stream. Genkai looks to see how Shadou performed.

Interesting, we have leaned two water whip techniques.

Ah, I forgot to bring my katana.

After hearing his senpai’s instructions, Shadou goes to the opposite side of the dojo so he had some space away from Genkai in order to perform the technique. Realizing that Genkai had took the last sword from off a rack, Shadou holds out his right hand and channels his chakra towards it, releasing water in which he used his chakra to mold to take on the form of a sword.

Standing a few feet away from some dummies, Shadou envisions the nature of water and calls forth his suiton chakra, channeling it to his feet. A body of water rises beneath Shadou, in which he rides like a wave moving closer towards the dummy. Once facing the dummy, Shadou raises his right hand which held the sword, and brought it down vertically, slicing the dummy in half.

No more surfing!

Shadou hops off the wave created by his previous technique and lands on the floor. The sword in which he once held, evaporates into the air. He begins to slowly make his way towards another dummy. Once infront of the dummy, Shadou uses the moisture from within the air to his advantage. He starts to channel his chakra then kneads the chakra in his mouth, while raising his right hand over it. He starts to pull out what appears to be a whip made of water from his mouth. Once the whip is pulled out, Shadou raises his right hand high into the air and quickly swings his arm forward in the direction of the dummy. The whip comes into contact with the dummies chest, causing it to fly backwards due to the force of the strike. The dummy crashes into a nearby wall and lands back on the ground.

"Well, you could use the technique in several ways. Such as using the wave to move you out of the way of attacks or something, or using it to lift you off the ground... Anyway let's move on... Create water vapor above you in the air above you, and once you've done that go ahead and mold the vapor to condense into water needles. Control the water needles to shoot at the dummies over there *points*... Or you could just shoot the needles from your hand." *scratches the back of my head*

I understand senapi. It does have some useful applications.

Genkai listens as senpai describes how to make water vapor and use it as a weapon. She looks over to Shadou who looks eager to start. She looks over to a dummy to the right of senpai.

It's time for this dummy to destroy your dummy. Here I go.

Genkai builds up water chakra in her body and visualizes it as thin and almost weightless like a gas. She stands 8 m from the dummy on senpai's right. She realizes the chakra into the air and it begins to condense and turn into water vapor. Genkai then uses shape manipulation to form the water vapor into 10 thin and sharp needles. She swings her arm forward and the needles pierce the dummy in several vital spots.

I don't think medical ninjutsu is going to save that dummy.

After his senpai answered the question asked by Genkai, Shadou turns his attention to yet another dummy. He listened to their senpai give the details about the next technique. Once he was finished explaining, Shadou glanced over at Genkai with a smirk on his face and then turned his head back to face the dummy. The training was hard, but all of their hard work had paid off so far.

Let’s do this Genkai!

Shadou closed his eyes as he began to concentrate. He gathered his chakra from within while envisioning the nature of water. He released his chakra into the air around him. The air condensed into water vapor. Using his chakra, Shadou started to mold the water vapor in the above air, creating multiple, and sharp water needles. He raised his hand by his right ear and motioned it forward, causing all of the needles too fly through the air, striking the dummy in various spots.

"Ok, now we move on to a set of jutsu that pack a bit more power .. Hope you guys catch on fast and use them properly... The first one we'll go over is called 'destruction torrent'. Weave in.and memorize the following hand seals; Boar → Dog → Ram. While doing that build up water chakra in a chosen palm and once you do the last hand seal create a water vortex. The water blasts out in a direction, spiralling and expanding into a wall that can defend and attack.. Try it out..."

While you guys practice the technique I go to an upper area of the dojo to get some alone time. I practice a few of my own techniques and get some rest before showing up again a day or so later... When I get back I expected that you guys had got the gist of the technique...

"Soooo, ya ready for a more difficult technique?! This one will need a water source, so go find one away from each other. Genkai felt a sense of satisfaction that the training was going so well. In just a few weeks Shadou and her had come a long way. Senpai explained the next technique and then went to practice her own jutsu. No doubt this was in preparation for a battle with Izuna. Genkai looks over to Shadou.

We're on our own again for this one.

Genkai having memorized the hand seals for the technique begins to practice it. She builds up water chakra and performs the hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram, but nothing happens. Genkai tries again but builds up more chakra before performing the hand seals. This time after performing the hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram she releases her water chakra in her right hand. As she does this she visualizes it spinning around in her hand like a vortex. A water vortex forms in the palm of her right hand and Genkai lunches her right arm forward. The vortex extends out of her hand and spirals forward as a wall. Genkai aims the spirals at a dummy and destroys it. She then destroys a few more dummies. Genkai looks over to Shadou.

Guess we finished a bit early and senpai is still off practicing.

Genkai takes this time to eat and take a bath in her room. She writes another letter to her clansmen and falls a sleep for a few hours. She then returns to the inner part of the dojo and senpai and Shadou do the same. Senpai then explains the next jutsu which is really complicated.

Holy shit, that is a lot of hand signs. I need to practice this a bit.

Genkai sees 5 magikarp swimming nearby and proceeds to attack them brutally with the dragon. After about 10 minuets of this the magikarp start glowing and evolve into gyarados. The gyarados are very angry and are about to attack the entire dojo.

Pack a bit of power huh, that’s what I like to hear.

Shadou makes his way towards an area in the dojo that had a water source nearby even though the first technique didn’t require one. He pays close attention to his senpai as he explains the details for the next technique that him and Genkai would be learning. Shadou begins to weav together the required hand seals while channeling his suiton chakra towards the palm of his right hand. Upon performing the last hand seal of the ram, a vortex of water is created and launched in front of Shadou, attacking some nearby dummies.

After Shadou perfected the technique, he noticed that their Senpai had made his way to the upper area of the dojo. He glances over towards Genkai who after performing the technique, made her way to her room. Too lazy to go too his own room, Shadou flops down to the ground and stretches his legs out.

Guess I’ll get some sleep.

A few hours later, Shadou opens to his eyes to notice that Genkai and their senpai had made their way back to the lower level of the dojo. Shadou quickly stands ups as his senpai begins to go over the next technique. After hearing their senpai give out the list of necessary hand seals, a look of shock comes over the face of Shadou.

It……requires how many hand seals?

Shadou takes a few minutes to go over every hand seal. He had a good memory but the amount of hand seals required for this technique was the most he had heard of from his training so far. He glances over towards Genkai who was also taking a few moments to get the sequence of hand seals correct. After taking a few minutes to practice, Shadou turns to face the water source that he was near in the dojo.

Here goes nothing….

Shadou starts weaving together the sequence of required hand seals; it looked like he was speaking sign language. He imagines the water source in front of him taking on the form of a dragon while gathering his chakra. Upon completing the last hand seal, Shadou starts the manipulate the nearby water source. The water begins to rise, taking on the form of a fearsome dragon.

Shadou hears some commotion in the background while taking the time to admire his water dragon. He peeks over at Genkai, who had managed to get herself into a sticky situation.

…Genkai, what have you done?!

As the gerados', heading at us in a swarm, begin closing in I look over at you two, wondering if we should take them down with our bare hands, or just decimate them with a nice jutsu....

">.> Frackin' Genkai..... I chooooose, to decimate these....... Dragons?"

Before they could close in on us, I create an orb behind me, made of lightning, followed by using that orb to create 100 lightning hands to fly around severing the body's of the weird poke whatevers. They die quickly, all being shattered within seconds; really being minced....

"Nowwwwwww let's move on...... Firstly I want you to perform the tiger hand seal .... Once you achieved that simple step plus building up chakra in a given hand; create an orb of water within your hand which requires no water source to create.. With the orb created I want you to manipulate the water in such a way that you create 'whips' of sorts which are sharp ended and packs the potential to rip through targets... No, attack a few of the dummies, as usual.........
We actually need more excitement. :/"

I relax, watching you two do your new technique, watching your progress and skill with it... After I've come to the conclusion the technique is learned quite well I begin explaining a new one....

"Ok.... Now this one is very very simple, yet very affective.. You do a single Hand seal while building up chakra in your mouth. Once you've gotten that done, spew the water out in a spherical shape, adding a powerful rotation that gives it more power. The water bullet is large and powerful enough to soak a good sized area and can also be shot in a flurry of 3 rapid bullets that move quicker but would be weaker since the power is split into 3..."
